CHAPTER 29

"How is he doing?"

"Daniel" The middle-aged woman scatters the son's arms, pouring out her grief "The doctor says it's better, soon to be transferred to the treatment room"

Daniel sighed with relief when he heard his mother's explanation, he released the body of the mother from his embrace and then walked towards the IGD room. From the glass door he could see a woman lying weakly helpless with a deathly pale face.

She is 22-year-old Shelina who is her cousin, since childhood Shelina has been orphaned both her parents died in an accident and since then she has lived and cared for by Daniel's parents. And they treat Shelina very well like their own daughter, Shelina and Daniel age which is only a few months apart makes the two very close relationship like a friend.

"Why did it happen again?, didn't I tell you to keep an eye on him!"

"I'm sorry, mama, I was out for a while and when I got home she was unconscious. The doctor said he had an operation because he was taking too many sedatives"

Daniel clenched his hands together, imagining how tormented Shelina had been about to make her blood boil "This is all because of that barbaric man"

One year ago Shelina married a wealthy businessman, but it did not necessarily enliven her happiness. During his status as a wife he only get violence from her husband to make her traumatized and often try to end his own life.

"Darling, why don't you just rest in the room?" Mom asked Hera as soon as she found Delia walking towards her.

"Bored mom" Delia looked at every corner of the room looking for a figure she was avoiding "Gino mama mom?" She hesitated to ask where her husband was.

"It's been an upset from earlier, Roxy said there was an important meeting. They are indeed really a package, in their work affairs are very hardworking but in their love problems the two equally suck"

Delia simply responded to her in-laws with a smile "Didn't mom say she was leaving, then why hasn't mom left yet?"

"Gino forbids mommy, he doesn't want you to be home alone"

"You don't know yet how your husband, who believes him in outsiders"

Delia was pensive, she did not know how Gino and what kind of nature and many things she did not know about her husband.

"It looks like he's been traumatized by what I did" Gino's frontal reply was able to make Roxy put on a lip to hold her laugh.

Not wanting to get a tantrum from his best friend and boss Roxy chooses to leave the room before Gino completely strangles him.

Gino glanced at the circular watch on his wrist, it was time to go home but it felt like Gino was reluctant to leave the place.
