Betrayal on the First Night

Betrayal on the First Night
Chapter 94: The Result of Not Betraying Effort!

In office

Aby is still busy with the dense work. Even the lunch break he missed without feeling. He only realized when a colleague came to say hello.

"You're called Mr. Desta to his room."

For a moment, Aby turned her attention to the man who had just greeted. "What's up, huh? Tumben Pak Desta call."

"don't know. Mr. Desta just send a message asking you to his room right now."

Aby didn't ask much. He turned off the laptop, then headed upstairs to meet the call of the highest leadership in the company.

"Good day, sir!" greet Aby, shortly after entering a room.

"Jiang." The man his father's age stared at him with a friendly smile. "Please sit!"

Aby sat a chair right in front of Mr. Desta.

"There's actually something important I want to ask you." The man paused his words with a breath.

"What's the matter, sir?" Although not completely sure, Aby can guess what is the reason he was called. It must have something to do with last night's incident. Moreover, this morning he had met with Mr. Radit in the office lobby, although not mutually reprimanded.

"What's the matter with you, Mr Radit?"

That question made Aby comment on a faint smile. His guess was not wrong. It is certain that Mr. Radit has contacted the head of the company because of the incident.

"Sorry, Sir. I can't say much about it, because it's a personal matter" Aby replied without hesitation. "But if Mr. Radit mixes personal matters with work, I can't do anything anymore."

Mr. Desta let out a long breath. "Rudely so. He did condition me, to be able to continue cooperation with our company. I'm calling you just to make sure."

Aby had guessed what risk would be obtained from the incident. Surely Mr. Radit will use his power to smooth out his goals.

"Then the decision is in your hands. I understand that cooperation with Pak Radit company is indeed important for the progress of this company. But sorry, I still won't retract my report, even if it should be dismissed."

The man still showed a friendly smile. "You just calm down. I've talked about this issue with the owner of May-Day. And he made a decision."

Aby nodded in understanding. He thought he would be fired by the company owner.

"He canceled all cooperation with Pak Radit's company. He said, we don't need cooperation with someone who can't distinguish personal affairs from work."

Aby could hardly believe what Mr. Desta said. Usually a large company will not miss cooperation with companies that provide large profits. And so far, cooperation with Pak Radit company is quite important for May-Day.

"Surely sure?" aby asked to be sure.

"Do I need to connect you with the owner of May-Day?"

Aby shook her head quickly. He had never met the owner of the company, who was a doctor. "No need, sir. Thank you." Thank you."

"All I want to tell you, you have a promotion to replace Dewa, because he will be transferred to another branch of the company. According to Mr. Ardan and the Gods, you work better than others, and you deserve this position. Congratulations, yes."

What Mr. Desta said made Aby at a loss for words. It's like being stuck in place.

Dew was sitting daydreaming on the sofa of the television room when suddenly Aby came and hugged her from behind. Spontaneous behavior of her husband made her very surprised. Almost the glass floated freely to Aby's face.

"Why are you putting on a sad face?" aby asked as soon as he realized the look on his wife's face.

The dew takes a deep breath. "Breast noon came here."

"Continue?" Aby's forehead looks puckered.

"Mother give me that drink." Dew pointed to the health drink that had been brought by the mother. Even the packaging is still intact, at all Dew has not opened it.

"What is this drink?" Aby grabbed the bottle and read the caption there.

"Say I'll get pregnant soon."

"Oh ... Why are you sad?"

"You know how I am. How about you find out and ask you—"

Dewun had not finished his sentence, Aby had put a finger in front of his nose. "Why do you think so anyway? Where was the once strong and courageous Dew? There used to be every problem you libas run out casually."

Dew's eyeballs instantly glazed. "Now the conditions are different. I don't trust myself with how I am now."

"Why not trust yourself? Many women who are convicted of difficulty getting pregnant but the evidence can get pregnant. You should always think positive." He stroked the top of his wife's head. "We're going to the doctor, yuk! I have a good obstetrician's recommendation from a friend."

The dew nodded in agreement. She rested her head on her husband's shoulder.

"You are young too. Your time is still very much. If not this year, maybe next year."

"But you won't get tired of waiting, will you?"

Aby replied with a smile accompanied by a headband. Then he pulled his wife's hand towards their room.

"Where are you going?" asked Dew, holding back his footsteps.

"You need to try first. You're not gonna get tired of trying, are you?" Aby blinked one eye.

Making the Dew shake with reddened cheeks.

"Good, he said the results would not betray the effort. Yuk, we've done a lot of work."
