"Well sir, when do I leave and how many people will be on this mission?" Ask Vio, this humanitarian mission is not the first for him, because every humanitarian activity from this hospital Vio is a doctor who is always appointed to participate.

"Tomorrow you and the team will depart, because the place this time in a remote village in East Kalimantan ,there are three doctors including you and four nurses and several other medical teams who will help you." Obviously the boss .

"Okay sir, then excuse me for getting ready." Pamit Vio who was nodded by his superior, after that Vio also left the room of the superior.

To the next day, at home precisely in the room Vio is packing to include some clothes and supplies and needs in the village where he was sent later.

Tok.dok... There was a knock on the door from outside.

"Lake in." Vio said when he heard the door of his room was being knocked from outside.

Slowly the door of Vio's room opened and the older brother appeared from behind the door, and then walked into Vio's room, he noticed Vio who was busy packing on the bed.

" Is everything ready? Nothing is forgotten?" Delia asked reminiscent because her sister was a little careless if she did something.

"Sister, it seems there is nothing left." Vio answered while closing his suitcase that already contained some clothes and other supplies.

"Mas Rey will take you to the hospital, she's waiting downstairs."

Vio stopped his activity when he heard Delia's words, he then furrowed both eyebrows .

"Tumben, did Rey's brother no longer have busy until he had time to take his sister-in-law." Syndir Vio while sitting on the bed beside Delia.not without reason Vio said that the reason Rey has been so busy lest she have time for him , time for his wife and son is hard.

"Hurry up Rey is waiting for you." Delia then moved and walked out of Vio's room.

Vio pulled his suitcase and came down the stairs, from the top of the stairs he had seen Rey was sitting breakfast at the meha eating with Kenan and being served by Delia.

"For all..." Sapa Vio when he was at the dining table, he then pulled the chair beside Kenan.

"Braven his handsome gun aunty." Sapa Vio while gently reviewing Kenan's hair then sat on the chair right next to Kenan.

" Morning aunty." Sapa Kenan returned and resumed his breakfast. Vio turned to Kenan and smiled, looking at the pounding of the only one who was eating sandwich bread until it filled his mouth.

" Is everything ready, Vi ?" Kenan asked as he looked at Vio with his mouth still chewing.

"Please eat it first mas, just talking." Cut Delia and give Rey a glass of apple juice.

"Heheh sorry dear." Kekeh Rey while receiving juice from Delia's hand and then drink it to the toilet.

" sister, everything is ready, nothing is left." Vio said after seeing Rey put the empty glass of the juice earlier.

Vio nodded in response, he then continued his breakfast voraciously.

"Thank you brother.." Vio said after getting off Rey's car which had driven him right in front of the hospital.

"What are you going to use, Vi?" Ask Rey from the car.

" Bis, that's the bus stand by." Point Vio at a grey bus parked in the hospital parking area.

"Hmmm, all right." Rey then put on her glasses and started to start the engine of her car to continue her journey to her office,but just about to drive forward his car accidentally his eyes saw someone get off the luxury car in the hospital parking area.

"Rammon..." Rey murmured as she rubbed her eyes to clarify her vision, but the more she sharpened her vision the more she knew the man who was none other than Ramon. After being sure of what he saw his eyes turned to look at Vio who was also looking in the same direction.

"He's here and you didn't say anything to me and Delia?" Rey asked coldly, she was a little upset that Vio did not tell her about Ramon's whereabouts in this city especially now that Ramon is in the same hospital as Vio, where most likely they would have met often.

" A..I mean I don't want to tell my sister but I forget because I've been so busy lately." Vio said reasoned though he did intend to not discuss anything when it comes to the man who used to be so close to him.

Rey sighed in argument, and then she undoed her intention to leave even she opened her car door and got out of the car.

"What do you want?" Vio asked a little frantically because Rey's face was suddenly unfriendly.

" There must be some reason for that guy to be here, this must not be a coincidence, right?" Rey said as she looked at Ramon's back walking into the hospital building.

"He's the new owner of this hospital, brother." Vio was obviously slow while bowed.

Rey looked at Vio in disbelief, he could not believe what had just come out of Vio's mouth, of course he knew the owner of this hospital, he knew well,because he was Rey's co-worker but suddenly this hospital changed owners when the hospital should have no problem even the previous owner did not experience what problems are associated with his business.

"He doesn't bother you, does he, if he bothers you, just quit your job." Said Rey .

"No brother, he doesn't bother me, even we're like people who don't know each other, I'm not calm, I can deal with it." Vio tries to convince Rey that Ramon has never bothered him, and it's true that for more than a week they've been like two strangers who don't know each other, even Ramon looks so cold with him.

"Alright, I believe you, but if he bothers you tell me. Remember Vi don't fall asleep with all his words he's already someone else's."

Vio's heart suddenly felt in the squeeze when the sentence came out of Rey's mouth.He almost forgot that at this time Ramon is not a single man anymore he already has another woman.

"Yes, brother." Said Vio slowly while looking down to hide his already dewy eyes.

"Yes already, I'm leaving now, just in case you." Pamit Rey while walking to his car and get inside after that he also drove his car towards his office.
