Dark Past Girl - 058
Rest

Selva got up. Tidying up her clothes and also her messy hair. Then lowered his body and head slightly in front of Narendra. "S-good evening sir," he said a little stammered. While Marvin in his casual style walked up to Selva and grabbed her shoulders.

Looking at Narendra's directed look on his shoulder. Selva instantly put away Marvin's hand. But as usual Marvin again put his hand on Selva's shoulder. Even now he is pulling towards it so that there is no longer any distance between the two.

"Look Papa, he dares to refuse your son."

"N-not so Sir, I just..."

"Come in!" Narendra immediately cut Selva's words and asked them to come in.

The cold attitude Narendra showed made Selva afraid. Especially when Narendra asks Marvin to talk together first to remind the past events when Ganindra did the same thing and ended with a plan that made him go to prison.

"Why am I so foolish as to repeat the same event, I shouldn't have come here." Selva got up from her seat and rushed away. But he hasn't been able to get out the door yet. Marvin came to stop him.

"Do you want to escape before you get your blessing?"

Hearing that Selva turned around to look at Marvin and Narendra who were standing parallel looking at her. Then with a smile on his face Marvin grabs Selva's hand and guides her to Narendra's front.

"Papa said something to my future wife." With a smile that continued to expand Marvin asked his father to say something they had agreed on.

"e-yes. If my son has chosen to make you his wife, then as a parent I can only give my blessing and wish you happiness."

Selva was stunned to hear what Narendra had to say. "That's right, am I not dreaming?" selva murmur in the liver.

"Do you think this is a dream?" marvin asked while pinching Selva's cheek.

"Aowwhh akhiltt." Ringis Selva.

Seeing that Marvin just laughed. While Selva rubbed her own cheeks. Realizing that what happened was not a dream, Selva held back her happy laughter considering that Narendra was still standing between them. Although Selvaa was eager to cheer right then and there, Selva had to hold her back and could only thank Narendra for receiving her well.

After that they continued with dinner together. During the dinner together, there were not many questions that Narendra asked Selva considering that Marvin had told her many things about Selva. And it doesn't seem like a big deal to Narendra because most importantly, his son is back home. Moreover, Marvin has now also allowed Narendra to remarry in exchange for terms with the blessing that Narendra gave for his relationship with Selva.

After dinner is over. And Narendra went to rest, Selva who did not see the figure of the mother in the big house questioned it to Marvin.

"I'm not either, but Mama must be looking at us."

"You mean?"

"My mother's been gone a long time, since I was six."

"Pardon me Marvin."

"No papa, forget that we're happy, I'm sure Mama's there happy for me too."

Selva nodded her head looking at Marvin who seemed accustomed to the absence of the mother figure at his side. "By the way about mom, Selva remembers her mom who knows how she is now. Is he okay, does he still remember me or has he completely forgotten me?" all sorts of questions in his mind. He felt really alone because of his mistakes in the past.

Returning to his past, Selva thought about how easily Narendra would accept it. He looked at Marvin as if looking for an answer in his mind.

"Why are you staring at me like that Selva?" asked Marvin who was aware of Selva's gaze full of probing.

"How could Mr. Narendra easily accept me, is there a plan behind the blessing he gave me?"

"Oh my God, Selva, do you want to re-equate me like your ex-lover?!" Marvin was quite disappointed with Selva's question.

"N-not so Marvin, I just..."

"Just worried, Scared?"

"Marvin, I'm sorry, I was really afraid this happiness was just for a moment and changed to a tragedy I never imagined."

Marvin stroked a long breath and grabbed Selva's body into his embrace. "I know there's a sense of trauma left in your heart, but trust me there's no plan behind Papa's blessing. Papa just asked that I allow her to remarry. Well all this time I never allowed Papa to marry again. But now I realize, I was too selfish to have let Papa be widowed for so long while Me and Sister Maria were busy with our own affairs."

Hearing Marvin Selva's explanation can breathe a sigh of relief. The dark past that he has gone through often haunts Selva. Moreover, his love story is now also not much different, making Selva overtaking at any time.
