CHAPTRE 36

"Well, it's night of sleep. I'm going back down" said Ned as he removed the compress bag he was holding.

When Ned was about to leave, Amara stopped him.

"Mir..."

"Hmm, what's wrong?"

"I'm not ready to marry you yet. Next week we get married. Is that too soon?"

"If we don't get married soon. Your stomach will grow and everyone will think bad of you."

"Need... I love Ray."

"I know I miss him a lot and love him a lot. I beg Ra to keep my son in your belly, let him be born into this world."

When Ned said that. Amara's heart was touched. Amara felt she had to really take care of her content. Although heavy heart but Amara must continue to live it.

Ned leaves Amara alone in Ray's room.

Day after day passed, Amara, Ned and everyone closest to Ray continued to look for him even though every day never produced results. Ray's office is now managed by Ned and his father.

Amara has been living with her mother and stepfather for several days. And sometimes Dillon still gives a bad face to Amara.

The long-awaited time has finally arrived. Today is exactly November 17th. The wedding between Amara and Ned will be held in a simple manner in a private building.

Although they are mourning Ray's disappearance. They were forced to do this wedding so that the slander and suspicion of all people against Amara disappeared. Because if not done directly Amara's stomach will be getting bigger.

All invited guests are ready to be at the reception area to welcome and witness the wedding of Ned and Amara.

Amara waited in the back room before entering the building. He kept shedding his tears. Amara is still heavy to do it but Amara must still carry it out for fear of slander happening everywhere.

Ned was ready with his black coat standing in front waiting for the bride to come out.

When Amara arrived inside the wedding area of the building. Everyone looked at him with love. Amara looks beautiful in her wedding dress. She carried a white rose in her hand. He really looks graceful.

Ned who saw him felt so fascinated. In a way Ned feels happy and feels proud to get Amara. But on one side. Ned was really thinking about Ray's feelings, even though Ray wasn't on his side.

Amara walked on a red carpet sprinkled with red roses underneath. He walked while being held by his father.

It seems that Ned's mother and father are happy to see their first child married after so long. His father and mother still do not know if his second son Ray. He also loved Amara.

I don't know how ruined Ray will be when he finds out they're married and have kids. Maybe Ray is like a flower that has lost a lot of beautiful petals.

The wedding was full of harmony. And it doesn't feel like they're legal to be husband and wife.

Kiss it! Kiss it! Kiss it!

All of Ned's friends cheered Ned and Amara into kissing each other. But Ned knew Amara wouldn't be comfortable. Ned finally decided to kiss her forehead.

Everyone seemed happy to see the two of them getting married. But not with the two of them, only Ned has feelings for Amara. Amara has absolutely no feelings for Ned. But maybe Ned will try to make Amara fall in love with him.

The show ends at eight p.m.

The guests leave the building.

Amara returns with Ned to Ray's house for a while. Because later Ned will live in another house with Amara, even though only the intention is.

When Amara and Ned's car was so awkward. Amara kept daydreaming and Ned who knew it felt sad.

"Are you disappointed with all this?" Ned asked who was sitting behind the wheel. Amara was immediately shocked and looked towards Ned.

"Why did you say that? It makes me feel cornered."

"I see you keep daydreaming, what are you thinking?"

"... I, I miss Ray."

Ned is really disappointed with Amara's words, because she keeps thinking about Ray even though Ned is now her husband.

Day after day, Amara and Ned never slept in one room. Ned always sleeps in his room and Amara sleeps in Ray's room, Ned can't make Amara sleep in his room. Ned was really waiting for Amara to open her heart.

Ray wakes up after Selina wakes him up to eat.

As Ray was eating Selina continued to look at Ray with a smile.

"You're still hungry, I can order it again later."

"Yes, thank you Selina."

The flight to New Zealand left Ray and Selina exhausted on the plane. In the end they both fell asleep until they did not feel after a long journey, they finally arrived in New Zealand.

"Selina, where are we going? After arriving here? Do you know where you're going?"

"Look down, Ray, I know the place because I've been here with my friends before."

"All right."

The two of them went towards a place like the countryside, the place looked like a painting because it was so beautiful.

The two of them walked towards an inn while they were there. The place Selina had visited before.

Selina seemed to mind carrying her own suitcase, so Ray who saw her was eager to help her.

"Come, let me get you your suitcase."

"No, no your hands still hurt, let me."

Selina refused Ray's offer with her smile. Ray only nodded his head after Selina rejected his offer.

They arrive at a peek that looks like a house and is wide enough to be occupied by two people.

"Well Ray, this is our place. We're gonna stay here for a while, see there's two rooms. The master room for me and the second room for you." Selina said while pointing at her room.

"All right, I'm going to my room right now. I'm so tired."

"Well, Ray, if you're hungry tell me I'll cook you some food."

"Alright Selina, thank you."

Ray went into the room. Laying his body on the bed, Ray looked at the ceiling of the room while thinking if everything would go better after all this was over.

"Surely they're all worried about me. But if I tell them now by phone. I'm afraid Jovan will bother the people I love."

"Hng, how's Amara. Until now I still haven't really said my feelings seriously to him. I miss him so much."

Ray really misses the people he loves.

Ray and Selina have been in New Zealand for a week. Ray is now very familiar with Selina.

"Selina... When are we gonna be back?" ray asked as he approached Selina who was sitting in the outer yard while feeding the wild birds.

"Come Ray... I still don't have enough money to go back to Indonesia. Because Jovan didn't give me a salary after I took you away."

"Should I find a job here."

"What's? Are you sure Ray?"

"Yes. I'm sure, in order for us to go home, I actually wanted to call Gerry but I lost my phone."

"Yes, Ray. I forgot to bring my phone. I left it on the dashboard of the car at that time. And there's very little communication because we're in the countryside."

"From tomorrow I'll find a job, you take it easy Selina. We can definitely go back. You must miss your family."

When Ray said that, Selina fell silent and walked up to Ray.

"Ray... I don't have anyone now. I'm a real orphan. And now all I have is you."

Selina suddenly hugged Ray. So Ray was really surprised.
