"Yes he's my brother, even though we're not siblings."

After the reception from Fiona has been completed, the prospective students immediately head to the Inception area. Hearing that the younger brother of one of the Knight Chiefs was taking the exam, made some people quite excited and envious as well.

Tony patted Vallen on the shoulder and whispered to him.

"Val, you need to be even more careful, I feel some unpleasant glances from them."

After some things have been done finally the selection begins.

Housed in the Hall they prepared a number of crystal balls named Awakening whose purpose was to assess and see what talents each prospective student had.

"First party please come forward, and put your hands on this crystal ball."

In the crystal ball will appear a rune that will be drawn to show your talent.

The rune depicted a sword, or Sword, then it signifies that the talent possessed is a person who has a strong physique, but is weak against the field of magic. This talent is referred to as, Sword.

Rune with a magic wand, or Wand. Doubt that they have a large number of magic fields in their bodies, but have low physical abilities. This talent is referred to as, Mage.

Rune pictured gloves, or Glove. Indicating that they have expertise in creating an object, they are also commonly referred to as Creators. A person who had a strong physique, yet a person with this talent was extremely unsuitable for battle. This talent is referred to as, Alchemist.

Runes with a bow, or bow. Indicating that they have the expertise to be friendly with nature, they can communicate with animals, spirits, trees, and so forth. People with this talent also have strengthening-type magic abilities. This talent is referred to as, Tamer.

Double pictorial runes. This person has double talent. A person with this talent would be specially enacted, and placed within a special class.

If no runes appear in the crystal ball, it means that the person who touches it is a Nonless or has no talent.

After the first player puts both hands, an image appears in the ball.

"Congratulations, you have Sword talent and with this you are declared to have escaped, and become a student of the Academy."

"Woe... I made it."

Seeing this too, Vallen increasingly hoped that he would get Sword talent as he expected.

"Gee... It was fortunate that he got Sword's talent."

"Vallen, so you're interested in Sword's talent. Yeah, I hope you get what you expect." Tony said with a smile.

"Thank you Tony. I was wondering, what kind of talent do you expect, Tony?"

"Further participants please come forward."

After that Tony touched the Awakening crystal.

"Congratulations, you've escaped and been accepted into the Academy's students, and your talent is a Tamer."

(Tony has Tamer talent. He was very lucky to escape.)

"Vallen, I'm going to advance to the next stage. See you soon."

"okay... Congratulations on graduating."

"Well, Vallen, I hope you'll graduate too."

"Sir, allow me to repeat the test with a new crystal."

At once Vallen's tears broke and could not help but cry when he remembered his parents.

"That's not true Vallen, you will still be proud of your Father, Mother, and even your Brother. Because you've been trying and fighting."

After they talked for a long time.

"Sister, I'm going home. Thank you so much for comforting me"
