Bill did not believe what he received. He beat his cheek repeatedly.
"Is this a dream?" muttered Bill. He looked towards the door. Then try to get out of the room.
Sure enough, what Bill is experiencing now is not a dream. He remembers being part of the Owens family. The richest family of conglomerates in the United States.
"Thomas! Hurry along! We have to get ready for graduation day-" Matilda appears in formal attire. He paused his words as he watched Bill standing in front of the room. The sound of music coming from Thomas's room stopped.
Matilda was the wife of Joseph Owens. She's Bill's mom. Matilda never accepted Bill's presence in her family. Because Bill is her husband's cheating son. In addition, Bill's mother is also a pela-cur.
'Graduation day? Isn't this the day I was abandoned by my own family?' inner Bill. He remembered that Matilda and her two children always insulted and bullied him. Bill is often treated like a maid. They did so so that Bill would not stay home.
Matilda walked over and stopped in front of Bill. He folded his hands on his chest. Putting on his fierce face.
"Fast iron Thomas's shirt! Also wash the clothes in the big basin!" tell Matilda while pointing her index finger towards the kitchen.
"But-"
"You need not argue! Quick iron Thomas's shirt! He'll be late!" Matilda cut Bill's speech.
Bill remembered how he was often insulted and told to. His life while living with the Owens family was the same as when he was at The Joker.
Bill's hands clenched tightly. He actually wants to fight. But Bill felt now was not the right time.
Bill immediately performed the task that Matilda had given him. He took Thomas's shirt. Then stick the iron there until it is charred.
"Fuck this outfit" Bill muttered as he grinned. Next, he took care of the clothes that were in the basin. Intentionally mixing the clothes with a bottle of bleach.
Bill was well aware of how stupid he used to be. Always resigned to accept insults and choose to remain a part of the Owens family. But now, it won't happen again.
Bill took a study book from the room. Then read it while waiting for the washing machine to grind clothes. That's when Thomas came. He was the first son of Joseph and Matilda. He was old with Bill.
"Well, is this fool able to read," Thomas scolded from the doorway.
Not without reason Thomas calls Bill stupid. Bill was not very good at school. He always gets low grades in almost all lessons.
One of Bill's regrets as an adult is his interest in learning. Now he has a chance to go back in time. Then one of the things Bill wants to change is his stupidity.
Bill looked over with a pouting expression. Unexpectedly, Thomas snatched the book from his hands.
"Hey!" bill protested while trying to take back his book.
"Not to act smart. A shallow-brained person can never be smart" Thomas said. He ripped off Bill's book paper. Smiling without guilt. Worse, after tearing up Bill's book, Thomas puts the book in the washing machine.
Bill was silent. He was busy glaring at Thomas.
"Ops." Thomas put the book in the washing machine. He acted surprised while holding his mouth with one hand.
Bill's teeth are bluffing pissed. The memory of the many insults from the Owens family flashed through his head. From being locked up in a warehouse, not allowed to go to school, sometimes even beaten. Bill's anger is automatically burning.
What angered Bill the most was Joseph's indifference towards him. Although the man was his real father, Joseph always put Matilda and her other two children first. Although wrong, Joseph defended them instead of protecting Bill.
"Read your book, you fool." Thomas rises.
An upset Bill lands a kick on Thomas' back. His attack made the blond man fall to the floor. Her lips broke and she bled out blood. Thomas was crying.
Everyone came to check on Thomas. Matilda immediately hugged Thomas with anxious feelings. He glanced at Bill who was standing straight with a flat face.
"Based on a pela-cur boy! From the beginning you were a troubled boy! You don't deserve to be part of our family! Go to hell!" timpal Matilda's.
"Yes, I'm going to go." Bill replied with a defiant expression. He walked closer to Matilda and Thomas. "But one day, I'm the one who will bring hell to you" he said.
Matilda. Thomas was crying hysterically.
"What the fuck, Bill?" Joseph arrived. He immediately told his servant to take Matilda and Thomas to the room. While he'll take care of Bill.
"Darling, remember the thing we talked about last night" Matilda said. Before going to follow Thomas to the room.
Joseph nodded. He looked at Bill with anger. "How dare you say that to your mother?" said.
"She's not my mother" Bill replied indifferently.
"You've gone too far, Bill! Therefore, I want you to go-"
"You don't have to kick me out, Dad. Because I'm gonna get out of here with pleasure." Bill turned body. Deliberately cutting off Joseph's speech. He walked towards the exit. Without looking back once.
"You're just gonna leave? You think a 13-year-old like you can survive without a penny out there?" cetus Joseph did not believe. There was actually a hint of concern he felt towards Bill. Remembering that man was also his biological son.
Joseph actually intends to send Bill to a boarding school in London. But Bill just left.
"Bill!" call Joseph. He's trying to catch up with Bill. But Matilda intercepted.
"Just leave him. That's his choice" Matilda said.
"But he's also my son" Joseph said.
"You still think Bill's a son even though he could've done that to Thomas?" matilda's words immediately made Joseph doubtful.
"I won't let him go aimlessly!" Joseph let go of Matilda's hand. He immediately told his subordinates to take Bill to the airport.
Bill was forced to get into the car. He just complies. Bill actually knows what's going to happen next. He remembers being told to go to boarding school. On the way, Bill was taken out of town. He was left alone by the driver and his father's assistant. Obviously all of that happened because of Matilda's interference.
In addition to always expecting to meet Ron, Bill also hopes Joseph looks for him. But that never happened. He really hated Joseph. That's why Bill changed his last name to Asgard. He took his name from the comic book he read.
"Stop! I'm going down here." Feeling that he had reached Chicago, Bill told the driver to stop. The driver and assistant to Joseph were astonished. The two exchanged looks.
"I know you're gonna drop me here" Bill said with a smile. Talk like an adult. He left casually tracing the sidewalk.
"Whatis that? How did he know?" joseph's assistant scratched his nape.
"Eitherway. I don't give a shit. At least our work is done. Let's go home." The driver immediately ran the car and left.
Now all Bill has to do is wait for Ron to come. He deliberately came to the place that would be the meeting between himself and Ron.
