KKR activities start from 10.00-13.00, but there are several large departments that allow KKR activities to take place until 17.00. In KKR activities, assessments are focused on discipline during the activities.
Well, after following KKR, it turns out there are still pre-coast preparation activities, the name of the Young Doctor Debriefing. This activity is carried out 1 week before the koas period begins. In the Young Doctor's Debriefing, candidates for koas are given information about the Hospital, the relationship with other health workers, emergency emergencies, and the work system at the Hospital.
