Chapter 4 The drama queen?!

Finally Alden's car arrived in front of his father's house. He got down first and stepped in without caring about Caca who was so down from the car it looked confused and awkward.

Adnan's not home today. Of course he's in his company.

"Non, let's go in!" Yuni exclaimed, the maid in the house.

Doubtfully Caca approached Yuni.

"Non's having lunch?" Tanya Yuni was friendly.

"It."

"Then let me take you upstairs." Take Yuni who steps ahead of Caca.

He stepped up the stairs to the top floor, where Alden's room was located.

Looking at the stairs made Caca remember what happened to her some time ago.

"Non, come!"

Yuni's voice resuscitated Caca from nostalgia given the tragic incident she had just experienced. With a doubtful step he slowly followed behind Yuni.

One by one Caca's feet climbed the steps. Every time he stepped on the stairs, the shadow as he fell made him cringe to continue. But, he did not want to linger too long feeling that feeling, so he forced himself to fight against that horror.

"This is Alden's room." Yuni Gumam.

Caca nodded, thinking maybe his room was different to Alden's. That's why Yuni told him where Alden's room is.

Yuni knocked on the door and not how long it was open.

"Please enter, non. Have a good day's rest."

After saying that, Yuni rushed back down leaving behind a confused-looking Caca.

"Should I come in?" muttered.

He finally went into that room. Once inside, the first thing that is seen is the wedding photo of Alden and Khalisa which is framed large displayed on the wall of the room.

Not only one, but there are several photos of Khalisa himself in a bridal dress and also in plain clothes. Everything was neatly arranged on a special table in the room.

Alden himself sat on the balcony of his room while hugging a picture of Khalisa.

Despite the hesitation, Caca stepped towards the balcony.

"Lisa loves her husband very much. Every time he met me, he always told me about how an Alden was able to make him fall in love so deeply that even bucin." Caca tried to chat with Alden.

Alden's tears trickled down hearing the story from Caca about his wife.

"I'm sorry if I'm making you sad." Said Caca who was about to step off the balcony.

"Is it true that you want to take revenge on Lisa for Sarah's past mistakes against your Umi?"

The words that came out of Alden's mouth made Caca's steps come to a halt.

"Sarah's mom said, did you ever threaten Lisa to take her place as my wife?"

Alden said that without looking at Caca. And Caca was the same, he stood his back to Alden.

"If by believing in what you say can make you strong and rise again, then please."

"You must prove to me and to everyone that no one can replace Khalisa forever including me." Caca continued his sentence.

After saying that, he walked out of the room.

"O Allah, it is I whom you have chosen to accept this test. I believe I am the only one capable of completing this test, as You believe me." He murmured in his heart.

His feet stepped down the steps one by one without feeling as scared and horrified as before. Until he finally got downstairs. But, his steps came to a halt when Nadin suddenly appeared.

"Well wow, apparently the drama queen is already in this house." He clapped.

"Pura pura good, it turns out his heart is rotten."

Nadin stared cynically at Caca who tried to refrain from responding to his mother-in-law's innuendo that none of them were true of what he was accusing.

"Originally you know, at first my husband did want to match you with Alden. But, on the contrary, you refused and instead asked Khalisa for help to accept the match. You hypocrite." Keto.

"Eh, after Khalisa accepted to marry Alden, you just regretted. Of course you regret letting go of a rich man like Alden for your sister." Nadin continued to babble telling stories that he only heard from one side and he did not know whether the fairy tale was true or just a mere joke.

"If you refuse, you must refuse until the end. Do not make Khalisa's trust as an excuse. Now you're content to make my son suffer?!"

"What aunt said is not true.."

One slap landed on Caca's left cheek. The culprit was of course Nadin who did not like it because Caca dared to answer.

"Basic doesn't know himself. How dare you answer me. Who do you think you are? Don't feel like a mistress just for being married to my son!!" Pekiknya wrathful.

Hearing the dispute, Yuni peeked behind the kitchen wall. Rani came out of her room to approach her mother. Not to miss Alden who also ran out of his room.

Hearing Alden's footsteps, Nadin pretended to fall on the floor.

"Mama!" Shouted Alden saw his mother sitting on the floor right in front of Caca.

Yuni smothered her mouth to see the incident. He could only look pityfully at Caca who looked panicked. Rani smiled happily.

"Mama just said hello, but Caca misunderstood. He accused mama of saying he took Lisa's position.." Babe Nadin made up a story for Caca to blame.

"Where's the pain, ma? Mom's leg or mom's hand?" Ask Alden worried.

"Mama's heart is sick.." His mouth immediately pura to cry.

"I'll just take Mama to the room, yeah."

Alden helped his mother stand up, then walked over to Caca just like that without looking at her.

"You better get out of this house. No one can take the place of Lisa's sister including you, cheap lady." Rani said as she pushed hard Caca's body until Caca fell down with her back knocked into the staircase.

When Rani was gone, quickly Yuni approached Caca.

"Non is okay?" Ask Yuni.

Caca nodded. Aided by Yuni he stood up again.

"Patience is, non."

Yuni who knew the true events felt very sorry for Caca. But, what can I do, she's just a maid in this house.

"Thank you bik, because bibik is so good to me. Give my regards to Adnan. I have to get out of this house."

"Miss.."

Yuni was not willing to see Caca who was about to leave the house.

"Nobody can leave this house." That's Alden's voice.

Yeah, she came back after taking her mom to the room. And after telling his father-in-law that he'll look after Caca.

"Den." Sapa Yuni while looking down respectfully.

"Babies can leave us both?!"

"Good den."

Yuni immediately returned to the kitchen.

Caca was standing right in front of the door with his hand already holding the door algae. Alden.

"I'm sorry Mama and Rani. I know they don't like you. But, I'm asking you to come back for Khalisa." Whisper Alden.

"Should I survive for Khalisa?" Ask Caca in her heart.
