Finding Light in a Dark World

Finding Light in a Dark World
Bitter reality, Black clouds enveloped the raka

Raka is silent for a moment when she hears Pitha's story about Maya's parents divorcing and moving to NTT. His heart was broken to hear the news. He can't imagine how Maya feels about having to leave her friends and the life she's been living.

"Why should they get divorced?" asked Raka with a trembling voice.

Pitha shook her head sadly, "I don't know either. But at least now you know what happened to Maya."

Raka nodded slowly, "Thank you for telling me, Pitha. I feel relieved because I finally know what happened."

Raka raised her head and looked at Pitha with sparkling eyes, "Yes, I will find a way to meet Maya again. I'm not just gonna give up."

Pitha nodded, "Come, we go to dinner together. Maybe this will take your grief a little bit."

Raka followed Pitha out of the cafe with a small smile on her face. Although his heart was still sad, he felt grateful for having a friend like Pitha who was always there for him.

Pitha and Raka enjoyed the fried rice sold in front of the cafe, the aroma of the spices tempting their tastes. After the stomach is full, they go straight to the cafe to play games.

After entering the cafe, Pitha immediately tells Raka that if she feels sad, she can try playing the same game as she played.

Pitha explains that this is a music genre online game, and we have to follow the appropriate commands on the screen .

Raka looked at the computer screen carefully. "So we have to press the keys on the keyboard according to the direction that appears on the screen?" ask Raka.

"Yes, that's right," Pitha replied. "This game is a genre of music and is designed to be played with a keyboard. I'm sure you'll be able to follow the flow of this game easily."

Raka nodded, deciding to try the game. With seriousness radiating from his eyes, he pressed the keys on the keyboard exactly according to the direction that appeared on the screen. The strains of music that jerked and the movement that was getting faster made Raka's heart pound more.

"What exciting!" it was as he finished the first song he had chosen .

"I never knew that playing games could make my heart feel this happy."

Pitha smiled at Raka's excitement. "I told you that playing games can make our minds calm and our hearts happy? All your troubles and sadness now feel far away here, don't you?"

Raka nodded in agreement. He continues his game with a higher spirit, even forgetting the sadness and problems that exist in the real world.

With puffy eyes, Raka took a deep breath. After playing the jogging, Raka felt her mind become calmer. "Thank you for getting me to play that game, Pitha," he said with a small smile.

After saying goodbye to Pitha, Raka walks out of the cafe.

With his eyes almost closed, Raka realized that he had to leave immediately to find a bus back to Jakarta. He was afraid that his parents were looking everywhere because of excessive worry

Raka drooped tired inside the bus, staring at the window with a lethargic face. After paying for the ticket, he immediately took off his backpack and sat down on the chair, closing his eyes. He felt a sense of exhaustion approaching him, after a night to walk to find out about Maya. Now he was on his way home to Jakarta, although in his heart there was still doubt and uncertainty.

but his body was too tired to stay awake. Unknowingly, he ended up falling asleep on the bus, with his heart still filled with anxiety and worry.

When Raka woke up from her sleep, she had already arrived at the bus terminal in Jakarta. He hurriedly got off the bus and reached into his wallet to see the rest of the money he had. It turns out that the rest of the money is very little, not even enough to pay for transportation to his home.

Raka felt a little worried when she saw her wallet was empty. He pondered for a moment to find the best solution so that he could go home without angering his parents. After a moment of thought, Raka decided to visit the police station and pretended to be lost.

With quick steps, Raka headed to the nearest police station. When I got there, "Please, Mr. Police, I was lost and didn't know the way home. Can you take me home, please?" pinta Raka with a plain tone.

The picket officer who saw the situation Raka immediately felt pity .

The police officer gave her help and contacted her parents to inform them that Raka had been found. Shortly after, her parents came to pick up Raka at the police station.

After the incident, Raka feels that her parents have become very overprotective. They always wonder where Raka went and who her friends are. According to Raka, her parents' worries were too excessive and made her feel constrained.

Every day, Raka felt like she was in a blanket of black clouds of endless sadness. Despite being friends with Pitha and getting ready to retire the game and say goodbye to the entire guild including Vhionitha,

Raka who used to be cheerful and friendly, now turned into a closed and not too concerned with the surrounding environment. Her heart felt empty without Maya, her long-lost companion without a trace. Sometimes, while being alone, Raka recalls fond memories with Maya and cries out.

Raka tries to hide her sadness in front of her mother by smiling and saying that she is fine. However, in his heart, he felt empty and lonely. Every time he thought of Maya, his heart ached and sad.

When exactly 3 months passed, Raka decided to sell her online game character. He was bored with the game and wanted to find a new one to play.

Each member of the Zone guild was stunned when Raka announced her plan to sell her online game char and stop playing. They were curious and wondered what caused the sudden change of mind from Raka. However, Raka only gives false reasons that she wants to focus on school and no longer has time to play games. Although the guild members felt a little disappointed, they respected Raka's decision.

The guild Zone chairman was shocked when he heard rumors that Raka was intending to sell his game account. He felt called to buy the character so as not to fall into the hands of other guilds. The guild leader tried to influence Raka by making a tempting offer, though,

Raka felt an infinite confusion. He felt happy and relieved because his gaming account was worth 10 million rupiah, but on the other hand, he was worried and nervous about how to hide the money from his parents. Raka tried to ponder for a moment and thought that she might be able to hide the money in a safe and secret place, for example in a hidden drawer or in a tightly sealed box. However, he also felt afraid that his parents could find the money and scolded him. Raka felt a dilemma and did not know what to do.
