After Ellard cleaned herself up, she left without lunch first. Even Ellard didn't take Gorgio away. As a result, Gorgio was worried when he did not see Ellard in his room or in the dining room.

"Young man where. Didn't she know that today the madam was coming home? God, I have to pick up the lady to the airport, but what about the young master?" thought Gorgio was worried about Ellard.

But after a while, Ellard suddenly sent a message to Gorgio. Ellard said he went on a sudden business. Gorgio knew Ellard was still injured.

"What if the madam finds out about the young master's injuries? I've been told by the young master not to tell the big lady" Gorgio said.

Ellard finally arrived at the research center. He immediately entered the lab and went to see Professor Parker. But there Ellard also met a girl who could be said to be the daughter of professor Parker. But Ellard didn't care about Lily, she just focused on her goal of coming to meet the professor.

"Professor, help me!" ellard said with a flat face but in a panicked tone.

"What's? Do you need another device?" ask Professor.

Then suddenly Lily interrupts the conversation between Ellard and the professor. "Hey! Don't you realize I exist, too. Why are you ignoring me?" lily said with an annoyed look at Ellard.

"I have nothing to do with you" Ellard said with a cold look at Lily.

Then Ellard explained about the wound that was still not healed to the professor. Ellard wanted her wound to heal faster, she was worried that until her mother found out about the wound. But the professor said that only Ellard's wounds could be healed, not by the pain.

"Are you sure? Although your wound will heal, but the pain will still be there. The pain will heal with time" said the professor.

"Yes, I'm sure! I can handle the pain" Ellard said.

Then the professor took Ellard to a room. There Ellard would sleep in a bed with sophisticated equipment there. Ellard will undergo a quick healing operation with one of Parker's advanced tools. But even if it can heal the wound, the pain from the wound will still not heal quickly. The pain would heal with time and a full rest from Ellard himself.

Professor gave Ellard an anesthetic injection to make it easier to operate on Ellard's body. After a few hours, the operation was finally completed, Ellard woke up and immediately went from where he slept. Ellard could still feel the pain in his body and right hand, but when he opened the bandage on his right hand, the wound that was there was gone without a trace.

"Thank you, professor" Ellard said, bowing politely to the professor.

"Yes, but the pain I can't cure. The pain will heal by itself when it's time" said the professor.

"Yes, I get it" Ellard said, walking away.

"Wait a minute!" suddenly Lily stood in front of Ellard. "Do you not want to repay my father's kindness through me?" lily smiled mischievously.

"What do you want?" ask Ellard flat.

"You have to accept me as part of your partner" Lily said.

"Huh, he'll be useful to me. But, I don't need a partner," inner Ellard.

"I'll think about it" Ellard said, then he walked out of the lab room.

Upon Ellard's arrival at home, she was already greeted by her mother in the main hall. But his mother's face was not seen being warmly welcomed Ellard's arrival. His face looked annoyed and angry at Ellard.

"Don't you know if today I'm going home?" asked the mother with a look of annoyance at Ellard.

"I don't know," he answered flatly.

"Sorry young master, I was looking for you to tell me about this. But you're not home anymore" said Gorgio politely.

"It's okay, Gorgio," Ellard said.

Brylee let out a long sigh, then she walked slowly closer to Ellard and she hugged Ellard warmly.

Ellard's two hands were about to return his mother's embrace, but suddenly he dropped both hands again as he was about to hug his mother.

"I'm fine" said Ellard.

Then Brylee took off her arms. "I'm sorry, because it's been gone too long" he said.

"It's okay, mother," replied Ellard flatly.

Ellard had told all the servants and Gorgio to hide the kidnapping and Lilia's arrival at his house.

"Hmm, it seems like it's time for me to get busy with my school affairs," Ellard said.

"alright. Then I go to my room" Ellard walked up the stairs to her room.

After Ellard left, Brylee stared intently at his servants and Gorgio. "Do you guys take good care of my son?" ask Brylee.

"I-yes, lady!" answer them simultaneously.

In his room, as Ellard was trying to stretch his muscles to get his body and right hand healed quickly, he suddenly found a small piece of paper stuck to the back of the jacket Ellard was wearing.

Ellard took the paper, "Here, what?" ellard thought while looking at the paper.

When Ellard read the contents of the paper, there was a word that read, "I hope we can be a familiar partner, yes. WARM REGARDS FROM Lily."

When Ellard was about to tear the paper, suddenly his hand forbade it. "Huh, am I not going to tear this?" ellard thought as he looked at the little paper.

Then Ellard got up from where he was sitting, and Ellard put the paper in a small box on the table.

"I was a fool to keep this," grumbled Ellard.

When Ellard opened his computer, suddenly there was a video call coming in from an unknown account. When Ellard picked her up, it turned out to be a video call from Lily.

"You?"

"Hehehe, have you read my letter?" lily smiled at Ellard.

"Already" replied Ellard.

"Hows it? Did you change your mind to accept me as part of your partner?"

"I threw the letter away. So I'll still think about it" Ellard replied flatly.

Lily immediately let out a bulging cheek huh while she was upset. "Huh, I've had a hard time writing it."

"Huh, hard work? You're even just writing a few words."

"But it makes my fingers feel tired."

"Say you didn't have that nulis intention. If your intention should have been to write more than that" Ellard said.

"Huh. Why are you so annoying!" then with a feeling of annoyance Lily langung turn off her video call with Ellard.

"Huh, he was immediately angry," Ellard said.
