SUNGJAE'S FEELING FLASHBACK
Looking back on the days they spent together, Sungjae sometimes wonders if he really loved her. His memories seemed to disappoint him, and when it came to the life they lived, the boundary between what was real and what could not be was very blurred. He remembers liking her, when they first met. They were both nervous on the bones; she had a bright smile and sweet eyes, a frothy voice that filled her ears; she was tall and cute and younger than him, she said, but he had an attitude that made him feel like he was younger. She liked. He was someone he could enjoy working with a fake job marrying that person. ... She is not sure if she really loves him, but she wishes he was better for her. It had been a few years, and he had learned a few things that he wished he had known back then. It's not like he's constantly worrying about her, not at all, but there are quiet and rare moments when he catches himself thinking about it. He wished he had taken better care of her from the start. He wished he held her hand faster, and paid more attention to her needs. He wished he was a little more serious, so that he could feel much safer. She wished she could have been aware of all the effort she put into being a girl she liked, she wished she could have told her that she had nothing to worry about. But still, there were many things in life to expect, and he didn't think too much about it. ... She wasn't sure if she really loved him, but when things ended, it must have hurt like her. He hugged her that day, as she cried in his arms. He laughed at his crooked face, wiping his teary eyes. She wishes him a happy birthday with a sad smile and they sing together about their young love on camera. She held back her own tears that day, but she sang that she "saw sadness in her eyes". His heart may have been broken at that time. ... She wasn't sure if she really loved him, but she felt like she couldn't love anyone else either. Love seems like such a strong word, because in reality it just means that she does not get the chance to meet new people. There's no time for that, and he doesn't mind.
