Chapter 58 Eavesdropping

In one of the hospital corridors, Dilla was confused because suddenly Bella disconnected her phone.

“Bel, Bell, Bela, what's going on? Why suddenly his phone connection was cut off,” muttered Dilla.

He then dialed back Bella's phone number.

A nurse who had followed Doctor Azril and saw the incident seemed concerned about Dilla's current state.

“Ehem,” Lim cleared his throat to code David that there was not only him in the room, but also Lim who was still faithfully awaiting his orders.

“Bos, is there still work I can help?” lim asked when David's consciousness had returned.

“Nothing, your work is done. You can go back to your room,”

“Oh yes, Lim,” said David who made Lim step stopped.

“You still remember that guy who was close to Bella at the wild racecourse that night?” david asked as he recalled the thing that made him so upset.

Why did the Boss suddenly ask that? Does this have anything to do with her anger? (say Lim in the heart).

“Lim!” call David who sees Lim daydreaming.

“Sure, Boss,” Lim replied quickly.

“Iya, of course I remember with the man the Boss because his face was very similar to someone,” Lim replied.

“Like someone?”

“Iya, Boss. And to reassure it earlier I have investigated it,”

“So you've investigated that man?”

“Then bring the results of your investigation report here, I want to see it,” orders David.

Lim quickly left David's room and returned to the room with some files containing the investigation report about Ar.

“This is the Boss,” handed over his investigation file to David.

David opened the first page of the report. Ar's picture looks very handsome.

Damn, it turns out that he is really handsome, it deserves that rancid girl always praised him (said David in his heart).

“Aria Damara Effendi,” read full name Ar.

“Damara Effendi?” repeating the last two words Ar's full name while turning towards his secretary.

Doctor Damar is David's family's personal physician. He is the son of Doctor Yusuf Effendi, a friend of his Grandmother and Grandfather David.

“Not his second son is now abroad?” ask David.

“Iya, but a few days ago she had returned to Country S and she had also returned to work at XX International Hospital owned by her father,”

“But the Boss, in the report mentioned that Miss Bella did not know at all about the identity of the man,” said Lim tried to defend.

“How can Boss know?” lim asked in surprise because he had just given the results of his investigation report to David today.

“Because he was calling here earlier, I heard him talking about the man with his friend yesterday, what's his name?”

“Iya, Dilla,” repeats Lim's answer.

“Oh, Boss knows because the Boss eavesdropped," accuse Lim.

“Eavesdropping? Whatchu mean? I heard it accidentally. You know that girl's voice is like a mercon firecracker,” David denied.

“But the Boss likes it?” sedu Lim lowered his eyebrows.

“Like?” David looked at Lim and..

“Then you call Director Andi of Eve Company. Tell him that I asked for my meeting with him to be expedited into tonight and I expect him to be ready with all the documents he needs before 06:30. Otherwise all EG Company contracts with him will be cancelled,”

“Good, Boss,” replied Lim.

"Huh, what a pity your fate is Director Andi. Because of a Clarissa, now you have to work hard to bear it," Lim muttered as he stepped out of David's room.
