"Grandfather, help me cake, help me!"

With a trembling body Reza held both hands of the grandfather. His face was covered with cold sweat, and he was very frightened.

"Calm down, everything can be fixed, as long as you want to repent" said the grandfather.

"But I've done a lot of sins, will God forgive me?" reza asked in a trembling voice, and still clasped his hands together.

"Son, every human being must have made a mistake during his life. For a Muslim when committing wrongdoing and sin, Islam orders him to repent by asking for forgiveness from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Repentance must be accompanied by sincerity, seriousness, regretting actions, and will not repeat the same sin of guilt, son, do you accept it?"

Reza looks doubtful, he even looked at the face of the Grandfather who looks shady and earthy, making Reza's heart more turbulent, between wanting and not repenting.

"What are the conditions for repentance?"

"Prepentance prayer Nak, it is one type of sunnah prayer that is done to ask for forgiveness of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, from all sins of deeds during life. Every Muslim who performs the prayer of repentance nasuha, it is necessary not to repeat the sins that have been committed. And it is an exhortation to perform this nasuha repentance in one of the suras in the Quran, which means:

"O you who believe, repent to Allah with the repentance of Allah (pure repentance). May your Lord cover up your faults and put you into the jannah that flows beneath the rivers."

(QS. At-Tahrim verse 8).

"Based on that verse, it can be understood that good men before God are not those who never err, but those who repent immediately after making a mistake" obviously the Grandfather with his gentleness so stored in Reza's heart

"Then after that let alone the cake?" asked Reza who seemed more eager to repent.

"Praying when you bow down, Son, asking forgiveness with all humility before Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, This is also said in one of the hadiths, which means:

"The closest thing between a servant and his Lord is when he prostrates, so multiply the prayer when it.” (CHR. Muslim).

The prayer of repentance taught by the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ is as follows:

Allahumma Anta Robbii Laa Ilaaha Illaa Anta, Kholaqtanii Wa Ana Abduka Wa Ana Ala Ahdika Wa Wadika Mastathotu. Audzu Bika Min Syarri Maa Shonatu, Abuu-U Laka Binimatika Alayya, Wa Abuu-U Bi Dhanbii, Faghfirlii Fainnahuua Laa Yaghfirudz Dzunuuba Illa Anta.

It means: "O Allah, You are our Lord, there is no God but You who created me, and I am Your servant. And I am also in Your terms and promises that I can do as much as possible. I take refuge in Thee from all the evils I have done, I confess Thy favor which Thou hast bestowed upon me, and I confess my sin, therefore forgive me, for no one can forgive but you. I ask for Your protection from all the evil I have done."

After finishing, Reza's heart was calm, and he intended to thank Grandpa but, Grandpa was no longer in the manau.
