Chapter 307 - Chaos in New Vegas Town.
Izumi and Hozuki who had arrived in Rose Town at night were shocked by one of the locations of the streets that had suffered severe damage. They both think that a while ago before he came there were some people who did the fight.
Izumi walked slowly while observing around. He approached the broken street and touched it, "Hmm.." Izumi felt like there were traces of soap still stuck to this broken street. Izumi began to assume that, "Hozuki seems to be right, just a moment ago Shoba had a fight with someone."
"Shoba fight? With who?"

Just by moving one of his fingers Arata can control the speed of a vehicle that he sees, whether it's driving or not, "This is my declaration of war against the Lunarian union." said Arata. He smiled cunningly grinning and looked so bright.
Some of the Krocoes from the Lunarian Union also appeared to be trying to stop some cars running on their own. And also occasionally seen two to three croco is putting out a fire that burns a building.
A very chaotic night takes place in New Vegas Town due to the actions of Arata Kobayakawa. After previously he was caught, now having managed to escape Arata even more violent to make a mess in Lunarian. It was also as if Arata had directly challenged the Lunarian Union.

Moments later after all the kroco managed to be defeated by Arata easily. Zero Percento, one of the core members of the Lunarian Union. From a distance Zero can be seen walking closer to Arata while putting both hands into his pants pocket. Zero also wore a neat black suit, black pants, and black shoes.
"..... The arata!! After our reunion in jail yesterday. Now you're acting at will!! Does that prison make you regret it?"
"Zeroan. After we had a reunion that time. I decided to destroy Lunarian Island!! Are you angry?" Arata hurriedly stood up from his cross-seated position, "It seems like tonight is the perfect time to do a fight.."

"Geez, why is there so much chaos in Lunarian tonight. Shoba Sekke in Rose Town. Arata Kobayakawa in New Vegas Town. Plus, two rookie pirate captains, Izumi and Hozuki are also in Lunarian. I'm sure the two of them will also make a mess like the others.."
