Dimas Waiting

Dimas Waiting
Nita Lipstick

Viola has been in nine months. Waiting for the birth process. Now Viola is no longer allowed to go to the printing press. Viola just followed what her husband said. This was also for the good of Viola and the baby.

As Dimas was about to go to work, Nauval wept down from Dimas's sling. He wants to go with his father.

"This is dear to mother, I want to work you know" said Viola while taking Nauval down from his father's sling.

Then Dimas dropped Nauval from his carrier.

"Go first baby" said Dimas while kissing his wife's forehead.

Every day Dimas's attention on Viola was never lacking, even before the birth of his son, Dimas's attention grew even greater on his wife.

He always called his wife. But every Viola forbade Dimas not to get too close to Nita, Dimas must have always been angry.

Dimas thought Viola was too jealous. Not wanting to make a fuss, Viola finally never wanted to talk about Nita again. What matters is that Dimas' attention to me is not diminished, Viola's mind.

Ever since Viola never went to the printing press, the greater Nita's chance of teasing Dimas.

Every day Nita asked Dimas. At first he asked about work, over time he confided about his personal problems. Dimas also felt sorry for Nita who always hurt her husband.

"Pak Dimas.

"As far as you are, it doesn't matter to me. Want to call father, mas, brother no problem. The important thing is not to call me grandfather. Because I don't have any grandchildren yet" Dimas said in jest.

Nita laughed when she heard Dimas joke like that.

If it's Saturday, Dimas doesn't go to college so he's in the printing press until the afternoon.

When she was going home, Nita was waiting at the printing gate. Nita immediately stopped the car that was driven Dimas.

"What's Nit?" asked Dimas while opening the car window.

"I ride, I don't take a motorcycle. My motorcycle again entered the workshop." said Nita from outside.

"Curl up." replied Dimas.

"What road is Nit on?" dimas asked as Nita sat in the car.

"On Cirebon mas street, but please take me to Kimia Farma dispensary first yes. Just shut up." said Nita again.

Dimas did not answer, but his car drove to Kimia Farma dispensary.

"Who's sick?" ask Dimas.

"I bought a medicated ointment to relieve the pain in my back. A week ago my husband came for a referral, but I didn't want to. He then beat me up." Nita replied in tears.

O Allah, the love of Nita which her husband always beat, the inner Dimas in heart.

"Why don't you report to the police" Dimas asked.

"I dare not, I was threatened. If I could report her behavior to the police, then my family would be disturbed." replied Nita in a sad tone.

Dimas believed and felt more sorry for Nita, who was always persecuted by her husband.

"Mas... go down first yok to my house." invited Nita to Dimas when he arrived in front of Nita's house.

Dimas initially did not want to go down, but because Nita maksa, Dimas finally got out of the car.

"Mas.we have dinner at my house. Let me buy some rice at the stall ahead." Nita persuades Dimas.

"Not to Nit. Poor Viola at home. He must have prepared dinner for me." Dimas replied to Nita.

"This is my rented house, my small house. Want a big one I can't afford. So small is also not what is important there is a place to shelter" said Nita while drawing sympathy Dimas.

"Who is your son with?" ask Dimas wonder.

"My son was taken by my husband. Instead of me whistling and getting beat up, I'll stick with him." Nita explained to Dimas.

"Oh, that's it. I'm sorry to go home first." Dimas immediately announced to Nita.

When Dimas was about to leave, Nita who was behind him pretended to slip. Then Dimas looked back and pulled Nita's hand. When Dimas pulls Nita's hand, Nita's lips stick to Dimas's shirt. Dimas' shirt was also hit by lipstick, but Dimas was unaware of it.

Then he immediately went home because he was worried that Viola would have been waiting at home.

Arriving in front of the house, seen the clock has shown ten o'clock. Immediately Dimas opened the door of his house with a duplicate key that he always carried. He did not dare to call Viola out for fear that he was sleeping and disturbing. Slowly open the door of the house

When Dimas was already inside the house, he saw Viola had fallen asleep on the sofa in front of the TV. Nauval slept in a baby box in Viola's room.

It has been a month Nauval sleep with bi Ijah, but this morning there was a family bi Ijah who died in the village, so bi Ijah did not go home and Nauval slept in a baby box in the Viola room.

Then Dimas approached Viola, kissing his forehead and cheeks. Then Viola was carried into his room. As Dimas was about to pass through the bedroom door, Viola woke up.

"Mas.you're home. Are you able to carry me to the room." asked Viola still in Dimas's sling.

"For you, what you can't afford" Dimas said as he continued to raise Viola.

"Have you eaten?" ask Viola.

Dimas just shook his head looking at Viola deeply.

"Yes let me prepare. You take a shower, keep going." Viola immediately got up from his sleep and walked into the kitchen.

Then Dimas went to shower and pray Isya. Then he went to the dinner table for dinner.

"Well, haven't you eaten yet?" Dimas asked Viola because he saw that Viola was also eating.

"Yet. I'm waiting for you." replied Viola.

"Other times, if I go home for a long time you just eat first. Don't wait for me. Pity the baby in your stomach" said Dimas with a smile.

After the meal, Dimas watched TV. There just happens to be another great movie. Until late at night, he fell asleep.

While Viola watched not to run out, because he was sleepy, he went back into the room.

"Mas. I'm sleepy." said Viola as he walked into the room.

"Yes, you go to sleep first. I'm going to sleep again." replied Dimas.

The Next Day.

After Dimas went to work, Viola immediately cleaned up the dirty clothes in the bathroom. One by one the clothes behind the door were taken and put into the laundry bucket. Then the laundry bucket is brought back to be washed bi Ijah. How surprised she saw the lipstick on her husband's clothes. Whose lipstick is yes, Viola asked inwardly.
