"Fastly. I promise and this time will not fail again" Carine assured Mr. M who nodded hesitantly at Carine's statement that sounded doubtful of her mission on this one that looked cataclysmic.

"alright. I'm waiting for the good news. I hope your love for her son doesn't blind you to the value of truth. Remember...! You are the secret agent of the FBI of this country who is ready to root out crimes against anyone even if it is your own flesh and blood, you understand?!" press Mr. M.

Carine left her study Mr. M and chose to return to the hospital because there was an appointment with his patient at his clinic.

While in the main mansion, Madam Adeline was curious about her daughter who had not returned home for a long time since she last paid her way to the hospital. It's been almost three weeks that Carine has never returned home when she wasn't abroad.

Mrs Adeline finally decided to visit her daughter to the hospital without notifying her arrival to surprise Carine. Mrs Adeline stopped by a cake shop to buy her daughter's favorite cake.

Previously, Orlando had also wanted to invite his wife to lunch with him. It just so happens that there are no more patients in the clinic where Carine practices.

"Yes dear. Is he at the clinic?" ask Miss Adeline.

"Yes Aunt. He's still at his clinic. It looks like Dr. Carine is not well because her face looks very pale earlier" said sister Megan.

The two parted ways and walked towards their respective goals.
