Seen quite tense scenery on the roof of the Mayor of Man City building. Izumi and Hugo face each other. The two of them were getting ready for a decisive fight.
Meanwhile, under the Mayor's building, dozens of security police and everyone who had not yet left the mayor's building area looked at the roof of the building. Izumi and Hugo were already preparing to launch an attack. They look at each other. One of their legs had also stepped one step ahead. The wind also blew hard enough to make Izumi and Hugo's hair fall apart.

"Alright, then we start this fight." said Hugo.

Izumi coated both her hands with her ice strength. Then, he immediately brushed off the bullets with both hands. At the same time, Izumi immediately slid towards Hugo with both of her legs already covered by the power of ice.
Izumi immediately threw some sharp ice towards Hugo. However, Hugo just destroyed the sharp ice with his lightning power, "Btzzs!!"
After a few seconds, Hugo zigzagged towards Izumi like a flash, "Bztzss!!" Hugo creates a ball of lightning in one of his hands and tries to catapult it into Izumi's stomach.
With a quick glance, Izumi immediately held tightly to Hugo's hand which still contained a ball of lightning. Izumi turned her back, then lifted Hugo's body into the air and slammed her, "Bruakkkk!!!"
Then, Izumi took a few steps back. On the other hand, Hugo got up and stood back up. After that Hugo also created a gust of wind that was very strong towards Izumi.
The gust of strong wind like a storm made Izumi slightly slumped backward. He almost fell down. However, cleverly, Izumi immediately tied his legs to the roof of the building that he inched using the power of his ice.
And right then and there, Hugo came very quickly with one of his hands that was already coated by the power of the ground. Hugo struck Izumi in the face, "Buakkk!!!!"
The ice that tied Izumi's leg broke. As a result Izumi was bounced a few meters back. And after looking down, Izumi would fall from a very high place.
However, Izumi did not just shut up. Izumi coated one of her hands with her ice power. Then extend his ice hands to reach the side of the roof of the building. And now, Izumi returned to the roof of the building again.
Izumi approached Hugo and tried to kick his shoulder. Hugo immediately moved back a few steps back to avoid Izumi's kick.
Not long after, Izumi jumped into the air while pointing one of her ice hands up. His ice hands grew to form a giant hand, "Ice-Ice No Elephant Hits!!!!" Izumi slammed her giant ice punch towards Hugo.
Izumi circled in the air to avoid the fire blows that shot towards her. Then, Izumi who had stepped on the ground tried to launch a counterattack. Izumi ran quite fast towards Hugo then tried to attack Hugo with two blows of his ice.
Suddenly Hugo's entire body was coated by streams of lightning. Then Hugo moved forward Izumi, to the left, to the right, to the back, to the top very quickly. Hugo did just that to fool Izumi.
A fairly confused Izumi tried to attack him from behind. Hugo was not behind. And surprisingly Hugo was on the left side of Izumi and immediately mentackle her to fall.
Then, Hugo coated both his hands with earth element. Hugo held onto Izumi's two legs, lifted her up and slammed her, "Bruakkk!!!"
"That's for the reply!!!" said Hugo.
However, Izumi tackled Hugo's leg back to make him fall. Izumi got up and stood back up. Then, Izumi pulled the collar of Hugo's shirt and lifted him up, Hugo's body also lifted. Then Izumi unceremoniously slammed Hugo back, "Bruakk!!!"
"Yes, this is also a reply to the one just now!!!"
Hugo who was sprawled immediately kicked Izumi's stomach until it bounced a few meters back. Hugo got up and stood back up. Now, Hugo was directly creating attacks from the five elements of nature at once, namely fire, water, air, earth, and lightning.
Hugo launched his massive attack.

Moments later, after Izumi hit the ice, Izumi threw a powerful punch into Hugo's stomach, "Buaghh!!!"
"Yeahhhh!!! Fuckin' shit!!!"
"I won't lose to someone like you!!! Because, I am the Captain of the Cosplay Pirates group!!! Now, Scramble!!!!" shouted Izumi.
Hugo was bounced a few meters back and sprawled right on the side of the roof of the building.
