"Not so, we both know. Either work or personal character. Just that only. Not interrupting each other's affairs. And Daisy, about you..."

Daisy stared with interest and curiosity.

"I'll release you for a year."

Daisy's eyes widened perfectly. Why one year? The same period of time as the one written in the agreement with Ethan.

"Well, what's the matter with Ethan coming here?" Greet Lily as Ethan walks into her room.

Ethan sat down without Lily's permission. The beautiful girl with a line of decisiveness on her face was sitting across from Ethan.

"What brings you here?"

"This place is pretty good." Ethan looks into every corner of Lily's room.

"There's no need to get stale with me, Ethan."

"Okay, okay. You must have lost one of your men."

Lily's eyes narrowed suspiciously. He is indeed looking for traces of Daisy who suddenly disappeared. But it still hasn't arrived at Ethan.

"Your people are with me."

"Which one is it?"

Lily sighed, and chose resignation. Anyway, apparently, Ethan knows about Daisy. He would act after seeing how the situation was. "Why can he be with you? You're sealing her?"

"Don't ask me like I'm a cruel man."

"You're a ruthless Ethan. That's how you work. I don't want to get too involved with you. Including my people." Hardcore Lily,

"But it seems, you have to get involved with me. Daisy owes me 500 million dollars."

Lily flabbergasted, "What?"

Ethan smiled with satisfaction, "i know Daisy very well. He wouldn't be rash to owe that much. Did you reduce it?" Investigate Lily with her eyes narrowed sideways.

"Forgot that, I came here because I remember him as your man. I won't ask for damages to you. But, I have something that you definitely like." Ethan says he puts a brown envelope on Lily. Though suspicious, Lily accepts and takes out the contents. Look at the files that are in it. The girl's eyes widened perfectly and stared in disbelief at Ethan.

Ethan reviews a satisfied and confident smile."I know you're hunting him. Therefore, I am giving you this very important information."

"What's the reward?" Ask Lily straight to the point, she knows Ethan's character. Will not give for free. There must be shrimp behind the rock.

Ethan just smiles which makes Lily tick.

"I want Daisy."

"Why? Doesn't he owe you? And you want to exchange it for information like this? What's in it for you?"

Ethan leaned his back lazily. "I told you I wanted Daisy."

"That's all?" Lily doesn't believe it.

"Actually, this guy is quite blocking my moves. He's a shitty business rival, and lucky for me, you're after him, too. So, let's just say we're mutually beneficial." Clearly Ethan, "and Daisy's problem, I'm asking you not to interfere. He's mine, and I want you to release him for a year. I need his services for some business. Let's just say you're turning on Daisy."

"What if I don't agree?" Ask Lily. Ethan's smile grew wider.

Back to the present.

Lily breathed a rough sigh.

"I heard you owe Ethan 500 million dollars."

"D-yes." Answer Daisy gagu.

"Well, I can't help you with this. For the sake of making things easier, I'm free to assign you from work until the time period you've agreed to."

"But..."

"You know that 500 million dollars is not a little."

"I know, but I was framed. I was kidnapped and..."

"I understand your position, but, the letter of agreement you signed is very burdensome to you." Lily clasped Daisy's hand and rubbed the back of her hand. "I'm gonna try to figure out a way to get you out of Ethan. But, for that long, be patient." Pinta Lily was concerned.

Daisy feels weak, Lily might be the only one who can help. But, in fact, Lily only asked him to be patient while looking for a way. But it's better than no hope.

After a long conversation with Lily, Daisy leaves the office.

"It sucks, where can I find 500 million dollars. Damnit damnit! Why so much?!" His grunt stomped his feet. Daisy doesn't want to be Ethan's slave.
