Changing the Destiny of the Antagonist

Changing the Destiny of the Antagonist
Drive out

Flo pushed Farel with all her might. His eyes seemed to want to swallow the man alive. Gisel, who was still in shock when he saw Farel kissing Karen, was surprised when the girl pushed Farel to the point where he fell.

"Bad!" pekik Flo raised his hand.

"Karen!"

Flo's hand landed on Farel's cheek, Astrid came and stopped him. Flo lowered her hands slowly.

"Bun" said Flo.

Astrid smiled at her daughter. "Don't do that, son," he said.

Astrid turned her eyes to Farel. Staring at the man was sharp, to the point of making Farel bow. It seems, Farel was terrified.

"Get out of this place! Don't you ever bother my daughter!" astrid said firmly.

Flo looked at Astrid confusedly. He never knew that Karen's mother could be that angry with Farel. To Flo's knowledge, Astrid only met Farel this time. But why does it feel different?

Just my feeling, or is there something strange? Throughout my reading of the novel, Karen's mother never looked angry at Farel. What's the matter?

There were so many questions in Flo's mind. The girl did not even realize that Farel and Gisel had left the place. Astrid approached and hugged Karen.

"Don't fuck your hands with hitting a guy like that. He doesn't deserve your anger." Astrid's words sounded very ambiguous to Flo.

Flo just nodded her head, "Yes, Bun," Flo replied.

Flo's already in Karen's room. He began to do college work owned by Karen. However, his mind began to drift on the scene this afternoon in the shop. Flo began to pick up a piece of paper and write a series of events that he had experienced since one month ago.

"I don't understand, but it looks very mysterious. I was drawn into this novel. In fact, this story is already much different from the truth." Flo muttered while thinking.

Feeling dead-end, Flo ruffled her hair. He threw himself on the bed. His eyes looked at the ceiling.

"Karen, why is it that when I need to talk to you, you just disappear? You only show up at certain times. You must be happy, right, because Farel kissed you? I feel disgusted." Flo shuddered at the thought of that.

The girl began to sit back at her study desk and focus on Karen's college assignments. Although his mind is split.

Meanwhile, Astrid was enjoying tea in the middle room. His mind drifted far away somewhere. Every now and then, he would smile thinly.

The next day, Flo returns to campus as usual. Now, some students start to approach him to make friends. Flo, too, began to judge some people who the girl thought sincerely wanted to be friends with Karen.

Not only that, some students also started to approach him. This happened since Flo changed the style of Karen that was too striking, became more natural.

"Hi, Karen," said a shy girl.

Flo smiled, "Hi, too," she said back.

"May I be your friend?" tanyanya.

Flo raised both of his eyebrows. Before long, he smiled and nodded. The girl looked happy to get a nod from Flo.

"What's your name?" ask Flo.

"I'm Ria" he answered.

"Hi, Ria." The girl was seen sparkling as Flo mentioned her name. He looks very sincere. Hope you will be close friends later. "You want to go to class together?" tawar Flo's.

The girl nodded her head. They walk side by side to class. Farel, who saw Karen coming, wanted to approach the girl. However, Gisel was blocking him.

"Changed? I never change. From then until now, I still love you." Gisel smiled smirkily.

"You want to fool me? You're starting to fall in love with Karen, aren't you?" shoot down.

Farel was silent at Gisel's words. She doesn't know how she feels about Karen. To which Farel knew, he felt the loss of Karen. I don't know since when, Karen's shadow penetrated into her heart.

"I don't know. All I know is I lost her. Lose her effective attitude, Karen's dependence on me, and I miss that." Farel's remarks, make Gisel realize that he has long been replaced by a Karen.

Gisel's tears fell without asking. Gisel removed it immediately. He walked ahead of Farel, the man who had filled his days for two years.

Flo is in the toilet, delaying her desire to get out. Especially when he heard his name called.

"Karen!" Farel who was still there, gasped to see his whereabouts.

Flo smiled sweetly at Farel, making the man misbehave. Flo next to each other stared at the man Karen had been chasing for nearly three years.

"You lost me? Farel, just go on with your life with Gisel. Aren't you getting engaged soon?" Farel looked surprised.

"Where do you know about that?" Flo cleared his throat to neutralize the nervousness that suddenly plagued him.

"Feeling only," Flo replied accordingly.

Farel just nodded his head. Silently Flo heaved a sigh of relief. He forgets the fact that he is from the outside world and knows the end of the story.

Flo walked away from Farel who was still struggling with anxiety.

A few days later, Flo receives an invitation from Farel. So, she still chose to continue the engagement? Good though. At least, I don't need to feel guilty for making her waver.

Flo keeps the invitation and heads to the cafeteria with some new friends. Flo and his friends look at Gisel who looks sad. Karen raised next to her eyebrows, when she saw the sadness on Gisel's pretty face.

"I'll be there for a minute, yeah," she said. His friends nodded their heads and smiled.

Flo stepped closer to Gisel and sat down in front of the girl. Gisel raised his gaze at Karen. Flo felt, there was a hateful look from Gisel at her.

My feelings, or does he hate me? flo's murmur in the heart.

"Go! I don't want to talk to you!" said sarcasm.

"I just want to congratulate you, can't I?" ask Flo.

Gisel raised his eyes on Karen. "Congratulations?" Flo nodded her head.

Gisel laughed and slammed the spoon in his hand. "You're always as annoying as ever. You want to laugh at me, right?"

Flo knitted both of his eyebrows. He felt he was not laughing at anyone. Ah, this must have been a matter of their conversation near the toilet yesterday.

"No. I really want to congratulate you." Flo spoke with complete confidence.

"I'm glad you stayed away from Farel, but now he's the one who wants you" he whispered in Flo's ear.

"Go! My mood's bad." Gisel drove Karen away.

Flo let out a rough breath. "It's not my fault he turned around. I'm even tired of her behavior just sending me a bouquet of flowers." Flo folded her hands on her chest.

"You want to, show off?" hiss Gisel, "go!" screeched Gisel suddenly.
