Mama's Cry

Caca and Azhar looked at each other. Mommy's wishes are the same as Azhar's but not Caca's. His mission is not yet complete and he must soon complete the revenge mission he made before further hurting everyone.

"Prophe dong, Mi. We both haven't been married long. If asked, I really want to have children soon, but everything needs a process. Actually, I had to introduce Caca to Mommy first and tell her about our relationship with Julie. But since Mommy already knows, it's my job to tell Julie we can just plan to have a child." Azhar's answer made Caca breathe a sigh of relief. At least Azhar will not be suspicious if she does not get pregnant.

"Then, when are you going to tell Julie?! Need Mommy to help?!" urge Mommy. Mommy can't wait to have a grandchild soon. He now believes which son-in-law is best for his son.

"No need, Mi. Julie already knew that Azhar had another wife."

"Good dong! You just tell Julie that your wife is your own secretary, Caca. Then you and Caca legalize your relationship in the eyes of the law and if necessary, you just divorce Julie! He only has a bad influence on you!" said Mommy.

"Yes, Mi. Azhar will do it as soon as possible. Honestly speaking, Azhar was getting uncomfortable and there were a lot of discrepancies between Azhar and Julie. Mommy is right, Azhar has chosen the wrong wife." - Azhar.

Mommy grabbed Azhar's hand and patted her gently and affectionately. "Sometimes we have to meet the wrong people first to know which is best for us. Meeting Julie is one of them, you become aware of which is wrong and you can see the good side of a Caca. While you can still fix it, correct your mistakes!" mommy's advice wisely.

Caca felt bad hearing that. He was praised too much, but he was not that good. Caca began to be filled with guilt because Azhar was not wrong in her revenge mission. Azhar is the victim, just like Caca and his family who lost Baim to Julie.

Caca became more quiet, and just listened to Mommy and Azhar's next conversation. The mother and son seem to be getting closer. Not wanting to disturb the two of them, Caca was willing to return to his room.

Caca was beginning to worry. He began to be faced with a crossroads to choose between two options. Keep continuing his revenge or stop and spend his life with Azhar. Caca wants to end all his revenge. A tough decision and it might disappoint you.

The ringing of the phone rang resuscitated Caca from her daydream. He picked up the phone and it turns out that the one who contacted him was one of the friends who passed the interview with Caca first. He asked Caca to send him an email that he had sent first when they entered work.

Caca then agreed to his friend's request and asked him to wait while searching among the pile of emails he rarely read. Caca glanced at Azhar's room, Mommy and Azhar still chatting familiarly. Caca decided to clean his email containing promotions and unimportant things. While looking for emails belonging to friends who have been sent first.

After searching and cleaning his email, Caca found what his friend requested and sent back the email. Because she was free, Caca decided to clean up unused email.

Caca's eyes widened to see a message sent by Baim, his brother.

"Sister Baim? Why did Brother Baim send an email to me?" inner Caca.

Caca quickly opened the email. His hands shook and his heart beat violently. Curiosity also rippled. He read the email sent by Baim. The date listed is 2 days after her brother decided to end his life.

Caca then tidied up her things and left the office. Azhar saw Caca leave in a hurry but could not catch up with his wife.

Azhar called Caca but none of her calls were picked up by Caca. Caca kept crying while in the taxi. He decided to go home to his parents.

The arrival of Caca certainly made Mama surprised. Not usually during the day Caca goes home. Mama thought, Caca was sick and wanted to indulge in him but it was not.

After salim with Mama, Caca went into Baim's room without a word. Mama was also surrounded by deep curiosity. Mama then followed Caca and saw Caca was looking for something in the pile of belongings of his deceased son.

"What are you looking for, Ca?!" asked Mama but not by Caca. The daughter was busy unpacking Baim's belongings and even making the whole room messy.

Caca finally found what he was looking for. A document-sized box along with the name of the insurance company he found neatly under Baim's clothes. Totally hidden by Baim neatly.

While crying, Caca opened the box. It says Mama's name as the heir to life insurance owned by her brother. It made Caca cry. Her brother is stupid. He loved Julie so deeply that she didn't deserve to be loved.

The curious mother then peeked at what Caca saw until she cried with such a hiccup. Mama's eyes rounded in disbelief as she read that she was the heir of Baim's life insurance with a sizable amount.

"What is this, Ca? Do you know where your brother has insurance like this?!" instead of answering Mama's question, Caca hugged Mama and cried louder.

My mom was crying, but she didn't know what was really going on. Caca to tears as sad as this there must be something that really hurts her heart and it has to do with Baim.

After being satisfied with crying and shedding tears that seemed to not stop, Caca calmed himself. He wiped away the rough tears on his face and looked at Mama who looked confused yet very sad.

Caca then pulled out his phone and showed me the email sent by Baim. Mom read it slowly and she cried again. Much sadder than the cry Caca let out. The cry of a mother who lost her child because her child was willing to sacrifice for another woman.

Now changing, Caca hugged and comforted Mama. They are two people who are both hurt because Baim prefers to make a woman unworthy of love happy than a family that loves Baim.
