CHAP 26.2-A Trouble Journey

Micah went to the Rhudyfolt Empire using a carriage cart. And accompanied by some adventurers to guard the carriage. Due to the journey towards the Empire, it would be filled with many bandits.

A few weeks have passed. Micah was already half way to the empire.

Their schedule was late because there were a lot of bandits blocking them. Even earlier, they were stopped by bandits who had bounties and the resistance was so fierce that the hired adventurers were seriously injured.

After a while, they were exhausted. They rested in tents, and took turns to keep watch. Because the forest they were visiting was quite dangerous.

And there was Micha standing guard at night. He scanned his surroundings to make sure there were no monsters near them. Although Micah could use the detection skill, it would raise a lot of time-wasting questions, so he decided not to use it.

After a while had passed, micah's turn had been completed and replaced by adventurers.

"Are you all right?, I'm still strong enough to stay up at night" Micah asked the adventurer.

"Ah, no, it's okay, it's already our job" he replied.

Micah knows that he's not okay. Because, during the previous bandit attack, he was not very useful for his party. And that will lead to guilt.

"Haaa, Hufttthh" the sigh complains of micah.

"I'll be on guard tonight, you sleep. So that you can look after us tomorrow" Micah told the adventurer as he extended his hand.

But, he refused micah's offer. Micah was tired of serving him, and he decided to take a nap.

The morning had come, and the sunlight entered through the gap of the tent cloth and made the body warm. Micah and the others woke up and washed their faces to refresh themselves.

The journey continued, and as usual. The bandits have reappeared. But, what made it different was, the bandit chief was one of the most sought after bounties, and his strength was no longer questioned.

"Lying, he's Kreygha isn't he? What the hell is this?, are we finished" said one adventurer.

Their morale instantly dropped drastically, they were terrified and desperate. And because this started to trouble Micah. He would not make any more plays, and directly got off his carriage.

And of course, everyone there was immediately confused by micah's actions. Did she want to kill herself? in everyone's mind.

"Hahhh, how much is your bounty?" micah asked arrogantly while brandishing her sword.

The real Micah had already lost all his emotions. But this time, he showed emotion because this was just an outward display. Within Micah, he could no longer feel pride or other emotions

"HAAHHH?? WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO? HA!!!" The bandit asked arrogantly while brandishing his axe.

"Huh? you don't know yourself? wow! you're so pathetic" said Micah, mocking the bandit.

And as always, bandits are the ones who fail, they never think about their actions. Because of that, the bandits directly attacked Micah without any anticipation. And...

*Duackk*

The body of the bandit instantly lay on the ground. Which made everyone shocked and confused, not least the bandits.

"Heee, what else but beating a loser?" mikha taunted.

And that, made the entire bandit upset and attacked Micah without hesitation. And like those bandits, they were quickly defeated by micah.

And the bandit leader began to be consumed by anger because his men were as easy to beat.

"Who are you?" ask Kreygha, the bandit leader.

"I? hmmmm... Guess what" by pointing her sword at Kreygha.

*Dushhh* (voice of ground kicked)

*Tinggg* (sword clang sound)

They immediately fought fiercely. And made everyone who watched it amazed because of that beautiful fight.

Because they did not just swing their swords. Enveloped in a beautiful yet deadly technique, a movement that was not in vain, and their strength was calm yet devastating.

Micah attacked her from the side, and she deflected it by deflecting the direction of the attack. And as Kreygha swung his sword from the top down, Micah resisted the attack with a few slashes and made the Kreygha sword almost slip from his hand.

Attack after attack. Although Micah was not serious about fighting him, he enjoyed the fight. Because he can fight swords with his pleasure.

And, a few moments passed. Kreygha was exhausted but still fighting micah. On the other hand, Micah did not feel tired or sick, because of the amount of mana he had.

The battle was over with Micah's victory. He cut off Kreygha's head and took all the identification marks of the bandits in exchange for money.

After that fight, the sword-wielding adventurers instantly requested to become disciples of Micah. But of course, he did not accept it because he was currently wanting to be alone.

And finally, Micah had already arrived at the imperial capital. He immediately rushed to the inn and put his belongings there. And following that, he went to the adventurer guild to take the rewards from those bandits.

And of course, he was examined again by a lie detector. Because the situation here is almost similar to the 'Edoryhia' Empire'.

And moments after the exchange of gifts, he went straight to the restaurant for dinner. And of course, he got into trouble there.

But it was successfully completed by showing her adventurer card. Although usually adventure cards do not mean much to the nobles.

Because Micah was already at a very high level, the nobles immediately apologized and left the restaurant. And certainly, after micah had a fight with her. He understood that this would not be finished this easily.

But, Micah stopped thinking about it and went straight home to his inn to rest and changed 'where stone' to 'magic crystal'.
