3. Designing a teleportation machine

Living in Princeton since 2017 makes Zayn and Udin certainly miss the time in Surabaya, not only that sometimes Zayn misses the ancient city of Palmyra where he came from and Udin is also kangen with the atmosphere of Orphanage in Subang.

“If there is a door anywhere yes Din, we can definitely buy rujak cingur at Warung Mbok Darmi, or buy Lontong Kupang at Warung Cak Mikel, Mikel,” Zayn chirped to Udin while eating a burger sometime after their S2 graduation at Princeton in 2019.

Hearing Zayn's words, Udin laughed lightly. “Zayn, I think with the knowledge that we both have why not to create a door anywhere verai our own creation only.”

“Ngaco ah lu Din, where can be decorated only from a door,” before. But Udin then tried to convince, “ Zayn with genius we both can not cook anyway we make a teleportation tool, yes not also have to be in the form of a door like Doraemon had it, I guess later when we pass the doctoral machine it is ready if we design and build from now on."

Long story short they started designing their own teleportation machine, they designed it in the backyard of their rental home, for basic teleportation machines, and they designed it, they use a fiber glass machine boat that they complete a parachute, then inside there is a control room to drive the boat and their teleportation equipment. Not to forget the bedroom, kitchen and logistics warehouse are amazingly full as if they want to face the Zombie Apocalypse or even the next Pandemic and Lockdown Crisis. Not to forget they prepare weapons and ammunition that they can access as civilian green card holders in America to face the worst case that may occur.

You may ask why a boat? They think it could be when there is a coordinate input error until for example later in teleportation they arrive in the waters and even the oceans, it does not make it difficult for them. Moreover, they do not know the deviation produced by this tool, and will deviate in a radius of how many km from the target.

Given the other earth region that is the location of teleportation also always rotates around on its axis day and night, so that there is a deviation. What is the function of a parachute? In one case they thought, if their boat was teleported at high altitude, then they could survive by developing a parachute to land their boat.

Finally, the teleportation boat actually became a few months after they earned their doctorate. Zayn and Udin inaugurated their teleportation boat on Indonesia's independence day on August 17, 2022 and they named it after the title of Ibn Battuta's travel notebook, a Moroccan explorer, the boat they named RIHLAH also attached to the hull and a plaque at the entrance at the back.
