"You should consider this before you get pregnant, let alone you are an Obstetrician as well," explained Umi Syafa when examining the condition of Gilsha who suddenly fainted in the hospital. "But no matter what, the child is already a gift from God, no one can offend him."

"E-Emang, Gilsha is sick what Umi?" gilsha asked which made Umi Syafa hesitant to answer. "Why, Umi?"

Umi Syafa was silent for a moment, before finally a doctor who specialized in dealing with this disease came into their room.

"Let Doctor Adnan explain to Nak Gilsha, then Umi comes out first" replied Umi standing up and leaving Gilsha with Adnan.

Adnan himself is a young doctor, his age is not much different from Gilsha or arguably they sepantaran and Adnan is the one who takes care of the case of the disease that Gilsha is facing now.

Adnan smiled then took a position to sit in the chair used to sit Umi Syafa, he took out a paper that made Gilsha more curious.

Clearly Gilsha was silent, a guess that even Gilsha never had in her expestation that Adnan would ask.

"True Mas" replied Gilsha confirming what Adnan told Gilsha.

Adnan nodded his head for a moment then began to read out their lab results. "So this is Gilsha's mother, Ms. Gilsha will likely have difficulty conceiving in the condition of having only one Kidney, this becomes a very dangerous risk."

"Th-you mean?"

"So like this, Ma'am, due to the condition of the mother who is living with one Kidney, this pregnant effect resulted in Ms. Gilsha suffering from Preeclampsia, a disease that usually occurs to donors of Ginjak while pregnant, Gutjak, causing sudden high blood pressure, as it was when Ms. Gilsha, collapsed," Adnan said carefully because she did not want to hurt Gilsha.

Gilsha was silent, she rubbed her stomach then looked back at Adnan who was still at home looking at her as well.

"Can I still be pregnant with this child, Mas?" gilsha asked doubtful of her situation.

Gilsha let out a long sigh again then looked at Adnan once more to confirm his heart. "What's the worst possibility, Mom?"

Adnan seemed hesitant to tell Gilsha, she was afraid that Gilsha would make this a burden of the mind if she said it, but Adnan could not possibly cover up this fact.

"Make it clear, I don't have a problem, what's the worst possibility?" gilsha asked, which made Adnan stunned by his daydreams about Gilsha's condition.

"The worst possibility is that blood instability can cause blood cancer and the contents of Mbak Gilsha have complications and eighty percent of their children will be born with physical disabilities" explained Adnan.

The statement clearly made Gilsha's mind shaken, but Gilsha did not show that expression now in Adnan's presence, fearing making Adnan feel guilty for explaining this to him.

Gilsha stood up from her seat and then told Adnan, Gilsha now wants to go to the toilet, she really has to calm herself down which is really shaken amazingly.

All the possibilities for the possibility of his contents clearly make Gilsha hit, but should the two blame the past on him who donated his kidney first?

"Mama, Gilsha is confused now, why should Gilsha's fate be like this?" gilsha curled up inside the toilet with tears flooding all over her face.
