From far away Hyunjin saw a dim lantern light. Hyunjin smiled slightly, she was sure she had reached the gate towards the Tang Empire. It's dawn now, around 5 o'clock.
Hyunjin felt a little tired, from noon yesterday until dawn, he did not stop racing his horse as fast as possible. And now he had been close to the entrance gate to the Kaisaran which would make him imagine about the time of rest. Even though Hyunjin was already strong and took some stamina pills, still she felt a little tired she was also just like any other human, needing enough rest for her body.
Hyunjin dismissed his horse, as 2 large bodyguards crossed 2 of his spears. Ban Hyunjin from entering without inspection.
"What do you need to do come to the Tang Empire?" ask one of the guards.
"I want to meet Emperor Tang," replied Hyunjin flatly.
"What need?"
"Do I have to tell you?" Hyunjin raised her eyebrows while smiling sideways at the 2 bodyguards in front of her.
"If it has to be, why not?" reply the guard slightly snapped.
Yun Shu who was asleep immediately woke up, he rubbed his two eyes while tilting his head to see what commotion was in front of him.
"Hyunjin what's wrong?"
"They won't let me in" Hyunjin replied as she looked at Yun Shu who was staring at her.
"Daughter of Yun Shu?!" the 2 bodyguards exclaimed in excitement as they watched Yun Shu emerge from behind the youngster in front of him.
"Why don't you let him in? Do you want to be punished by Emperor Tang?" Yun Shu averted her gaze staring at the 2 bodyguards in front of her.
2 The bodyguard opened the gate immediately, not knowing that Yun Shu was behind the young man.2 The bodyguard let Hyunjin inside and bowed respectfully. In the mind they were also wondering who the youngster was with princess Yun Shu. And where is Deputy Mark?
Hyunjin passed the 2 bodyguards without glancing at the 2 bodyguards who were looking at her with a questioning gaze, Hyunjin focused again on spurting his horse towards the central square of the Empire city.
"Daughter do you know where the Empire is? This city is so vast, I don't know the way to Kaisar."
While in the middle of the city square Hyunjin looked confused to see the city of the Tang Empire was very large and vast. Moreover, this city almost on average has the same building making Hyunjin a little dizzy to remember everything.
"I know, do I need to ride a horse?"
"Can the princess?" Hyunjin asked back while stopping his horse.
"can't. It's just that if you want to teach me I'll be very grateful."
"Hahaha .. I can teach you princess. But not for now," Hyunjin replied as she returned to running her horse.
Some of the residents of the Empire's central city stared at the princess Yun Shu in shock and bewilderment, confused by the youngster who was riding a horse with princess Yun Shu.
Some of them guessed the youngster was the fiancee of princess Yun shu, or cousin of Yun shu. But seeing from the youngster it was very clear he looked like Yun Shu's fiancee, let alone the two of them being tied to each other by cloth on their waists. Make some residents say they are romantic and perfectly suited. Though they did not know that the young man was 7 years old, while Yun Shu was 11.
But because Hyunjin's body looks burly and muscular makes them think the young man was 13 or 14 years old.
*****
'This is the Empire?'
Hyunjin's two eyeballs stared at the tall, sturdy building in front of her. The building looked like a palace even bigger than the palace Zero thought Hyunjin.
Yun Shu told Hyunjin to move closer to the Imperial gate, and Hyunjin directly obeyed him. In front of the gate they were greeted by 4 large and burly gatekeepers rather than guards at the entrance of the Imperial city.
"Daughter of Yun Shu. You have arrived? Where are Vice Mark and the other soldiers? Why don't you ride the horse-drawn carriage? And who is this young man?" One of the gate guards asked Yun Shu. He was quite surprised to see Yun Shu coming along with the youngster they did not know, and more confusing was where Vice Mark was?
"I have to go in, I want to convey something to Uncle Emperor Tang."
"Well Princess, but this young man?"
"Let him come in, he has already been very meritorious to me," Yun Shu replied as she looked at the bodyguard.
"Good Princess."
The golden-colored copper gate was opened. The gate required 4 1st class warriors to open it, as the gate was quite large and heavy.
Hyunjin runs his horse into the Empire, his eyes looking dazzled at the sight of various flower plants and carved wooden statues. This empire has very good ornaments, especially its very strategic location makes it a palace of dreams.
Yun Shu untied the cloth binding the two of them. Yun Shu also just realized during the trip here apparently he was bound to each other. Hyunjin explained that if she did not do this, Yun Shu would fall to the ground while asleep. Although Hyunjin's explanation suggests that Hyunjin only wanted Yun Shu to be okay, Hyunjin was able to make Yun Shu's heart beat faster.
Yun Shu gave Hyunjin's horse to the soldiers, and ordered Hyunjin to enter the Empire. Hyunjin did not refuse, nor was there any great interest in Emperor Tang.
Yun Shu and Hyunjin walked side by side past the soldiers and servants beside them who were bowing to the two of them. Yun Shu led Hyunjin towards the main hall where Emperor Tang was often located.
After arriving in front of the carved golden door, the 2 door guards opened the door and it appeared that inside was a very spacious room and only had a few chairs. One of the most beautiful seats, which is now occupied by a man in a copper-colored harness. Robes that are very impressed charismatic and authoritative.
