Azalea was stunned thinking about what Reynand had said just now. He agreed and realized it at once. Only, his heart could not dodge that feeling.
If someone is asked, who is the most honest person in the world? The answer heart is surely. Because, when the mouth is able to say about denial, the heart will not be able to. Azalea understood that the heart is the best advisor. Not infrequently if in the book he reads, if you need the best advice, ask your heart.
Azaleas also often heard the phrase, ask your heart.
He realized that his acquaintance with Reynand was still very short, but his heart believed that the man was the right partner. So Azalea would have believed that.
Azalea finally nodded confidently. He said, "I have no experience with guys, romance, dating, but I'm sure of my heart."
"And you're sure that I'm your best mate?" reynand asked with demands.
"Yes." Yeah." Azalea nodded steadily. "No matter what happens next. My life is now. The future nobody knows" he said with a serious look.
Reynand was quite astonished by the words. Azaleas can often think of adults. Even in certain moments.
"okay." Reynand answered briefly. Then, he fixed his seat, facing the steering wheel. Reynand put on the seat belt, started the engine. He turned to Azalea, "Put your seatbelt." The vehicle came out of the restaurant parking lot and skidded on the highway.
Furthermore, there was only a silence that enveloped the two. The journey is in silence. Until they arrive at a simple house that becomes a destination.
Azalea turned around. His eyes blinked slowly waiting for the information Reynand would pass on to him. The nod of the head the man gave made his eyes momentarily glare.
Azalea's heart raced. Soon, he will meet someone who has been missed. Mona, best friend. It seems like they have not met for centuries. There were many things that Azalea wanted to tell her friend.
"Let's get down!" Azalea excitedly. A happy light emanated clearly from his face. Tired and sore during the journey of almost two hours it disappeared instantly.
Both of them stepped in silence. That night, the sky was starless. I don't know where the stars went. Could it be that the decorator of the night sky had moved onto the face of the girl whose binaries were emitting light? Maybe the star was embarrassed to show himself because the girl's eyes twinkled cheerfully. Reynand exhaled a short breath. I hope there will be some good that happens tonight. The man wanted to keep seeing the twinkle in his girl's eyes, at least until they came home.
Azalea stopped at the door. Incidentally, the intended house does not have a fence. The car stopped right in front of the house.
Azalea turned her head, looking at the man beside herq in the dimness of the night. The house is very quiet, like it is uninhabited. The lights on the porch of the house are also not on.
Having no response from her husband, Azalea raised her hand to knock on the door.
"Excuse me!" azalea shouted while knocking on the door repeatedly.
A few minutes passed, despair was stirring in the heart. Azalea bowed lethargic. Apparently, his attempt to meet Mona had to fail again. The spirit that some time ago stirred up in his chest faded instantly. With a haggard face and pursed lips pouting, Azalea turned around. His sight had already begun to blur as clear glass covered the vision. He was about to step in when the door suddenly opened.
"Mr Reynand ... Azaleas."
"Gue .. find you everywhere." Azalea said softly in her sobs. His embrace tightened, he did not want his best friend to leave again.
After a few minutes passed, the two friends who had been separated for some time also broke each other's embrace. The hands of the two were raised, erasing the traces on their companions' faces. Smiles were also scattered in the sobs that were still heard.
"Lo ... what ... news?" asked Azalea with a hoarse voice that faltered.
"Now it's much better." Mona replied with a smile. Her crying had completely stopped. Unlike Azalea who still shed tears.
"That's crying. You crybaby," muttered Mona like a mockery that was reciprocated by a slow snort by Azalea.
"Mr Reynand ...." Mona looked up, looking at the tall, dashing man who had just been silently watching them. "Thank you for bringing Azalea here. It's late, you better take him home."
The words made Azalea cry again. This time, the girl screeched in a stifled voice. His head shook repeatedly. Her tears continued to cry like a flood dam that could no longer be accommodated.
"Don't do this, Mona. I miss the same thing you. I want to tell you a lot and ask you the same question" said Azalea with a face full of pleadings and tears that run down the river.
"Sori, Lea. I can't. You better go home." Mona stiffens herself. He can't cry anymore.
Mona retreated, her hand reaching for the doorknob ready to close, driving her guest away blatantly.
"Mona ... Mona, please. Not gini. We can still be as good as usual. Nothing will change. You can still go to school. The suspect was arrested and thrown in jail. No one's gonna hurt you anymore." Azalea raved with a chaotic face. Her hands were busy reaching for Mona who was closing the door, but her movements were limited due to being held back by Reynand.
"Mona, please. Don't do this to me." Azalea's energy is weakening. He sat on the floor with Reynand's hands around his waist. The man tried to win even if the result was nil.
"Sori, Lea. May you be happy always." The door is also closed. Mona's body had disappeared behind the house's silent-looking door.
Azaleas rebelled. He grabbed the doorknob, tried to open it, but could not because the owner of the house had locked himself tightly. Not just a locked house, but also his heart and self.
Azalea turned her head, begging Reynand to do something for her. However, the man shook his head repeatedly.
"You're evil! You're all evil just like me!" This time Azalea roared, banging the chest of Reynand's field. He exerted all his energy, but it was his own chest that was hurting.
Reynand waited in silence, until Azalea drooped weakly. He then carried the girl into the car. After making sure Azalea was sitting comfortably, Reynand ran towards her seat. He looked at the girl's face. The sparkle he had seen was now turning with a dark cloud, like a pitch-black sky turning cloudy and lowering the drizzle.
Inside the house, Mona smothered her mouth. He rested on the cold floor, weeping over the bad luck that befell his future.
