The approval code spoken by Sheren, made Nathan and his parents more eager to formalize their relationship. Nathan's father immediately arranged a schedule to meet with Sheren's parents. Of course they wouldn't waste the opportunity that came from Sheren.
Tonight after finishing dinner with the Winata family, Nathan escorted Sheren home. The two have agreed to continue their relationship about marriage even though there has been no love in their hearts yet.
Actually Nathan used Sheren because he was the only one who could make his little brother react. While Sheren also uses Nathan to show that he can get a better man than Kenzo, Nathan will never betray him.
Sheren invites Nathan to come in to meet his real father. Sheren's father was daydreaming alone in the living room. I don't know where his wife and son are.
“Pa,” greet Sheren to his father.
Hearing the voice of the princess who was on his mind, made the man turn his head to confirm his hearing. Sheren's father's face changed instantly and looked very happy.
“You're home, Sheren?” asked Sheren's father while glancing at the man beside his daughter.
Sheren was actually reluctant to make small talk, but because he was not happy with Nathan he finally replied, “Iya as Papa saw, I came here because there is someone who wants to meet Papa.”
“Oh yes, who?”
“Pak Nathan, this is my papa,” said Sheren.
Nathan understands the situation, he knows that Sheren and his father's relationship looks tenuous. The man immediately introduced himself.
“Night, Om. I'm Nathan his close friend Sheren.” Nathan reached out to shake hands with Sheren's father.
Sheren's father immediately replied by shaking Nathan's hand. “Jimmy, Papa Sheren,” reply the boy. “Let's sit down first! You guys here must have something to talk about, right? Sheren told Auntie to make you a drink!”
Sheren complies and heads to the kitchen to make you a drink. Nathan is now alone with his father Sheren.
“Only, Om?” nathan asked trying to melt the atmosphere so as not to be too tense.
Just as Sheren's father finished his question, Sheren appeared after meeting the housekeeper.
“We just got to know each other, Om. Coincidentally Sheren is my personal secretary in the office,” Nathan replied.
He and Sheren looked at each other. They both give each other codes.
“Oh, so. Then, are you guys in a relationship?”
With steady Nathan replied, “Ya. Actually we're here to ask for Om's blessing as Sheren's parents. We want to marry immediately. Does Om allow?”
Sheren's father was certainly surprised by Nathan's confession. He looked at and watched his daughter from top to bottom, whether something was wrong.
“Sheren, did you marry out of heartache with Kenzo and Scarlett?” ask Sheren's father.
Sheren looked at his father seriously, then he looked at Nathan's face. Actually, she wants to marry Nathan for that reason, but Sheren doesn't want to tell her father. He wanted to show that he could also be happy with other men.
“Married?! Which man did you hire to be husband to, Sheren? Would you like to show me that you are not sad to lose Kenzo?” asked Scarlet who suddenly appeared with her mother and Kenzo.
Sheren and Nathan compactly turned towards the three people who had just arrived. Upon seeing Kenzo, Sheren immediately threw away his face. Meanwhile, Nathan guesses that the three men are Sheren's stepmother, stepbrother and ex-lover.
Nathan doesn't accept if Sheren is insulted in front of him. Moreover, Scarlet had thought of him as the man hired by Sheren.The man stood up straight and looked at Scarlet and her mother, then he introduced himself. “I am not a hired man, my name is Nathan Arga Winata, Single son Angga Winata.”
