Chapter 1

A handsome man with a height and perfect body shape spit on his own wife who tried to make a cup of coffee for him. She hated the wife so much that she looked lonely in her eyes, that whatever she did would always be wrong in her eyes.

“This is coffee what is ice cendol? Why so sweet?” snapped the man while casting a look of hatred at his wife. “If you don't do anything, don't be my wife! It's disgusting to admit you as a wife!”

The man threw the cup on the floor and the water filled with coffee and sugar spilled on the wife's feet. Fragments of cups scattered everywhere made the woman named Mazaya close her eyes in fear.

Meanwhile, Mazaya's husband, Arnold, does not care about her at all and is engrossed in receiving phone calls from other women.

“You've arrived, Beiby? Just enter! I wait ya!”

Arnold's voice sounded very soft as he greeted the other woman. Very different from his treatment of his own wife who is now curled up on the floor crying.

The wife's appearance was very simple, making Arnold's eyes feel disgusted when looking at him. He had deliberately tortured the woman for life because it had made the handsome and rich Arnold marry a geeky girl like himself.

After receiving a call, Arnold leaves Mazaya without caring about her sobs. Mazaya, who suffered for two months because of her own husband, is now picking up pieces of ceramic shards scattered on the floor.

Although Mazaya was a wife and hostess, but not a single housekeeper dared to approach her to help. They were all afraid of Arnold who would not hesitate to fire anyone who became Mazaya's friend or help him in the house.

At the palace mansion, Mazaya single-handedly confronts the attitude of the husband who married her at Arnold's own insistence.

Mazaya's hand shook violently while cleaning the flakes of the cup, so accidentally a sharp incision scratched and pierced the skin of his hand and made fresh blood flow freely. Mazaya can only suck the fingers and return to clean up the mess because of a cup of coffee. Then, he went to the kitchen to dispose of the expensive thing that was now becoming trash just because of unstoppable emotions.

The woman took care of her own injuries and intended to return to the room after the mess at the dining table disappeared. Unfortunately, he runs into Arnold who is embracing the waist-friendly of a woman. Which wife's heart won't break when she sees her own husband embracing another woman's affection?

However, all Mazaya did was shut up and look. He dared not do anything because he was too weak and timid. Until finally, he could not bear to see Arnold ferociously attacking the neck and chest of his girlfriend, then dragged him into an empty room not far from their position.

Mazaya came out of the house with a broken heart as soon as the door was closed. Luckily, the security guard was not at his post and Mazaya made it through the gate of the house that happened to be unguarded.

Cloudy weather with flashes of lightning gives signs of rain. Mazaya, who cannot bear to be Arnold's wife, decides to run before Arnold or the housekeeper realizes his disappearance.

Unfortunately, when Mazaya decided to run, it was also a security guard who carelessly did not close the gate he opened. Mazaya didn't have much time to think, and there was no other choice. He did not want to go back to the house and finally ran all his might leaving the golden cage that had been holding him.

Heavy rain suddenly fell making Mazaya's steps feel heavier. At this time, he had already reached the crowded streets and passed by four-wheeled vehicles.

I don't want to go back to that place. I'd rather die than go back to being Arnold's wife.

“Mazaya back!” yelled Arnold who managed to catch up to him. The man stopped in front of Mazaya and got off the bike.

Realizing he could not save himself anymore, Mazaya finally jumped onto the highway and was hit by a speeding car.

The heavy rain blocked Caroline's sense of sight that she was currently driving. The woman had just come home from treatment at the salon and in a few days she was getting married.

Caroline has a very beautiful face. Many people call it an angel who came down from heaven because of its natural beauty. He has a rich and handsome fiancee, also surrounded by friends who care deeply about him. So, it could be said Caroline's life was perfect.

Caroline continued driving until an accident was not spared, and the woman hit someone who was none other than Mazaya.

A patient's hand suddenly moved. It has been two days that the woman was declared in a coma after trying to end her life. The sound of doctors and nurses suddenly filled the room. The one that had been calm turned tense in the blink of an eye.

“Check his blood pressure!”

“Show oxygen!”

“Monitor keeps his heartbeat!”

The medics were busy checking on the woman. The longer it got better, and it made them finally able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Meanwhile, the woman who had previously been declared into a coma began to open her eyes and look around. He felt very grateful to have survived the accident that happened to him.

“Thank God, I thought I was dead!” the woman felt very lucky. Apparently fate still gives him a chance to live.

After the doctor confirmed her condition improved and was able to communicate, the woman was transferred from the ICU room to the treatment room to be monitored.

A man with a well-built body entered the treatment room. His powerful-sounding footsteps caught the attention of the woman who was resting. Then, the man took a seat in a chair right next to the patient's bed.

“Who are you?” asked the newly awakened woman with a confused look. He didn't know the man at all. Then, why did he bother to visit her while the woman's own family did not come to visit.

The man in a black suit and tie blue stripes moved his eyebrows almost in a tangle. Then, with a cold expression he looked into the woman's eyes and asked, “Have you lost your memory, Mazaya?”
