Dear, My First Love

Dear, My First Love
Chapter 16

I don't know how long Anson had been staring at Aerin, who had fallen asleep after taking fever-lowering drugs. There were various questions raging in the man's head. Somehow he felt a lot had changed in Aerin, even since he first met the girl some time ago.

Anson accidentally opened Aerin's phone, wanted to call his family to tell the girl's condition. Unfortunately, none of his family members' contacts were stored in the flat object. Even to Anson's surprise, there was only one name that Aerin kept in his cell phone contacts. That's Andrea not even her parents' number, and Kyle. His biological brother.

Aerin apparently did not lie about not having her brother's phone number. Butwhy? Wasn't that girl and Kyle very close? Their families also looked harmonious. And Aerin, although there used to be many who did not like him because of his arbitrary attitude, but the girl still had many friends. Why does he only keep one contact number?

If Aerin and Kyle's relationship is tenuous, why does his cellphone password still use Kyle's birthday date? Anson recalls Kyle always telling stories about his sister who kept using the man's date of birth to code.

Because of that memory as well, Anson managed to unlock Aerin's phone. The man continued to stare at Aerin without turning his gaze the other way. It had never occurred to him before that Aerin would become this mysterious.

"Doctor," Anson turned her gaze to the incoming female nurse calling out to him.

"This is the porridge that the doctor ordered earlier" said the nurse timidly. Anson's charm does make many women who talk to him nervous. Anson took the porridge from the nurse's hand and did not forget to say thank you.

"A moment" Anson said as the nurse turned to get out.

"If anyone's looking for me, tell me I'm on leave tonight. One more thing, don't ever gossip about me and Aerin's doctor. You understand, right?" there's a tone full of warning in Anson's style of speech.

Although he knew by deciding to take Aerin to the hospital owned by his family even became the guardian of the girl would invite a lot of gossip, but he knew he also had the power to silence them all. They would definitely not carelessly gossip about him if he gave a warning.

"B ... Okay doc." said the nurse and left.

Anson looked back at Aerin a long time before waking the girl up to eat. It's been about ten in the night. When he met Aerin at the compound of the girl's house, it was still afternoon. That is, Aerin has not eaten anything since this afternoon. He must eat now so that his stomach does not have problems later.

Aerin opened her eyes slowly while holding her dizzy head. His gaze was still blurry, not seeing clearly who was sitting on the edge of the nearby bed.

The girl rounded her eyes when she could clearly see Anson's face. The man sat folding his hands in front of his chest while continuing to stare at him with an unpredictable flat face.

Aerin tried to remember what had happened to him. After recalling the incident earlier this afternoon when she was dizzy and Anson carried her, the girl immediately cursed herself inwardly. He felt ashamed. And ... This where?

Aerin's gaze looked around the room. The infirmary? He quickly woke up, although still had to be helped by Anson until he could sit upright.

"You really took me to the hospital?" aerin asked with his big round eyes looking at Anson. The man nodded.

"Why, objection?" his reply. Obviously Anson saw the look of objection on Aerin's face. The man smiled slantedly. This girl instead of thanking looked at him like that.

"If that's what you're afraid of, take it easy. I've taken care of everything. Besides, I also really don't like being involved and gossiped about with a girl who's stamped as bad as you" Anson said quite spicy but Aerin was used to it. The man had always spoken disrespectfully to her. It would be even stranger if Anson suddenly spoke in a soft tone.

They both stayed quiet for quite a while. A few minutes later Anson thrust the porridge in his hand in front of Aerin.

"Eat" he said flatly. Aerin's view descends into the porridge in Anson's hands. He does not like soft food.

"Don't tell me you want me to bribe you too" Anson said again as Aerin continued to be silent not looking interested in the food. The words made Aerin quickly take the porridge from Anson's hand and eat it. A small grin was seen on the man's lips.

Wanna fight? Don't expect to be.

____________

The next morning, Anson was still wearing the same clothes to work today. He was too lazy to go home and change clothes. Actually he could have prepared other clothes in the hospital but he has not done. For him it is more convenient to take a shower and change clothes at home.

Only two nurses who knew that he was in the hospital overnight, of course, keeping Aerin who was feverish. He still doesn't think until now what's wrong with him. He shouldn't have cared about Aerin. But seeing the girl helpless, Anson felt uneasy. The man leaned back in his office chair and pinched his temple while closing his eyes.

"Why you? You're not coming home?"

Suaran Logan resuscitates Anson. He opened his eyes. Logan concluded so because the clothes Anson wore were still the same as yesterday. Anson looked at the lazy man.

"There's something I take care of." Anson said.

Logan frowned. Anson is not the type who likes to work all night, he knows the man never wants the night he uses to work. That's why he accepted the offer to work at his family's hospital, because he could choose his work time in the hours he set himself. After all, there are so many doctors in this hospital who can come at any time in a state of urgency.

About what did Anson take care of to the point that the man did not have time to bathe? Logan wanted to know, but he didn't want to ask again. He realized Anson didn't seem to want a story. He also does not want to cross the line even though their friendship is close enough.

"Oh yes, the results of the CT scan of the accident patient yesterday have come out" said Logan handed the map in his hand to Anson. The man read seriously.

"His skull was broken due to a hard impact on the head, the patient had to be operated immediately" Logan said again. Anson nodded in agreement. Seeing the results he read, the patient had to be operated immediately.

"The patient's family agrees?" ask Anson. Logan nodded and spoke again.

"Everything is ready. Then I'll take care of the preparations for the operation." the man turned around. Anson sighed softly, leaning back on the back of the chair. He needs enough rest because he has been sleep deprived all night.
