Chapter 16 Let's Enjoy Life

On a clear morning, Gizella wakes up in bed in her room. He tried to get up from the bed, but his body was very difficult to move, his legs were like numbness.

His eyes scanned the surroundings, yet he felt claustrophobic. And he recalled the events in the forest in his mind.

Wait was that last night a dream?- her inner self, she looked around the room to make sure of herself.

"Thank God it's all just a dream" Gizella sighed in relief.

"Hallo your contractor is up?" Tanya Luminas who suddenly appeared in front of Gizella.

Gizella's eyes glared "WHY ARE YOU HERE?"

"I am very worried about the state of the contractor who suddenly fainted" Luminas who purportedly wiped his tears. Though he did not cry "this is all Lucius' fault" Luminas looked at Lucius who was perched on his shoulders.

"Why am I?" Lucius asked a little annoyed.

"Because you're so reckless" luminas grumbled.

"ENOUGH! STOP THAT!"

"What actually happened? Explain everything to me" asked Gizella, because she was really curious.

Luminas looked at Lucius because he could not tell Gizella the truth.

"Why are you looking at me?" Lucius asked who did not know the meaning of Luminas.

"Hurry up and explain!!"

"The contractor will die!! Your life is short lived" Lucius said without guilt.

THE PLAQUE!

Luminas hit Lucius on the head."You are heartless!"

"What does that mean? I'm gonna die?" Ask Gizella again.

"All men will die, but the contractor's death will be faster" Lucius replied.

"LUCIUS!!" The screams of Luminas were blaring.

"Bas on the evil canary!!"

"I'm telling the truth "

"GO ALL OF YOU!!" Shouted Gizella blaring, dropping herself on the bed, in shock.

Luminas was saddened to see Gizella and approached her lying on her stomach in bed and stroked Gizella's hair.

"I understand the feeling of the contractor" said Luminas softly.

Gizella turned her back and sat in front of Luminas, shedding tears.

"What do you all mean? I'm very healthy... Why is my life in a moment?" Gizella asked in her sobs.

"I'll explain it" Luminas let out a long sigh. " In the body of the contractor there is holy power and magic power both must be balanced. But, the contractor only used magic power. " said Luminas who was cut off because Gizella interjected.

" But that is, very dangerous for the life of the contractor. Because the holy power and magic power that is in the body of the contractor continues to increase and become unbalanced. That could cause the contractor's heart to explode" Luminas said, apparently worried.

"Why don't you just be a Saintess. Your holy power is great ", said Lucius.

"NO "scream Gizella loudly.

"Why? Being a proud Saintess" said Luminas.

"Because I don't want to cure my sister's illness. Maybe you're confused as to why I'm this mean to my sister. But I have a reason why I don't want my sister to get well" Gizella said as she stared at Luminas and Lucius.

Gizella was silent for a moment while thinking if she revealed her Sacred power. Then his father and mother would definitely ask him to heal Charlotte. That's what Gizella doesn't want. If Charlotte is healed then life is perfect with a beautiful face, many men who like it, in the abundance of affection and family pride while Gizella must be a girl who is forgotten.

"I understand the state of the contractor's family" Luminas rubbed Gizella's head trying to calm her down.

"The contractor family is outrageous! Shouting the reincarnation of Saintess" Lucius grumbled.

"Reincarnation?" Gizella asked confusedly.

"The Contractor is the reincarnation of Saintess Amelia who lived 1000 years ago. But since the contractor did not use holy power for 20 years long it was very dangerous" Lucius said with concern.

"Then what should I do?" Ask Gizella.

Luminas and Lucius clenched Gizella's hand and a light appeared instantly in the room.

"It seems too late?" Lucius.

"There must be another way" Luminas said with a panicked face.

"Pardon us contractors like your life is only 2 years away" Lucius said

Broken was already Gizella's cry when she heard Lucius' words. The girl squeezed her clothes holding tightness in her chest remembering that she was about to die. Indeed Gizella wants to be sick to be noticed by her father and mother does not mean she has to die in a fast time. He just wants to feel the affection and channel all his emotions to his father and mother. Seeing Charlotte who is so dear to both her parents, then Gizella hopes she is sick as well.

It feels very uncomfortable to be ignored at home, feeling an outsider in her own home, Gizella feels very foreign when she is among her family. Gizella felt there was no place for her in this house. It all started since Charlotte's birth the attitude of father and mother changed. But why just me??

"What if I die my family will care? At least they'll come to my funeral" Gizella asked with a tear-filled face.

"What's the contractor you're talking about!? You're not gonna die" Luminas hugged Gizella tightly.

"I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" Shouted Gizella while hugging back. " I just want to enjoy the rest of my life filled with love "

Luminas releases her embrace and she wipes away the tears of Gizella that wet her chubby cheeks.

"Let's make Gizella's life filled with love" cried Luminas spirit.

"I'm sorry our contractor couldn't do anything about it, but maybe it can help you try to find information about Saintess Amelia" Lucius said.

"Yes right, we will always be with you"

"Call us if you need to, because at any time the contractor will experience pain like burning"

Gizella beat herself up feeling stupid with this life that has always been a shadow of her sister. This time it's different, Gizella will enjoy life. Gizella feels lucky to have Luminas and Lucius as her protectors.
