Chapter 10 Felix Chambrean

Felix Chambrean was the legitimate son of Emperor Philip and Empress Ariana. He was a crown prince who would become the next emperor. Felix's life can be said to be perfect, surrounded by a lot of affection and love. He grew up to be a very wise and decisive man.

At the age of 16, Felix got a monster curse that made him turn uncontrollable, thirsty for blood, like a monster. This made Felix kill many servants and knights in the palace.

"AAKHH" cried Felix who endured the pain in the body.

Felix's body thrashed on the floor. Around Felix's eyes turned all blackened. His body appeared various strange marks that made him jerk in pain as if his body was about to explode.

"Dad help me" he groaned again begging.

"HURRY UP! CHAIN HIM" the Emperor said.

The knights also chained Felix's body.

"What are you doing, Philip? To our son hiks... hyks.. ?" Isak crying Ariana.

"It's for the good of our son. Otherwise he could have killed everyone who was here" Emperor Philip said, persuading his wife.

Ariana who could not bear to see her son in pain could only cry out lamenting his fate.

"Back him in the dungeon!" Emperor Philip with a heavy heart.

Months and months have passed and many priests and witches have tried to cure Felix's curse. But, not a single person was able to disappear the curse.

Until one day the emperor met the great emissary of the holy empire he said that Felix's curse was a thirst for blood, a strong desire to kill. So the solution to this curse problem is to send Felix to the North.

The North is a very large area that is always covered with snow every day there is no spring there. The region was extremely cold and cursed as well as inhabiting a wide variety of level monsters. The area had absolutely no sign of human life.

"Felix, I'll send you to the North!" The emperor Philip.

"But the father in the North where the monster nest and the region was uninhabited" Felix replied in denial.

"That's because there's one way that you can dispel the curse" Emperor Philip decisively said.

"I DON'T WANT TO!"

"I AM A CROWN PRINCE!"

"Felix, you have to understand that if you continue to live in this palace, many people will be killed if your curse rises "

"But dad.."

"Your curse will disappear if you kill the monsters in the North. You are my son the true heir of this empire Felix"

To be honest Felix's curse will not disappear even if he succeeds in conquering the North. Upon arriving at the palace Felix was shocked by the awarding of the title of Crown Prince to prince Clement the son of a concubine. This made Felix very angry with his father.

"Dad how did you get to Clement as your successor! I'm the father's legitimate son" Felix yelled at the emperor.

"Forgive father felix, you can't be my successor anymore" the emperor said with a heavy heart.

"But my father did what you told him to do. From a small I have also been educated as a successor" said Felix with a disappointed face.

"Relax my son, although you cannot be my successor, but if you marry and have a child, your son will be the emperor of Enchancia" Philip said.

"So Clement only temporarily became Crown Prince"

Felix obeyed his father's orders. He immediately sent a proposal to Duke Calen's family but rumors have spread that Felix Chambrean was removed from his position due to a curse. It was all the deeds of the Emperor Consort who wanted her son Clement to continue to be the successor of the Enchancia empire.

Until the end of the proposed marriage proposal for the Duke Calen family was rejected. Many high nobles are rejecting marriage proposals submitted by Felix on the grounds of Felix's curse. But one day Felix received a marriage proposal from Baron Felix's family.

Felix married the eldest daughter of the Baron family. The first night it happened that Felix's wife betrayed him. He tried to kill Felix. But quickly Felix immediately stabbed the woman back to death at the hands of Felix. Such a thing continued until Felix married 5 times but all the wives tried to kill him.

Rumors quickly spread about Felix killing all five of his wives. Felix, who knew it was the emperor's concubine, could not do anything because she was his father's favorite concubine.

Eventually Felix decided to return to the North and did not remarry. With the power of Felix's sword, he expanded the Northern region and eradicated many monsters.

From a few years of war the emperor sent Felix to follow the war. In the end Felix won the war and he earned the title of Grand Duke who led the North and he was dubbed the Duke of the North monsters.

And now Felix is famous as a very cruel Grand Duke, without compassion he even slashed people who betrayed him.

"Mr Duke, we'd better report what happened in the square" Damian aide Duke Felix said.

"Free Emperor would definitely not believe it. We will definitely be wronged by the emperor because the monster comes from the North" Duke Felix said.

"Does Master Duke have a mastermind estimate of all these events?" Ask Damian.

"Concubine Irene, the emperor's favorite concubine. Who else wants my downfall"

Felix goes to the ivory palace where Consort Irene lives. On the way there Felix passed through the palace garden there he saw Prince Clement with a girl his steps were stopped.

"Clement? Who is she with?" Felix's Guman.

"It looks like Prince Clement is with his lover"

"Like the rumors that have circulated Consort Irene tried to marry Prince Clement to maintain his position as successor" Damian said.

"You're right, like Consort Irene tried to live a relationship with a sacred empire" Felix who saw the girl was like a priest from the holy empire because she was wearing all-white clothes and even more silver hair.

Felix continued his journey towards the ivory palace until a girl hit his body. The girl's face hit Felix's sturdy chest.

Felix was upset and angry at the carelessness of a girl. While the girl looks very frightened when she looks at Felix.

"Pardon me" said the girl stammered, looking at the man.

"GIZELLA!"

"WAIT!"

"I'm sorry"

Prince Clement was screaming as he ran towards Felix.

"Sister?"

Felix stared intently at his sister without saying a word.

"Hey, big brother why are you in the palace? Shouldn't it be the elder brother in the Northern region" prince Clement asked casually.

"You better take care of your ethics!"

Not to answer Prince Clement's words. Felix scolds him.

"What does brother mean? I have always respected you" prince Clement said with a puzzled face.

Prince Clement swallowed a rough saliva while bowing his head to Felix in fear. He saw a sword on his brother's waist.

Who knows, when it was negligent Felix would swing a sword at prince Clement slashing mercilessly. To be honest Felix hated his younger brother so much for having usurped his position as successor to the Enchancia empire.

"It is appropriate for a crown prince to be interested in courting while the state of the city is being destroyed by the attacks of monsters" growled Felix.

"T-no brother..." Prince Clement was cut off.

"You don't deserve to be a successor to this empire at all"

Prince Clement pulled the collar and ignored Felix.

Felix who heard those words was furious and humiliated. He screeched softly and cast his gaze on Clement and Felix continued his journey to the ivory palace.

"Prince Clement is really outrageous" Damian said.

Arriving at the ivory palace right in front of the concubine room Irene was. Felix broke through the door of the room.

Concubine Irene flinched in shock as she tried to enjoy her tea.
