Doctor Niko's Secret
The face of the doctor looks like the face of a building porters
That afternoon, right on Saturday, Niko packed up to go home. One routine that is always done by Niko, is to return to the village at the end of the fourth week, or in other words, once a month Niko comes home to visit his wife and parents.
On her return this time, Niko plans to be honest with Mila according to the advice given by her foster father. He hopes, in the future can build a more harmonious household with the wife and will soon be given offspring. During this time Mila always refused to get pregnant because there was not enough savings and costs to give birth and care for the baby. Moreover, Niko's job is only to make money that is fitting. Mila feels their economy is still relatively weak to take care of a child who should cost a lot.
When he arrived home, it was not a cup of drink or a warm smile that greeted Niko's arrival, but a cold and determined attitude from his wife and in-laws. Even when Niko came, no one greeted her at all, until finally Niko who was more relented to say hello first.

Without many more words, Niko left his wife's house and was about to go to her parents' house. And after visiting for two days, Niko returned again to the city on Monday.
"Dok, today there's an impromptu operation. There are pregnant women who experience bleeding that endangers the fetus and its mother. We must take swift action to save both lives. Moreover, the pregnant woman has a history of high blood pressure," a nurse told Niko. And Niko quickly confirmed the report.
"All right, let's get everything ready. Right now I'll be heading to the operating room soon!" exclaimed Niko to the nurse and she also quickly came out of her room to help prepare the operating equipment.
Some relatives of the patients were standing in front of the operating room. And when they saw Niko's arrival, the patient's husband approached Niko while saying, "Doctor, please save my wife and child. This is our first child for eight years we've been waiting for his presence."

"Mila, when did you come here? Who are you coming with?" tanya Anto, the man who is the husband of Nia, Niko's patient.

"Yes right. If you don't believe me, just wait here until the operation is over." said Anto later. And interestingly, Mila and her mother were willing to wait at the surgery door to see the face of the person who was said to be similar to Niko.
After nearly an hour of waiting, the door of the operating room began to open. There seemed to be a nurse who came out of the room, and not long after, Niko came out accompanied by several fellow doctors and anesthesiologists.
Anto, Mila, Sari and several other relatives quickly approached Niko to ask about Nia's condition.
"How's my wife and son doing Doc? They're all safe, right, Doc?" anto asked impatiently.
The eyes of Mila and Sari are unceasingly looking at Niko's face which is said to be similar to her husband, even Mila still thinks of it as a joke.

Then the two carefully pay attention to every movement made by Niko. "Thank God, the operation went well. Your son and wife survived,"
