"Well, I'll be there soon" replied a man in a white coat who was sitting on his great chair. He quickly put the phone in a bag, then stood up and went out of his study to head to the operating room.

"Good afternoon Doctor, everything is ready and the operation can be started" said one of the anesthesiologists welcoming Niko's arrival in the operating room.

Niko is a Doctor? Yes, it is a status that has not been known by Mila and her family. After nearly an hour of surgery, Niko came out of the operating room and prepared to go home. His body felt so tired because the surgery he had just undergone was the fourth operation on that day. He tidied up his personal equipment then immediately headed to the parking lot to approach his private car.

Private car? Yes, all this time Niko has a personal car from the salary she gets as a Doctor. The car as well as the profession is completely unknown to his wife's family because Niko deliberately hid it. After traveling for forty-five minutes, Niko arrives at a mansion owned by her adoptive parents.

"Have you come home?" greet a white-haired and teary-eyed man named Mr. Surya.

"It's Pa" Niko replied, kissing the old man's hand.

No one knows if during his stay in the city, Niko had foster parents who were an Obstetrician. She was the one who had been helping Niko's education until she officially held the title of Obstetrician for the last six months.

"Niko, Papa wants to talk to you" said Mr. Surya to his adopted son. He lives alone because he has no children. While all his family lived abroad, only he was still living in Indonesia because he wanted to be close to the grave of his wife. Even many times Mr. Surya told Niko, if one day he died, he asked to be buried next to his wife's funeral.

"Yes Pa, what do you want Papa to say? It looks serious?" niko Sahut. They do not have blood relations, but both are very close like the relationship of a father with his biological son.

Niko took a deep breath hearing the advice. Then he immediately answered Mr. Surya's question. " In fact Niko also wants to admit everything, but if Niko knows the nature of Niko's wife as well as property-crazed in-laws, that desire suddenly disappears Pa. Niko wanted to be accepted not because of property and position, but unfortunately they could not accept Niko under such circumstances."

"But none of that is of any use to Niko. Mila is already your wife, you have to be open to her and her family. As long as your wife is still there and is yours, don't let her down. He felt so guilty about the death of his wife fifteen years ago, because his wife died while they were trying to do a baby tube program that was handled by himself as an Obstetrician. One health problem suffered by the late wife of Mr. Surya made him unable to get pregnant, so the only way they had to do a baby tube program. But unfortunately, at the gestational age of his late wife was five months old, his health condition suddenly dropped and had to do X-rays and had to take certain drugs. Niko had always been a loyal listener when Mr. Surya returned to reminisce about the bitter times, but after that he tried to express his opinion.

"But our position is different Pa. My wife and Papa's late wife are not the same. My wife and in-laws are crazy treasures. And I only found out about it after I married her. In fact, he said that he wanted to marry me because my parents in the village had a large land that would be left to me as the only son. In fact, back when I was in college, I intended to give him a surprise with my medical degree if he graduated. Unfortunately everything was not as I expected," Niko said in a disappointed tone.

During his five years of medical school education in the city, no one in his village knew except Niko's biological parents.
