Doctor Andrew who today came along with Edward who originally intended to propose to Siska. But she got disappointed when she saw Farel who was now next to her lady with her smiling smile.

Unfortunately Farel stretched out his palm and invited Dr. Andrew to shake hands as if Farel was giving friendship to him.

" Thank you so much doctor because you and your father always take care of my wife and my son I don't know how I can repay your kindness!" farel said sincerely to Andrew who immediately smiled wryly listening to all Farel's words.

Edward, who saw his son was depressed and also disappointed, replied to Farel.

" It's okay, sir. After all Siska was an old friend of ours who hadn't seen us in a long time. So it's only natural that we pay more attention to him. She is pregnant and alone in America!" edward said with a smile to Farel.

Farel was not surprised at all when he listened to Edward saying that Siska was their old friend. Because Farel also knew that Siska had once asked Edward to marry him.

" I feel so grateful that my wife is watching and loving him!" Siska had trouble swallowing her own saliva when she saw the interaction between Farel, Endro's doctor and Edward's doctor that looked like mediocrity.

" Go if Uncle wants to accompany Uncle Adrian to the nursery. I'll feed Siska to eat!" Farel then took over the plate in Steven's hand.

Steven smiled at Farel then he followed Adrian to go to the baby room which is not too far from the room Siska at this time.

" After I meet your baby we'll be back in our room!" said the doctor Andrew while commenting on a smile to Siska who nodded at him.

Doctor Edward grasped Siska's palm then he kissed her so gently.

" Congratulations, my dear. For the birth of your son. Uncle prayed that you would always be happy. May your son always bring happiness to you and your family!" doctor Edward said sincerely to Siska.

Doctor Edward realized that love cannot be forced. He does not want to until Siska suffers because of things that are not desired by him to happen in his life.

About 10 minutes later Adrian and Steven walked in with faces filled with twinkle of happiness with a tiny, very handsome baby.

" O Allah Siska my nephew is really very handsome! I can't wait to have a child as well it seems after this I'll propose to my Beloved!" steven said with a blissful twinkle on his face.

Everyone in the room laughed happily at Steven's silly behavior, who admired the handsome baby in his hands.

" Did Uncle Steven have a girlfriend? Since when? Why hasn't Siska ever known that my dear uncle had a lover?" siska asked with a face so cute that it invited the laughter of everyone in the room.

Steven was happy because finally he could see back the smile and happiness on the face of Siska who had always been sad after being abandoned by Farel for so long.

" You don't believe Uncle has a girlfriend, do you? Well, tonight, Uncle will definitely bring him here and introduce him to all of you!" steven said in a jumawa tone that even made everyone laugh again with his hilarious action.

Adrian looks so happy to see his sister now also began to be able to joke again after for some time ago Steven was always sad because of Siska's situation which was really concerning.

After seeing the tiny baby who was very handsome and also adorable. Edward and Andrew's doctor then say goodbye to them all to return to serve as a doctor at their family's hospital.

"How's Siska darling? do you want us to go home soon or do you still want to stay at this hospital?" adrian asked while giving the handsome baby into Siska's hands to breastfeed.

When Dr. Andrew and Dr. Edward were in the room. Siska did not dare to give her milk to the baby who looked so hungry. After all he felt embarrassed and awkward to the two of them who incidentally were outsiders.

After giving ASI to his son. Siska then asks Farel to take care of her return because he misses her apartment so much.

" We're going back to the apartment I used to prepare for our wedding, baby. I asked the maid to take care of the apartment. It has not been occupied for a long time!" farel said with a smile to Siska who was happy finally his family returned intact with the return of the husband to his side.

Siska did not want to recall the past so painful she did not care what happened back there when the two of them separated because of her mother-in-law who hated her.
