CHAPTER 115 – SUPREME CONDITION

Guards who became drivers dropped them off in the ER lobby. Bramasta took Adisti into the lobby.

The security officer who recognized them immediately drove them into the ER room. A nurse nodded at them.

“Lewat here, Mister and Miss. We're heading to the operating room.”

“How is my Sister's condition, Sister?” adisti's voice sounded choked.

Bramasta tightened his embrace on his wife's shoulders.

“Great Lord came in a state of unconsciousness due to the loss of a lot of blood. From the results of X-rays and CT Scans, no bullet was found in the body of Mr. Agung. Bullets pierced through his body but there was debris left behind that had to be taken, the nurse explained as she walked.

Adisti. Bramasta patted his wife's shoulder.

“Did any v1tal organs get hit by bullets or shrapnel?" ask Bramasta.

"That's what astonished the doctors. Seeing the position of the gunshot wound from the left back edge through the right chest, his lungs should have been hit by a bullet. But in fact, no v1tal organs were hit by bullets. God is still protecting Mr. Agung,” the nurse smiled to Bramasta and Adisti.

“Alhamdulillah.”

“Please wait in operation waiting room. I live first. Later after coming out of the operating room, Mr. Agung will be placed in the ICCU room, if his condition improves then it will be transferred to the inpatient room,” The nurse nodded respectfully and left them.

In the waiting room chair, there was a man who immediately stood to see Bramasta and Adisti. He went straight to Bramasta.

Leon seemed to be running in the corridor approaching them. He immediately hugged Bramasta and patted Adisti on the shoulder. His face looks worried.

Bramasta turned back to the man who had been sitting who was now approaching him. He reached out his hand, “Thank you for delivering my Sister-in-law to the hospital.”

The man welcomed Bramasta's hand, “Sama-sama Pak.”

Adisti nodded and smiled at the man. The man with the pseudonym Solitaire turned out to be a young man in his mid-20s. Wearing glasses minus frame thin box of brown color.

“Parent's shirt is wet?” ask Adisti. At the end of his shirt's arm was a bloodstain that he believed was his brother's blood.

“At the time Mr. Agung fell, it suddenly rained heavily.”

“You're okay with a damp shirt so?” ask Leon with a thick French accent.

“It's okay, Sir. I brought a jacket.”

“Tell me what happened,” pinta Leon while pointing towards the seat, “Sudden to sit. I'm too nervous to stand still.”

“So when the first shot was heard, salon visitors and female employees scattered from The Ritz. The reporters gathered across were shocked. They wanted to enter but did not dare. Especially after hearing the second shot that he said hit people inside there,” Sol looked at Leon and Bramasta alternately.

“Then heard the third shot. It just so happened that Mr. Agung was passing by. Me and Joker do not know and do not see directly how it happened,” he paused to set his breath while remembering the incident earlier.

“But by the time we heard the loud noise and the sound of metal being dragged, me and the Joker directly got out of the car looking to find out what happened.”

Sol lowered her face then looked up again, recalling the horrific incident and scene again making her frown in horror.

“There have been journalists who shrouded the body of Mr. Agung. None of us dared to open the helmet worn by Mr. Supreme. Worrying will aggravate his injury.”

Sol sighed.

“Jok takes umbrella from car. I tried to squeeze the wound to stop the bleeding. At that time we still did not know the identity of the victim.”

Adisti cremated Bramasta's upper arm.

"Then a reporter opened the glass helmet. He said his face was familiar... Then his other friends followed, and they cried out to him Great, his brother Bramasta, as they said. Joker and I were very surprised and getting panicked.”

“I was indeed told the Joker, Mr. Agung will come with coffee, but we did not expect Mr. Agung to come by riding a motorcycle. When we see spilled coffee cups and also a messy donut box, then we are sure it is Mr. Agung.”

“Who called the ambulance?” ask Leon.

“I don't know, Sir. Probably one of the journalists gathered.”

“Are you in the ambulance, Brother woke up?” adisti asked in a stifled voice.

"Ma'af Miss, Mr. Great from the moment he fell, unconscious."

Adisti.

“You've had dinner?” ask Bramasta.

Sol shook her head while smiling.

“Dine first in the cafeteria. You just go home by taxi online. It's for dinner and the cab fare. Go home. Thank you for accompanying Agung,” Bramasta tucked some red money in the hands of Sol.

“Thank you very much Sir.” Sol bowed her body to Bramasta.

“Pak Anton has contacted you?”

