A bright day should start with a beautiful smile. Although life is not always easy, Ashana is grateful to still be able to smile naturally. Not made up much less pretended. Like any other day, he would do all his work well.
"Morning," said Ashana as she passed the guard. The security guard smiled back at Ashana. Ashana told Achazia not to pick him up because he had to go to the market first to give his father a raincoat that was left behind. Now it's rainy season. Afraid it might rain and his father could not go home. Initially Achazia does not agree to it but Ashana pleads this is first and last Ashana asks Achazia not to pick up. Still not effective. After issuing a thousand reasons, Achazia agreed.
Ashana got into the elevator with the other employees. Ashana smiles at people she knows, or people who greet her.
Anya who happened to be one elevator with Ashana did not stop sneering at Ashana who kept smiling towards the other employees. He walked closer and now stood right beside Ashana.
"You want to get the hearts of the employees to bless you with Mr Achazia?" Anya Whisper.
Ashana clucking. He knows who this is. Why the hell, the day should be started by meeting people who like nyinyir like Anya?
"I'm sorry about before. I used to be like this too. So there's no reason for me to be like this."
"Do you feel beautiful, huh? At least realize you're not worthy of Mr. Achazia."
"I don't deserve him. But he deserves me." Ashana. He stared hard at Anya who was also staring hard at him.
The elevator opened, turning Ashana's gaze. He got out of the elevator ahead of the other employees. His mood is good, so he does not want to be damaged by irresponsible people.
"Again, Ashana."
Ashana looked at Andini who was already on her desk. He smiled back at Andini and sat in his chair.
"Tumben is not with the President?" Andini Goda.
"Today I didn't go with him. I have to go to the market first to see my father."
"And Achazia is that easy?"
"No, I have to give him all the excuses so he's willing not to pick me up."
"You should be grateful to be able to be picked up."
"Are you not on the shuttle?"
"Who by?"
"Abercio?" Ashana raises her eyebrows teasing Andini.
"Abercio what? Who is he?" Andini immediately focused on staring at the computer.
"Andin, it's Abercio!"
Andini immediately raised her head to look for Abercio's whereabouts. Not finding Abercio, Andini looked at Ashana. "Where?"
Ashana smiles. "You looking for him?"
"Why am I looking for him?" Andini who was just aware of her stupidity immediately denied.
Ashana pointed at Andini's face. "You've just been looking for him. Your face can't lie Andini."
Andini sighed. "I can't like a crocodile like him."
"But you like it."
"Don't know. I don't understand my own feelings."
"You like it Andini. No matter how much you deny it, you'll still like it."
"But I don't want Ashana."
"What makes you not want to?"
"It's possible that with you Abercio will stop?"
Andini chuckles. "There's no guarantee that he can't do that. No matter how Abercio struggles, I will stick with my stance."
"While you love him?"
Andini nodded. "Even if I love her."
"You won't regret it?"
"What am I sorry for?" Andini looked at Ashana.
Ashana smiles. He touched Andini's shoulder. "Andin, you managed to make me realize. Makes me happy. But you forgot to wake yourself up. You forgot to make yourself happy. You'd rather not try than fail."
"You mean?"
"I'm sure Abercio really loves you?"
"What makes you so sure?"
"Everything. Know it? There was never a single woman that the man approached. Unless the woman approaches him first. Yes, there was one, he approached her first. But there the woman who approached Abercio will immediately want to be with Abercio. Different from you. Even though Abercio knows you don't want to be with him, he's still after you, changing himself for the better so you like him. Try to think again. If he's a crocodile, why doesn't he just give up and look for another woman?"
Andini. He read Ashana's words. True as well, his brain would almost move in support of his heart, but Andini immediately shook his head. Eliminating his mind that he was just about to agree that Abercio really loved him.
"No Ashana, if she's done it a lot in the past, no one knows that she'll do it again in the future."
"How come he's determined to change for the better?"
"Change takes a long process. It won't be that fast."
"Yes, change takes a long process. And he also needs reason and passion to change for the better. The reason and the spirit is in you, Andini."
"Why are you supporting Abercio?" Andini squinted her eyes at Ashana.
Ashana who though panic but still can control herself just smile. "You convinced me to Achazia. Let's just say this is a reward for you for doing that. I will convince you that Abercio is not what you think."
"You shouldn't bother." Andini said it with an occasional laugh coming out.
"No, this doesn't bother me." Ashana.
"The decision is in your hands. I just don't want you to go the wrong way and make you unhappy. I want you to be happy Andini." Ashana said again when Andini was silent not to answer her words.
Ashana started working. Are any of you curious about what Ashana is doing? Ashana works in marketing. His job is to analyze the trends that exist to analyze developments. Which he will report to the marketing manager. Andini is the same as him. Both are on the marketing team. That's why they rubik side by side. So too with Anya.
"Ashana, I'd like to ask." Andini said that made Ashana stop her work.
"Trenes are now a lot of people who choose outside food rather than our own country food. Is it good that our company follows this trend? I guess not. It's good that we make our regional food, even if there is no chance, but at least we reduce many competitors. And it'll be a trend if we can attract a lot of people."
Ashana nodded her head many times. They not only care about food, but also clothes, transportation, property and more.
"Next week after lunchtime there will be a meeting with the marketing manager. How about you come up with your idea?"
Andini nodded. "You help me."
"This was your idea."
Andini. "If it's a presentation like this, it looks like you're better."
"Well, we'll talk about it again later."
