Chapter 9

The exam, which will be held in the forested interior close to a villa, will be held for one night. In one night, for all the students of class X, will be assigned to look for a check points card, which is spread in the interior of the forest. For those who can collect 10 check points within one night, they will automatically get an additional value and point of 80%, and also those who are in the lowest class will get a chance to go up the class with a higher level.

But for one of the groups who did not get a single check points card, then they will be immediately expelled from school. And if there is one group that gets a check points card below 5, then their points will be reduced by 60%, for those who get 5 cards, their points will be reduced by 40%, but they will still get value even if only a little.

"It looks like this will be my chance to get away from that lousy D class" Hailey said, standing next to Ellard as they reached a beautiful, majestic villa.

"He himself is lame and stupid, he can only grumble," said Ellard.

While the others were busy having fun in the pool, Ellard just stood on the balcony of the villa watching the other students enjoying their fun in the pool.

"For those who get 10 cards will get a chance to move up the class level. Then it's clear that I won't be carrying 10 of those cards" Ellard said.

"I don't know. If you think it's a good fit, then it's a good fit" Ellard replied and left Calisa.

Ellard went to look around all the rooms in the villa. As Ellard was leisurely walking around every corner of the room with her hands tucked into her pants pocket, suddenly a short silver-haired girl with blue irises came along.

The girl smiled at Ellard, but Ellard responded to the girl's usual smile. As Ellard sees the bedge of the OSIS identification in the girl's uniform, Ellard begins to realize that the girl is a high-ranking member of the OSIS.

"Your name is Ellard, right?" asked the girl named Ceylira, who was in the XI-A class.

"Yes .." replied Ellard flatly.

"You're actually a good student, but why are you hiding it?" ceylira asked with a curious smile.

"I don't know what you're talking about. I'm not what you think I am" Ellard replied flatly.

Then Ceylira walked slowly toward Ellard and her lips came closer to Ellard's ear and she whispered, "Are you sure of your answer?"

Ceylira looked at Ellard who had walked quite a distance with her smile filled with curiosity about Ellard.

"He's an interesting guy" Ceylira said, walking away.

Then Ellard got a message from the X-D class group, of course Ellard will also enter the class group. Even though he doesn't want to, what can he do. A message from the classroom tells all the students of class X-D to gather in the room of Tatsumi, the class leader.

There Tatsumi will discuss about the exam that will be held tonight. It turned out that not only one of those groups would benefit from them getting those check points. But for all the students of the class of the group will also get a 30% point share, although it feels strange, but that is the fact.

"Tatsumi, why don't we propose something to Eilaria Sensei instead," then Haru spoke up.

"What's the capsule about?" ask Tatsumi.

"Why should each group consist of 2 people, why not more?" saru's proposal.

"Oh yes, about that. I forgot to tell you, there's a rule change. For a free group, no matter what the members," said Tatsumi.

"If I am free I choose to walk alone," the inner Ellard who just sat quietly listening to their discussion without saying a word.

"Then, why don't we divide our class into 2 groups" Erica suggested.

Good idea, 2 groups. Class X-D students have a total of 20 students, meaning that each group will have 10 students each. But according to Ellard it was a mediocre idea, he would not care about the division of the group. He just wanted to immediately do his test and quickly finish it.

"That's a good idea, but Eilaria Sensei says if we divide each of the 2 groups, then when we get the point, then the point will be reduced automatically by 20%" said Tatsumi.

"That's okay. After all the more groups we have, the more cards we will get" Kaito added.

"Yes, that's a good idea. Alright, I'll talk to Eilaria Sensei. Erica, you're going to split the group, yeah" Tatsumi told Erica, his girlfriend.

"Send me!" erica is excited.

"Actually their idea is pretty good, but they'll have to accept the consequences if they get a bit of card check points," Ellard's inner.

Then Ellard realized that she was alone, Hailey kept staring at Ellard. And Ellard was silent, expressionless when she knew Hailey was staring at her.

"Well, tonight I'll announce the group, yeah! Today's discussion we finish here. I represent the class president to thank you for joining the discussion today" Erica said.

When Ellard came out of the discussion room earlier, Hailey stopped him. "What else is it?" ellard asked as Hailey blocked Ellard's path.

"Did the group they proposed think was good?" ask Hailey.

"I wouldn't care about it, so it's up to them" Ellard replied, leaving Hailey.
