Vallen finally resurrected the Swipe Soul, he agreed to a pact with one of the Fragments of soul fragments that came from the Dragon Emperor Millions of Years ago.

One of these Seven Dragon Emperor Fragments was within Vallen's body, while the other 6 were still unknown....
