Surprise

Calvin feels like tonight's all weird. Amara asked permission to return home quickly. Dave has not been in contact since last afternoon. What the hell is it? Then Sandra, when she called this afternoon she was indignantly indistinct. Today was a bad day for him. The most unpleasant day. He wasn't sure he could find Sandra in such a pleasant mood when he got home. Without thinking much, he immediately took his car keys and went to the parking lot.

While traveling, Calvin decided to buy flowers for Sandra. His wife was still angry because she forbade him to work. He'll apologize first.

"What do you want to write in the note?" ask the florist.

"Yes?" calvin was surprised.

"What do you want to write in the note?" tanyanya returned

"Oh yes, write "Sorry"." replied Calvin. He looked at the employee with his skill in writing one sentence with his beautiful writing. He believes that writing can make Sandra forgive him. He looked at the red rose and took it to the car. He had never been romantic before. He wondered how Sandra would react. He continued his journey home.

Sandra and some people sat waiting for Calvin. The veranda has been conjured by Firly. So does the inside of the apartment. Sandra's dream came true. She gave a surprise party to her husband. I hope Calvin likes it. He had no idea what would happen, but at least he had done something memorable for Calvin. That's what he thought a few days ago.

Then he looked at the wall clock. 10 O'clock at night. There was no sign Calvin was coming home. He became a little worried.

"Tante, Calvin never came home so late" Sandra said anxiously.

Amara smiles. "Calvin's gonna be home any minute. Maybe he's buying something on the street again" he replied calmly.

"You calm down, Sandra. Calvin must have gone home.Your plan must have been a success." said Anita.

Seeing the closeness of Calvin's secretary and his mother-in-law, it felt like he wanted to have such a friendship if Calvin's secretary was replaced by a younger woman. But he wished his secretary was no prettier than him.

"Relax Sandra, we're still waiting" Alena said with a nod to Dave.

"Yes kangen?" edward was silent from that moment.

Sandra just glared.

Suddenly the door opened. Dean came in a hurry.

"Calvin just got home. Cepet!" exclaim Dean quickly.

Everyone started looking for a safe position.

"Dean takes a parent's fancy.." - Anita is upset.

"Diem.." cried Dean.

Calvin presses the bell to get Sandra to open the door. He wanted to surprise Sandra. Calvin looked at the flowers he was carrying and smiled. He waited a while. After a few minutes of not opening, he gave up and opened the door.

"THE SURVEY!" yelled at the people inside the house. He saw Dave and Alena were there. Same with his mom and sister. Not only that, Amara was there. And Edward. Although he knew Edward was dizzy but he came. And of course the main one is Sandra. Sandra smiled happily. It's very different from Sandra he met this morning. And there's something that makes it different.

Calvin breathed. Oh, my God, she's so beautiful tonight. He could not stop looking at Sandra. Sandra approached him with a tart cake accompanied by a lighted candle. He smiles.

"Happy birthday, Vin" he said. He handed the tart to her.

Calvin was still shocked and was endlessly staring at Sandra. I don't know who has this plan.

Sandra laughs. He refocused on the cake in front of him. "Come, blow out the candles." said Sandra.

Calvin blew the candle with a smile. He had never had such a surprise in his entire life. Suddenly Sandra retreated and was replaced by congratulations from the others.

"Congrats bro, I forgot that you're a birthday. But I knew your wife's plan this afternoon. Sorry I didn't pick up the phone." whispered Dave.

"I was told yesterday by Sandra. So, the show was just acting him. And you were fooled." said Alena with a laugh.

So, the prime suspect is Sandra. From yesterday he was acting to give her a surprise? He immediately searched for Sandra's whereabouts. He can find Sandra between his mother and Amara. He beckoned Sandra to come to him.

As he got closer, Calvin pulled Sandra's body and hugged her very tightly.

“Thank you, Sandra.” He said while kissing his cheek. “My best birthday.”

“I promise every birthday you will be memorable. Happy birthday, I'm sorry that I'm angry for a few days. Eventually you really deserve digituin” Bisik Sandra.

"It's okay. Never again." replied Calvin without letting go of his embrace.

“When to eat?”Shouted Dean.

Calvin immediately let go of his embrace to Sandra. “Eating-eating?”

Sandra nodded with a smile. He pulled Calvin's arm and walked towards the veranda. “C’mon guys! turn on the lights” shouted Sandra.

Calvin surprised. He just saw there was a grill out of nowhere.

“I'm confused. Barbeque party. So Firly's the one who's niapin." Sandra.

“You prepare your own food?”ask Calvin.

“Iya. I bought a lot of stuff in the market last afternoon. Fortunately I can be helped by mothers there.” replied Sandra. He was in Calvin's arms.

Edward approached them. “Udah, you guys just go to the room. You guys don't appreciate guests.”

“Edward envied yes.. Hence find wife.” Shouted Anita. Not everyone laughed because he knew Edward's current situation.

“We hope you guys quickly give us a baby. You've been married for a few months. It's time.” Anita teases Calvin.

“Not even five months of marriage .” Sela Calvin's.

"Maybe tonight on process, Auntie.." Edward's tease.

Sandra immediately walked away from the chat. She's ashamed. He began preparing barbeque materials.

"Don't keep talking! Help me.." cried Sandra. Everything started to move to help Sandra. Calvin is on his birthday.
