"Mr Teacher ... Father, Madam ... Mister."
The sound of Kartika's cry broke instantly making the Moon only able to hold the little boy in his arms.
The moon does not yet know what makes Kartika sobbed sedan like today. However, Moon was convinced that all this was related to his Father.
"Well, what's up?" that was all Moon could say while hugging Tika.
No answer, Kartika's cry is even more heartbreaking. Finally the Moon was only able to hug Tika and gently stroke her back. Funneling strength and care to Tika through her embrace.
Some time Tika was still crying, until finally Tika was able to speak with a voice accompanied by a sobbing.
"Bb-bapak .. no more ma'am."
"Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un" said the Moon with a sigh.
No more words can be said, the Moon was dissolved in sadness along with Kartika. A very heavy burden for a child as small as Kartika.
This catastrophe really made a child an orphan or an orphan, and no one wanted to be Kartika had to lose one of her parents at a very young age. Life without a father figure would be very difficult for Kartika.
Sundari's mother also embraced the Moon and Kartika together. The three dissolved in bitter tears and sadness.
"So the telephone Hospital, told that Mr. Sutino's condition was getting down because there was a comorbid (participant disease; a term in medicine that describes the condition that there are other diseases experienced apart from the main disease). Blood transfusions were performed, but were unsuccessful. This afternoon will be buried immediately." Bu Sundari's story to the Moon.
The moon can only listen. But his mouth was like a mute. His mind was confused in grief along with Kartika.
"Mother Teacher, can Tika attend the funeral of Mr?" tika asked by trying to wipe her tears.
The moon is staring at Kartika. "Kartika's strong?"
Kartika nodded her head. "Yes, Tika will try hard."
The moon hugged the little boy. "We all lost Tika. But God loves the Father. May Tika always be strong yes .. don't feel alone. Think of us as your family, too."
"Yes Ma'am Guru .. but, now Tika so do not have a Father."
Kartika's cry broke again, and the Moon was only able to hug and strengthen the disciple.
"Tika, now change clothes. Teacher is with ya. Even if we can only see from a distance is okay?"
Kartika nodded her head.
Finish changing clothes, tidying hair, and wearing a mask. Apparently there was a guest who came to the Moon residence.
"Assalammualaikum.." greet the guest as he knocks on the door of the Moon house.
Sundari came out of the Moon's room to see who had come to her house.
"Waalaikumsalam.." said Mrs Sundari when she got to the door.
"Sugeng siyang (good afternoon), my Star, Mom ... his friend Moon."
Apparently the Star that came to the Moon's house back then.
"Oh Mas Bintang, let's go in first. What's the need?" ask Bu Sundari who invited the Star to enter.
"I want to meet the Moon, Ma'am .. There is news that the Hospital about Mr. Sutino, his Father Kartika. It just so happened that he was my neighbor." said the Star politely.
Not long after, the Moon came out of his room with Kartika. The first sight the Star sees is in the eyes of the Moon. The star thinks that the Moon must be crying with Kartika. Moon is a girl who is gentle and easily empathize with others, so the Star guesses that this friend after crying.
"Hey Moon .. sorry I came here because I want to convey the sad news." said Bintang with a soft tone. Before delivering the news that he knew from his neighbors, first the Star glances at Kartika who is still sobbing.
The moon then brought Kartika to sit on a chair, next to the Star.
"We already know, Star." said the Moon as she shed her tears.
Even the stars did not budge, he was only able to lower his head. Letting a moment for the Moon set her heart.
"I'll take Tika to the cemetery, Star." said the Moon.
The star changed its position and is now looking at the moon. "Let me drive you. We were just sad and crying, you better not go alone" said Bintang.
Sundari agreed. "True Moon, you've just been sad. Your mind and heart are not okay. Better, you guys get ushered in the stars. I won't let you take a motorcycle with Tika."
Hearing the advice of his mother, the Moon finally agreed. "Are we not bothering you, Bin?"
The star shook his head. "Not at all, Moon. Come on, I'll drive you both."
Finally the Moon and Kartika went to the cemetery with the stars. Once at the funeral, the ambulance carrying the body of Mr. Sutino, his father Kartika also just arrived.
Kartika was crying hysterically. Letting go of beloved Father is not easy. Kartika just cried and roared. His world seemed to collapse when he saw how the figure of his beloved Father had been buried in the red earth. Even his final condition, Tika could not see. More painfully, there was no final message the father had given him.
"Father ...why do you leave Tika, sir." the sound of mixed sobs sounded so bitter.
The moon also cried and hugged Kartika.
"Patient Antarctica. Kartika still has Master's."
After the body of the late Mr. Sutino was buried, Kartika approached the tomb installed there and a red mound of earth filled with sprinkles of flowers.
"Father ... Why did you leave Tika, sir. Dear Father."
The roar of tears seemed to pour out just like that on the mound of wet land. The moon can only give a moment for Tika. Make time for the little ones to spill all their sadness.
The moon also crouched not far on Tika's side. Both of them dissolved in grief to ignore the sun that was getting hotter on his head.
Eventually the stars came and covered them both. The man was silent, but the umbrella he was carrying provided shade for Kartika as well as the Moon.
Realizing that the surrounding situation did not feel hot, the Moon slightly raised its head to see who had covered it and Kartika with an umbrella.
"Star ... thank you." said the Moon in a soft tone.
The star nodded its head. "You still want to be here?"
The moon just stared at Kartika who was still sad and roared in her tears. "Tika, we go home first yuk. Tomorrow we see the Father again yes .. we send a prayer for the Father."
Tika finally nodded her head. "Good Mom Teacher...."
Together with the Star that covers both, the Moon and Kartika re-entered the Star car.
"Thank you for helping us, Bintang.." said the Moon in a still sobbing voice.
