A car rolled on the crowded streets of Surabaya. The driver looked so happy that getting a dinner invitation from the CEO of the parent company was a very rare thing.

"Sam, Widya keep your attitude later there. Don't make a troublemaker, we have to look like the perfect family in order" Bram said.

"Why should you pretend? I don't want Pa!" refuse widya.

"Silent Wid, this is an order! Follow or get out of Papa's car now!" Snap Bram.

Widya piqued her lips, her hands shortened and then threw her gaze out the window.

"Dear, be patient don't get carried away by emotions. You have to master yourself." Linda rubbed her husband's arm gently.

Bram breathes deeply and then exhales slowly.

"You're right, the deputy financial manager at a branch like me can get a direct invitation to dinner with the owner of the company, I won't waste this opportunity" Bram said with a meaningful smile.

"Looks like Mr. Alex is watching you a lot, baby, maybe you'll be promoted" said Linda excitedly.

While their parents were staring at their dreams. Sam and Widya just fell silent on the back bench, both of them dissolving in their respective minds. This is how it comes out, no attention to their children. They don't even know what their children want. Most important to bram and linda are their possessions and social status.

After a long journey, their car finally arrived at a fancy restaurant. Bram immediately came down with his wife's affectionate scolding. Sam and Widya followed their parents lazily.

"Welcome, there's something we can help you with" a servant greeted.

"I was invited by Mr. Alex," replied bram with a bark.

"Okay, come with me."

Bram nodded. He followed the steps of the ministry that preceded him. The foot steps stopped in a VIP room, and he opened them slowly.

"Please, mister alex is already waiting for you. Excuse me." the waiter looked down respectfully then stepped away.

"Well, I didn't know Pa, we're in the VIP room of this restaurant" muttered linda in astonishment.

This luxury restaurant is the most expensive restaurant in Surabaya. Only certain people can book a place here.

"Yes Ma, the boss will be the one who wants the best. Soon also papa a lot of money, we can eat here whenever we want," said bram.

They also stepped into the room. A man was already waiting for them at the round dining table. He sat quietly, another man standing behind him.

"Good night, Mr. Bram Wicaksono. Please sit down" greet the man standing behind Alex.

"Good night Sir, good night, Mr. Alex. It's such an honor for me to sit down with you." Bram approached alex. However, the vino swiftly stepped over with a friendly smile.

"Please sit down, sir" said vino, full of emphasis.

Upset, but Bram could not argue. He also sits himself, as well as his wife and two children. After Bram and his family sat Vino back to where he was. Alex just smiled faintly looking at Bram and his two children.

"Please enjoy the nighttime grave, before we head to the core event. I'm the one who ordered all this for you, I hope it suits your taste and your family" Alex said at length.

"Of course, sir, we're very grateful for the invitation to the tomb tonight. I didn't expect Mr. Alex to be so attentive to ordinary employees like us" linda said with a teasing smile, her eyes twitching with her effect.

Alex just smiled faintly, he started to take the food that was in front of him. Bram and his family followed Alex.

One mouthful entered their mouths, and the faces changed rapidly.

"By .... What's this?!" Sam spewed out the food that had just entered his mouth. He immediately downed a glass of water to the toilet.

Instantly alex's face changed, showing his dislike of doing sam.

"Hide your word!" jolt bram who realized the look of his superior face. Sam threw his face away in annoyance,

"Pardon our son sir" linda said.

"It's okay, did the food I ordered specifically for you guys not taste good?" alex asked in a annoyed tone.

"Where possible, this is delicious. The tongue of our village is not used to food like this, sir" said Linda.

"Then I want you to finish it, baby, if all this food doesn't end. I don't like people who waste food!" firmly alex.

"We, will not waste this delicious meal" said Bram with a smile that he forced.

"Eat well, do not make your father difficult" whispered linda to her two children.

They were forced to eat the food on the table. Alex smiled smugly watching them painstakingly swallow the food with the taste of the sea water. You can be sure after this their blood pressure increases dramatically.

"How's your daughter's school? has he finished his exam?" alex asked after they finished the salt-filled dinner.

"Ec ... Already sir, it seems to be just waiting for the results," replied linda.

Mr Alex is very attentive to widya, does this great master like my son? it could be that from earlier I saw him staring at widya intensely. I can't waste this opportunity, it's okay if widya becomes his mistress. It's better than being with Sam.

"It looks like you're interested in my daughter, she's a smart and talented boy sir," linda said. The middle-aged woman nudged her son's arm hinting that he would smile sweetly at the powerful man before her.

"Well, what the hell, don't say it carelessly" said Bram.

"Mommy means maybe, Mr. Alex is interested in giving work to our daughter Pa," said linda.

Alex laughed out. He let her tears out.

"Your daughter's the same age as my daughter Bram, that's why I'm asking. If it's a work matter, it depends on the potential your daughter has, madam."

Linda's face flushed with embarrassment. But he forced himself to smile.

"I'm offering you a new job at headquarters, are you willing Bram?"

"Of course you will, but will my position be higher than in the branch office?"

"I can't say it right now, but you'll be one of the chiefs at the headquarters. How's it?"

Bram's eyes sparkled at Alex's words.

"Sure sir, of course I'm very prepared. Thank you." Thank you."

"No need to thank you, it's all because of her hard work."

"Vin bring it here."

"Good sir." Vine took all the maps out of his briefcase, and then he gave them to Bram.

"Sign that contract, and you can go straight to work at headquarters tomorrow" Alex said.

Bram opened the map, he frowned looking at the ranks of letters that he could not read at all.

"Why?" alex asked when he saw Bram's confused face.

"I don't understand what it is, sir" replied Bram.

"Vin, didn't you bring a copy?"

"Sorry sir, I left it at the office" replied Vino.

"Ah .. what a pity, forgive the carelessness of my assistant Bram. Next time then, because tomorrow I have to get out of town. So chances are you'll have to wait."

"No sir, I'll just sign this one. It's okay, the copy could follow next time." Bram immediately put a signature on the paper. He did not want to delay the opportunity to rise to office.

Alex smiled with satisfaction.

"Well Bram, vin tomorrow will explain your new job at the office."

"Okay, sir," replied bram for sure, then handed over the map he had signed to vin.

Alex stood up from his seat. " I have to go home now, you guys enjoy the dessert."

"Okay sir, good-bye be careful on the way," linda said with a sweet smile.

Alex didn't answer, he just walked away. With a vino trailing behind him.

"Greet that son of a bitch well, and make sure everything goes as I say!" Alex told his assistant.

"I'm not going to disappoint you, Sir."

"Good."