Hyunjin and Yun Shu walked together towards the throne. Hyunjin was able to guess that man must have been Emperor Tang. Emperor Tang's face was quite handsome, his body was also very stocky, and he also had long white hair. Hyunjin was also able to guess the man was in his 40s and above.
"Uncle Tang." Yun Shu ran over to the man sitting on the throne while whining like a child.
"Shushu's? You have arrived? Where's Deputy Mark?" Emperor Tang's voice seemed to gently deceive his face which looked a little rosy from his voice. Emperor Tang also smiled warmly welcoming Yun Shu who was running towards him.
Tang Zhou was the real name of Emperor Tang. However, Tang Zhou was more famous as Emperor Tang.
"Shushu, what do you mean? You're not kidding, are you?" Tang Zhou held onto Yun Shu's two small shoulders while looking at her.
Yun Shu's tears flowed increasingly profusely, Yun Shu felt extremely sorrowful as she recalled that dark memory, where she saw Mark being killed before her eyes, and where also he almost became a slave of the Black Dragon warriors.
"I'm not kidding Uncle, does your niece look like she's joking?"
Tang Zhou stared fixedly into Yun Shu's eyes but not in the slightest did he see the lie from his nephew's eyes.
"Tell Uncle what happened?"
Yun Shu wiped her tears and nodded slowly. Yun Shu told him everything he saw with his own eyes. Even Yun Shu devoted it perfectly, Yun Shu also did not forget how Hyunjin helped him even kill Danzo with Hyunjin's own hands.
The few people inside the room looked surprised to hear Yun Shu's story. And the most shocked was when Yun Shu told him how Hyunjin killed Danzo with his bare hands. Surely the ministers, generals and dukes in the room were hard to believe, they were sure that Yun Shu's daughter was exaggerating about the young man named Hyunjin.
Everyone stared at Hyunjin like a probe, is it true that princess Yun Shu said or not? But seeing the young Hyunjin and her still slightly thin body made them hesitate to believe.
"I've listened to you Shushu, now go get some rest. You must be so exhausted, right? The rest let Uncle take care of."
"Did Uncle trust me?" Yun Shu stared blankly at Tang Zhou, and Tang Zhou replied to him with a nod.
"Uncle can Hyunjin stay here? I am deeply indebted to Uncle Hyunjin."
"certainly could. Now go, there's something Uncle has to say to Jin'er." Tang Zhou looked at the young man who was standing not far in front of him. The young man did not show any expression on his face. Though Tang Zhou was sure the young man must have heard the Ministers' whispers commenting about him.
"All right, Uncle."
Yun Shu left with the 2 female servants. But before Yun Shu left, Yun Shu had told Hyunjin not to be afraid of Emperor Tang, because Emperor Tang was actually a gentle man to anyone. Hyunjin simply smiled as she nodded hearing Yun Shu's explanation of Emperor Tang.
After that stay Hyunjin himself in the middle of the room where the people around him still look at him in disbelief and investigate.
Tang Zhou sat back to his throne while staring at Hyunjin.
"Young man, I've heard all the stories from my nephew. I believe my niece is not lying or adding," Tang Zhou said flatly.
"What Yun Shu's daughter said was indeed Emperor Tang. He's not lying one bit." Hyunjin lowered her head in salute to Tang Zhou.
"Emperor, are you sure of what princess Yun Shu said?"
"Yes the Emperor, I think the princess has overestimated it?"
"True Emperor, look at this young man. How could he possibly defeat Danzo's brother from Daimont?"
"True Emperor."
"I agree with the Emperor."
Several calls of denial Yun Shu's story started raining down on Tang Zhou and Hyunjin. Hyunjin did not bother them much to believe what not, which is clear now the purpose here must be conveyed.
"Akh already knew my nephew wasn't lying. Now young man you must also have a purpose here, right? I don't think you're taking Shushu for granted without a specific purpose?"
"real Emperor. I came with a scroll that Uncle Jhu left me." Hyunjin took out a red roll from her shirt pocket.
"That scroll?! Where is Jhu?" The duke was surprised to see the secret scroll was in the hands of the youngster in front of him, and it should have been Jhu who escorted the scroll to Kaisaran.
"Uncle Jhu is gone. He was killed for not being able to withstand the control of the Fire Rose Pill Demon while fighting the Hell Chain alliance." Hyunjin looked at Duke flatly still as her expression at the beginning she entered.
"I expected Jhu would definitely take the pill, even though I told her not to take it." Tang Zhou shook his head while recalling the time when he forbade Jhu to carry the pill.
"Young man, then how can you be as strong as Shushue told you?" Tang Zhou continued back while looking at Hyunjin with a puzzled look. Or rather Tang Zhou was just as incredulous as Yun Shu's story, but seeing Yun Shu tell it so smoothly, Tang Zhou was sure Yun Shu was not adding to it in the slightest.
Hyunjin was silent for a few minutes, right now she would have a hard time explaining everything to Emperor Tang. Moreover Linfang requested that Hyunjin not say she was inside Hyunjin's body. Because if the Tang Emperor knew, then Emperor Tang would seal Linfang back into the pill.
