During the day as promised Farhan doctor also invited Ramon to visit the clinic in the village they went only on foot because it was the distance from the house of Pak kades with the clinic not so far away .

The construction of the clinic was deliberately placed in the middle of the village in order to make it easier for residents to come to seek treatment.

Ramon looked around the clinic, it looked simple, the building was still semi-permanent did not look luxurious there and also all the medical equipment was not so adequate.

7"Was this clinic built by citizens or by the government?" Ramon asked as he looked around the clinic and some of the residents came in and out of the clinic and some came home.

"Actually this clinic was built by us in the past, while still in college my friends and I were placed in this village for six months, but because of the time we came to this village for the first time,we saw there was no place for residents to check themselves into the place of health services and also the distance of this village with a very far sub-district so at that time we took the initiative to build an emergency clinic for residents and also as a place where we socialize about health and also do treatment for people who need help." Clearly Farhan's doctor had his memory glared back 'to the past where he and his friends set foot in this village.

"Then what happens after you leave this village, does this clinic continue to function or no longer function after your departure?" Asked Ramon curious, he looked around the clinic area until accidentally his eyes caught the figure of a woman he knew so well through entering a room he knew as a service room.

"According to information after we left this village, this clinic is also no longer functioning as it should, because no health workers enter the village,but a year later I returned to this village after finishing my medical education. Me and the health service in the district finally re-entered this village and we re-functioned this clinic, the government also sent midwives, he said, nurses and doctors are on duty in this village and I only come to visit once every six months." Dr. Farhan said, while Ramon was no longer focused on this conversation because he saw Vio enter one of the rooms in the clinic.

"Sir Ramon." Call doctor Farhan while patting Ramon Slow on the shoulder and make Ramon wake up from his daydream.

"I.iya why." Ramon stammered slightly in surprise at Farhan's doctor's call.

"Are you okay?" Doctor Farhan asked softly as he looked at Ramon's face which looked thinly smiling.

"Yes, I'm fine, I'm happy to see your activities in this village." Said Ramon reasoned while he was smiling because he saw Vio who had just entered the small room.

"Let's take you around visiting our patients." Invite Farhan doctor while he left Ramon who is still standing staring at the small room that is in front of him but is limited by the empty land in the middle of the clinic which is functioned as park clinic.

"Are you better off standing there?" Farhan's doctor asked again when he realized Ramon wasn't following him.

Ramon then walks after Farhan's doctor as he wakes up from his daydream. They went around every corner of the clinic which was not so big, it looked so simple.

"Doctor Vio."Call Farhan's doctor when he sees Vio passing by with a woman of his profession.

Vio stopped his steps when he heard his name being called to the two women and turned to the same direction where Ramon and Farhan doctor stood the hallway of the clinic next door. Vio stared at Ramon and Farhan's doctor in turn who walked up to them.

"Where are you from?"Farhan asked the doctor when they were near Vio and his friend, while Ramon stared at Vio expressionlessly as well as Vio.

"We just checked the docking patient." Said Vio's friend because Vio was busy looking at Ramon.

"morning is your Ramon here?" Ask the doctor who was none other than the doctor Dance one of the doctors who also participated in his medical team.

"" Yes m.." Ramon answered briefly and seemed cold but his eyes did not turn away from Vio.

*Sir Ramon wants to go around looking at this clinic."Dr. Farhan said, From the moment Vio was silent to hear the talk of the three people who were nearby.

"Doctor Farhan has a patient waiting for you.."Said a female nurse .

"No problem, you just do your job I'm fine, doctor Vio will accompany me."Said Ramon with a smile and looked at Vio who seemed to hold back upset because he was the one who was appointed to accompany Ramon around.

"Yes doc."

vio said with a smile at the force .

Farhan and Tiara leave Ramon and Vio.

"We're just gonna stand here or wanna walk around here." Ramon asked as they were just the two of them staying.

"Follow me." Vio went ahead of Ramon and Ramon followed behind. The two went around and Vio explained every corner of the room in the clinic.

"So you think whatever the health workers need here to support their performance."Ramon asked after they went around and sat on a bench in a small park .

"There are still many sirs, medical equipment is not adequate, but we have made a proposal three days ago to be addressed to the relevant government."

Ramon turned his head towards Vio who was looking at the passersby of the people who were walking in the corridor, seeing Ramon's face turning a little disappointed because Vio called so formally.

"We're just waiting

the reply." continued Vio again.

"You feel at home here?"

Vio turned towards Ramon when he heard Ramon's question, as if they were staring at each other but immediately Vio turned his gaze back to the front with a cynical smile.

"I feel at home, I even think about staying longer."

Ramon looked at Vio in disbelief, he certainly knew Vio was someone whose social spirit was so high, he said,while living in Germany, Vio lived in the interior of one of the remote villages in Berlin for three months.
