Jarrett's Hugs

Piano twangs that sound melodious to all rooms that are luxurious decoration stop. The pianist's solo show is over.

Jemma circulated her gaze, paying attention to the reaction of the audience standing in applause for her, as well as understanding the feelings she was experiencing. As Gail had proposed before.

After some time, there was a voice greeting Jemma who was staying near the stage.

"My name is Evelyn. I liked that piano game. Whatis yourname? "

Jemma saw a girl standing in front of her and smiling kindly.

"I'm Jemma. Thank you," said Jemma immediately but tried to reply with hospitality.

The little girl did not want to witness again the happiness of the child with the father in front of her eyes which made the level of jealousy rise and damaged her mood.

"Are you still the pianist tomorrow?" evelyn asked with her bright face.

"Yes, it's still me."

"good. See you tomorrow, Jemma."

Jemma's eyes followed Evelyn's path. The boy went to someone Addison had introduced but forgot who she was.

The bright face that Evelyn looked at Jemma had changed with a frown as the child was beside the woman. Jemma's visibility was limited afterwards.

What he had seen was thought by Jemma. Was Evelyn unhappy while there because her father was not present, did Evelyn similarly seem to have no father, what was this and what was it.

But Jemma's mind later recalled what Addison informed her that this two-night event was not a birthday party. Not an event consisting of mom, dad, and cake. Jemma stopped thinking about Evelyn.

Although the three of them often go back and forth to the main resort of Iking, they rarely have the opportunity to eat at his restaurant. A luxurious place with premium facilities.

“Jemma!” a voice called out from behind Jemma.

“Halo Evelyn,” Jemma's friendly greeting when you know who called her.

“We met sooner than I imagined,” said Evelyn enthusiastically then continued asking, “You are not alone?”

“Iya, Evelyn. I'm with grandpa and om.”

“Oh,” said Evelyn pause, “Are you done with breakfast?”

“Already. I was waiting for grandfather from the toilet and om who was receiving the phone,” said Jemma kindly. Further said, “You're alone, Evelyn?”

“Iya. Mom's got something to take care of.”

“Mom? Meaning mommy? Are you okay going alone like this?”

“It's normal, Jemma. Mom always knew where I was even though I was like this myself.”

“You are an amazing person, Evelyn,” praise Jemma.

“In a few months I'm seven, maybe you'll be like me at the same age later. How old are you now, Jemma?”

“Five years.”

“By the time I was five, I couldn't play the piano as well as you did. Jemma, you're a more amazing person.”

“You're fun, Evelyn.”

“You're awesome, Jemma.”

“I will make you a role model because you are bigger than me, Evelyn.”

“You are my sister from now on because I have been wanting to have a sister for a long time,” Evelyn said earnestly. Jemma read the sincerity of the little woman's countenance.

“Good, I am your sister. My name is Jemma Brown and today I got an older sister,” Jemma said happily.

Jemma nodded then returned Evelyn's embrace. Until they let go of that link because of the arrival of Landon and Addison together.

“Grandpa, Om Adi, meet my sister. Her name is Evelyn,” Jemma said to both adults. They welcomed the speech. Understand with Jemma characters who are easy to get along with and close to others.

“It's time for Jemma to the practice room. We part here yes, Evelyn,” said Addison softly.

“Can I come, Om Adi? I want to see Jemma play the piano again,” Evelyn said hoping.

“If it's a public place, Om can allow you. Unfortunately, you need special permission to enter. Evelyn can see Jemma's show later tonight.”

“Izin is special to enter the music training room right, Om?” evelyn asked ascertained and Addison replied with a nod of her head.

“We'll excuse you, Evelyn. See you later,” said Addison then continued to say goodbye by Landon and Jemma.

It took ten minutes from the moment of parting ways with Evelyn for the three to arrive at their destination.  Because they had queued to ride the car so that it was not far to walk many meters.

“Evelyn?” call Jemma in doubt because she doesn't believe what she sees.

“Yes, it's me. Why did you stay here so long, Jemma? I thought I was in the wrong place,” Evelyn explained.

“You can get into this place?”

“Yes, here I am now.”

“You can?”

“Oh yes. I forgot to mention my full name. Evelyn Irey,” Evelyn said with her innocent look. Further said, “Young people Irey family have access anywhere in any Iking resort.”

“Jarret, let's change. I want to reply to my brother's message,” urges Jemma with his whining, scrambling for the phone that is in the hands of his twin brother.

“I'm busy, Jemma. It'll be your turn after I'm done,” annoyed Jarrett.

“When? This is the third time. I don't want to wait anymore. Give me your phone!” force Jemma.

“Later. Don't disturb!” scream Jarrett. The concentration is getting worse because Jemma is not obedient.

“Jarrett!” yelled Jemma annoyed as she rocked the little man's arm. He's whining.

“Fall Jemma!” snapped Jarrett.

Instantly Jemma fell silent and stared. Her tears slowly descended without any more whining.

Jarrett was aware of what was happening. Her sister was vulnerable to clashing and obedience was a forbidden word for Jemma from that day, when they were three years old.

“I'm sorry, Jemma,” said Jarrett softly, sincerely and earnestly and guilt-dominant. He can be angry at Jemma but in other ways, not like he just did.

Jemma needed a two-minute pause before she squandered off to hug Jarrett. He held another half of himself. The embrace of her twin brother gave her great calm.

Without Duo J knowing, Gail listened to what had happened from the beginning. The woman plans to surprise the twins.

Gail wants to pick them up from Addison's office and take Duo J out for ice cream at a favorite spot. It's been a long time since the three of them have done that.

When Gail was walking quietly, Jemma who whined became his attention. It had also been a long time that he had not seen his daughter's whining like that.

Currently, Gail saw Duo J still hugging in the garden beside the villa, Addison's office. It seemed like a lot had changed, and the time seemed to pass too quickly for the mother of two.
