Episode 44

Sometimes trials come to our lives, so that we become more patient and sincere people to face everything.

"W-What are you doing?" mia asked, the girl was anxious to see Erik climb the pole to reach the balcony where he was.

Erik did not reply, the man climbed up deftly until he could finally arrive before his beloved Mia. The man immediately pulled the girl into his arms.

"I miss you, Mia" said Erik hugging tightly the body of his little lover. A few days of not meeting made Erik really feel a longing for Mia. The man grabbed the lover's chin and then planted a soft kiss there making Mia jerk, but then the girl returned the kiss.

"I miss you too" Mia replied between the touch of their lips. The girl was delighted that she was finally able to meet Erik again. The regret that had touched his heart now disappeared had changed his happiness due to the romantic attitude that Erik showed.

"Why don't you tell me?" mia asked after their lips were off. The girl was still curious as to why Erik had not contacted her either.

"I'm sorry baby" said Erik pulling the girl back into his arms.

"I don't mean to worry you," added the man stroking his little girl's long hair.

"You should have told me, so I'm not worried" said Mia pursed her lips, making Erik feel anxious and re-grugged the girl's lips. Giving a gentle kiss to her heart-loving Mia, washed the two away in their deepening dormitory.

"I promise from now on I will keep you informed and will not let you worry about me" added Erik who was repaid with a hug from his little girl.

"Now rest! Tomorrow I'll take you somewhere" said Erik, gently breaking Mia's hair and peeping the top of her head.

Mia nodded, she obeyed the words of the lover. The girl kissed Erik on the cheek before returning to her room.

Erik waved his hand and waited for his lover to enter before he finally slid back down the pole to get to the bottom.

"It seems like tomorrow I have to put barbed wire on the pole" Ziga said, leaving Erik shocked and almost falling because his foot had not yet stepped on the ground.

"Sorry Master," Erik replied scratching his non-itchy head. He felt bad because of the glare by the young master.

"Follow me, there's something I want to talk to you about" Ziga said, stepping into the house.

Erik followed back, the man followed Ziga. The two of them headed for the Pratama family workspace. There's a problem that Ziga wants to talk about Howard to Erik. The man also wanted to know what happened to the man who had captivated them on the island.

"What about Howard?" ziga asked after they were in the man's study. He chose the place so that their conversation was not heard by others. Especially by Via because Ziga did not want his wife to worry if she and also his daughter had been locked up even in the bomb bay by Howard.

"For the gunshot wound has been handled by a doctor" replied Erik.

"Then, what about his soul? I see it seems like he just kept shouting incoherently," said Ziga, recalling as they were about to leave the island the man's condition was so alarming.

"It's still like yesterday, sir, he kept on rummaging indistinctly and always scared like he was seeing a ghost" Erik replied explaining what Howard's current situation was like.

Ziga breathed a sigh hearing the explanation of his personal assistant. He knew that what Howard was going through was the fruit of his own mistakes. The man was too evil and foul of his heart that God retaliated in his own way.

"It was the result of his evil actions to Joshua and his family" said Ziga who did know a little about what happened to his cousin's future husband.

Howard is completely heartless, he is capable of doing evil things to the grandfather who raised him and also to his own cousin Joshua. Ziga still doesn't know about what happened to Joyce's mother from Joshua, perhaps knowing the man won't be able to hold back his emotions.

Erik nodded in response to what his young master had said. He agreed with Ziga. If he were to become Joshua he might have killed that man. He does not care if he has to inhabit iron bars as long as the revenge he has can be avenged.

However, Joshua's darling is not him. It seems that the man was too patient despite being repeatedly hurt by Howard who actually did not have a blood relationship with him considering that the man was only a step-granddaughter of Albert.

"We have to ask how Joshua and Albert's grandfather decided" said Ziga, the man could not decide how Howard's fate considering the man was guilty of Joshua not himself.

"You take care of him, don't let Howard loose or run away" Ziga added.

"Now take a break and I don't want to see you climb to the top by climbing the pole" Ziga's message to his personal assistant made Erik's face blush as the man felt ashamed of the young master.

"Okay sir," answered Erik, he immediately left Ziga's study and returned to the pavilion behind the Pratama residence.

At the hospital Nadhya is still accompanied by Joshua. The man continued to hold his lover's hand as if afraid that if he escaped Nadhya would disappear from his presence.

"Honey, thank you," said Joshua, since the man had not stopped saying thanks to Nadhya.

Joshua felt lucky to have such a girl. Nadhya was so loyal to her that for three years she was in a coma.

"Thank you for what?" ask the girl confused. He himself did not understand why Joshua just continued to thank him.

Joshua did not reply, the man instead pulled the girl into his arms.

"To stay faithful is waiting for me to come back again" replied Joshua who then immediately planted a soft kiss on the girl's lips.

Nadhya returns the kiss of the lover she had long missed. The missing husband-to-be has now returned and made her truly happy.

The longer Joshua's kiss deepened, the three years he couldn't touch Nadhya making him miss the girl so much. The man grabbed the nape of Nadhya and tilted his face to get more of her lips.

The kiss came to a halt when the two were almost out of breath. Joshua fused their two eyebrows together.

"I love you so much, Nadh" Joshua said right in the girl's face.

"I love you too Josh," Nadhya replied shutting her eyes as Joshua again scooped her lips and kissed the girl deeply.
