Caught in the Love of the Past
Chapter 32

After the Maghrib prayer, Fitri prepared dinner for her father and husband.

They also enjoyed dinner together.

"Fit, your brother why hasn't he come yet?" ask Rahim to his youngest daughter.

At one time, Dina would come after Rania came home from school but until now Dina has not come.

"No idea, Dad. Later after eating I try to call again," replied Fitri.

"Yes, if so," said Mr. Rahim.

Mr. Rahim deliberately wanted his eldest daughter to come, to ask for her opinion on Fitri's decision.

He was afraid Fitri would suffer again with Dimas. Rahim was afraid that his daughter-in-law would come back to torture her youngest daughter.

Enough this time he hurt his youngest daughter.

After dinner, Fitri picked up his phone and prepared to contact Dina who had not arrived.

Just now he pressed the call button on his phone, the sound of a car coming from outside the house.

"It looks like it's bang Riyan," muttered Fitri.

Fitri also stood up from his seat, they had moved to the family room watching TV.

Fitri stepped out to open the fence of the house, welcoming the arrival of her brother.

"Bang Riyan" said Fitri when he saw his brother get out of the car.

Before long, Dina got out of Riyan's car.

"Sister, I was gonna call brother. Dad has been waiting for his brother since," Fitri told his eldest brother.

"What's wrong, Fit?" ask Dina.

"I don't know either, Brother" replied Fitri.

She herself did not know the reason her father had told her brother to come.

After that they entered the house, Dina gave a bag of martabak Bandung to Fitri.

"Well, yeah. What's this taste, brother?" ask Fitri.

Dina deliberately brought souvenirs martabak Bandung because she knew her youngest sister was very fond of martabak Bandung.

"Regular, chocolate cheese," Dina replied with a smile on her sister.

"False, Brother. Brother indeed he is the best, deh," exclaimed happy Fitri.

The joy of Fitri again appeared on his face, in addition to getting souvenirs from his brother, he was also happy because of the arrival of Dimas who invited himself back to live the household together.

"Where's the father?" dina asked while opening the door.

"Father in the family room, brother. He was watching tv" replied Fitri.

They also stepped straight into the family room.

Riyan was shocked to see Dimas sitting on the sofa in the living room, his emotions just rose. He took a quick step and pulled Dimas's collar.

"Still dare you come here?" riyan did not accept Dimas set foot in the house of his parents.

Without a second thought Riyan immediately floated a raw bogem on Dimas' cheek.

Dimas was startled and could not dodge the blow delivered by Riyan so he fell to the floor.

"Bang!"

"Riyan!"

Fitri, Dina and Pak Rahim are shocked to see what Riyan is doing.

They immediately panicked at what was happening in front of them, Rahim tried to calm his son.

"Riyan stop!" yelled Mr. Rahim scolding Riyan.

Riyan did not understand what his father said, he was currently venting his anger on the man who had dared to hurt his sister.

Riyan was still mad about beating Dimas in the face, they could not control the emotions of Riyan who kept beating Dimas blindly.

"Don't stop!" pekik Fitri's.

Eventually Fitri stopped her brother from beating her husband.

"Enough, Bang. Enough," Isak Fitri began to cry.

Meanwhile Rasya just silently looked at what was happening before him.

Seeing what Fitri was doing, Riyan stopped the blow.

"Bang, stop! Don't hurt Bang Dimas," isak Fitri pleaded with his brother.

Instantly the room turned gripping.

"Dina, Riyan," said Rahim.

The current situation was starting to calm down, they were sitting in the living room, meanwhile Fitri in the room put Rasya to sleep in the room.

"Dimas came here to apologize to Fitri, they have talked about the problems they are facing," said Mr Rahim explained the reason for Dimas' arrival to his home.

"Yes, Brother, Bang. I came here to fix my household with Fitri, I admit all the mistakes I've made against Fitri. For the future I'll try to be a better husband for Fitri," dimas said he made a promise in front of the Fitri family.

Riyan stared deeply at his sister-in-law, trying to understand and make sure that Dimas really wouldn't hurt his sister.

Riyan wasn't sure what Dimas said, and neither was Dina.

They did not agree that Dimas brought his sister back to live in the village of Dimas.

"I did this because I still love Fitri, I also love Rasya very much. I don't want my daughter to grow up without a father in her life" Dimas said, trying to convince his wife's family.

"The taste is my flesh and blood, I will never waste Rasya" Dimas said.

Dimas hopes that Dina and Riyan can give Fitri permission to return to life with him.

Dina and Riyan were silent in a thousand languages, now they were thinking of ways that the sister would not accept the husband's invitation.

Shortly after, Fitri joined the family and her husband in the family room.

"Mhm," muttered Fitri.

He deliberately cleared his throat, so that his family was aware of his arrival.

"Fit, what do you think of Dimas's invitation to take you to his village?" riyan asked her sister.

"Mhm, sorry, Bang. I feel Dimas wants to seriously continue our household journey, for that I will go with Bang Dimas," Fitri said.

Dina and Riyan looked at each other. They do not think, their sister will still return to life with the man who had tortured her.

Dimas continued to say sorry in front of the Fitri family, Riyan did not believe the remark but he could not do anything because his youngest sister had already made up her mind without questioning this to them.

Fitri also helped convince her brother and sister with promises made by her husband.

Dina looks furious at the attitude of Fitri who easily forgave her husband who had hurt her.

"Sir, please make some coffee for Riyan, yes" Fina pinta suddenly.

"You want coffee, don't you, Yan?" said Dina inciting her sister to nod.

"Eh, yes. Please make me some coffee, Dek" said Riyan.

Finally Fitri stood up and stepped into the kitchen to make a coffee cup for his brother.

When Fitri was in the kitchen, Dina suddenly came to approach her youngest sister.

"Fit, are you sure you'll be back knitting household threads with Dimas?" dina asked her sister worried.

"Mhm, this is all I do for Rasya, sister," Fitri said.

Fitri can see the gaze of her brother who looks disapproved of the decision he has taken.