“Already Sir, just before Mr and Miss came, Mr. Anton finished contacting me. Joker has also been asked to quietly leave the location and go home in a random direction.”

“Wear car?”

“No Sir. Cars cannot be moved because the streets are filled with police cars, Joker said. As the ambulance left the scene, gunshots began to be heard. Mr. Anton ordered cleans up all. Important equipment is carried by the Joker with his carry-on bag, while cars and equipment that are difficult to carry are left in the parking lot.”

“Wah.t department dong..” muttered Leon.

Sol shook.

Leon nodded with satisfaction.

“Go home. It's a tough day for all of us. Especially for you and the Joker who is in the CPI,” Bramasta pat Sol on the shoulder.

Sol nodded and then said goodbye to everyone.

The sound of footsteps and shoes was clearly heard in the corridor. They look at it simultaneously. There's Hans, Anton, Daddy, Mommy, Indra and Mother's Dad coming along.

Adisti's cry broke upon seeing Father and Mother. Dad shed his tears too. Daddy patted Dad on the back to calm down.

Mommy and Mommy hug Adisti together.

“How is the condition Great?” ask Hans.

Bramasta told me what the nurse had said. All said hamdalah, relieved because the bullet did not hit the vital organs.

“How can this happen?” ask Mommy.

“Remain to be the one who is in the wrong place and time, Aunt. Stray bullets. Not a bullet deliberately directed at Agung,” Indra stroked Mommy's back.

“Andai Disti does not give you a gift Big Brother motor. Maybe Big Brother will not have this accident,” Adisti as eagerly as possible.

Dad patted his daughter's master's back, “Never violate what has happened because it is tantamount to violate what Allah has determined.”

The sound of footsteps rang out in the corridor, all turned their heads. Mr. Kusumawardhani came with his wife. Indra kissed her parents' hands.

“Assalamu’alaikum,” greet Pak Dhani to all. Everyone said hello to Mr. Dhani.

“Mr Armand has been notified?” whispers of Indra to Hans.

Hans nodded, “Master Armand is in Palembang now.”

Indra nodded. The four of them, Indra, Hans, Leon and Anton, sat in a corner. Each monitor the social media with its gawai.

“Do not discuss about Red Butterfly activity in the open like this yes,” whispered Leon, “Too risky.”

Everyone nodded in agreement.

Parents are still asking about the condition of Agung to Bramasta. When suddenly the door of the operating room opened and a doctor dressed in blue came out of the operating room.

“Family Patient Agung Aksara Gumilar?” tanyakanya.

I walked up to the doctor, followed by Bramasta.

The doctor smiled at them.

“Alhamdulillah, operation went smoothly. All the bullet fragments were recovered from the patient's body. We wait for the patient to wake up. Hopefully there will be no infection or negative reaction from his body after his blood transfusion.”

Father and Bramasta spoke at the same time.

“For the next patient we observe in the ICCU room first yes,” said Doctor.

“What can not be directly in the inpatient room?” ask Dad.

“In the ICCU room, patients are monitored 24 hours a day by medical personnel, sir. In addition, the ICCU room is sterile. Nurses as well as visiting patient families should wear special clothes and special sterilization procedures before entering the room, ” Doctor explained kindly.

“Patients are still unconscious, Doc?” ask Bramasta.

“Not yet, Sir. Let's just wait. Hopefully be aware as soon as.”

“Kakak Ipar koma?” tanya Bramasta be careful.

“No, the patient's condition is currently at a low level of consciousness but not a coma,” The doctor further explained, “The level of human consciousness is measured with GCS, Glasgow Coma Scale, etc, that is the neurology scale used to perform the consciousness value.”

“For normal, what is the GCS number, Doc?” ask Bramasta.

“For normal conditions, the GCS value is at 15, while the lowest GCS value is 3, for coma patients,” The doctor fixed the location of his glasses.

“Agung is on what scale, Doc?” ask me to worry.

“For the Great Patient, He is on a scale of 4 or what is called a semi-coma. Semi-coma or mild coma is a state of decreased consciousness in which the patient is unable to respond to verbal stimuli and cannot even be awakened at all,” The doctor paused to sign the form proffered by a surgical nurse, “But if examined through the eyes it would still look good corneal and pupil reflexes. In this condition the response to pain stimuli is not quite visible or only a little.”

“So in other words, this condition makes Sister-in-law feel no pain?” ask Bramasta.

Doctor nodded.

The operating room door is wide open.

“It looks like the Patient is ready to be moved,” Doctor said.
