The milk in the glass was already in the toilet he drank, then Vana smashed the glass onto the floor. While Nathan is receiving the arrival of Doctor Alvin, the doctor who will handle Vana's condition. The man had contacted him when he had reached Bali at dawn.

"I'm doing it too. Get my briefcase on the couch."

Gegas Nathan exited the room and took Alvin's briefcase, then returned to the room and gave it to the young Doctor. Alvin began to be busy handling Vana's apprehensive condition. He quickly bandaged Vana's wrist wound with a bandage, then gave the infusion.

Twenty minutes later, Doctor Alvin was done treating the wound and treating Vana quickly and painstakingly. While Nathan just stared at the face of the woman he loved while holding the hand of Vana who was not hurt. His eyeballs started to glaze over, a feeling of guilt continued to smash into his soul.

"How's Alea doing? nathan asked worriedly.
