Forced to Marry a Handsome Duda

Forced to Marry a Handsome Duda
Chapters 70. Conscious

The atmosphere of the room occupied by Mr. Juli was quiet. Although he was conscious, the man had not spoken anything. His eyes continued to be fixed on Lintang and Fatimah Maam who was sitting on the sofa. Stare at each other but also silence each other. Wanting to hug the two women, it was just mere wishful thinking that was difficult to materialize.

"Why can you get hurt like this?"

Bian rubbed the dried blood on Mr. Juli's face with a wet tissue. He doesn't know the cause of Juli's head until it bleeds.

What Juli will tell Bian. This matter will be brought to the legal path.

Fatimah's fear is mounting. He who sat beside Latang could only squeeze the edge of his shirt and bow. His sweat continued to wash over his skin. Afraid that everyone would blame his unintentional actions.

"So my dad fell out of the bathroom. Fortunately there was his mother Lintang who helped father," said Mr. Juli lies, covering up the fact that actually happened.

Bian looked back at Fatimah.

Why could Fatimah's mother help, Where did Dad fall?

Bian could only ask inwardly, not wanting to prolong the matter anymore.

Latang looked at Mr. Juli without wanting to get close. I don't know what he felt, his heart was mixed when he saw the body of the father who looked weak.

"Did mom know about this?"

Mr. Juli shook his head slowly. His head still hurts when he moves.

"Bian, I want to talk to you for a second."

Yudha moved and came out. Bian followed him from behind. Both stopped in front of Juli's room. Yudha sat in a long iron chair. Patting next to him empty.

"What's up, brother?" bian asked, sitting beside Yudha. Although their degrees were very different, Bian tried to view Yudha as family.

"You must be wondering, why did Mom help you?" guess Yudha who didn't miss a bit.

Bian nodded. Take off the backpack that makes his shoulders feel sore.

"Did they turn, brother?"

"You think?" Yudha asked back. He himself was also confused by his in-law relationship. Ms. Fatimah wanted to separate, but they still seemed to care about each other.

Bian smiling. "I'll support it if it happens. Ms. Fatimah deserves to be happy in her old age. It's all mama's fault. If I had known you had a wife, there was no way I would have let you marry her, sister."

"Then, how's your mom and sister?"

"I'll tell them. Either way, you should be able to let go of dad."

"Why don't you support your mom?" ask Yudha to imintinate.

Bian took a long breath. As a man, he has to think broadly and give the right decisions.

"Because mom was wrong, brother. He's been seizing dad in a way that's not right." explains Bian.

"What college did you study?" ask Yudha for the umpteenth time.

"Administration."

"I happen to have an empty place in the office, if you are interested in meeting Andreas, but your performance must be good, otherwise, I fire."

Just opening his mouth, Yudha had reentered leaving Bian.

"No intention, the nawarin, what just the lure of the doang," Bian grumbled after Yudha disappeared behind the closed door.

Yudha approached Juli who seemed troubled to take the bowl. Looking towards Latitude and Miss Fatimah. For some reason, the two women were unmoved and no one wanted to help the in-laws.

"Dad hungry?" asked Yudha staring at the marrow porridge on the table beside the gurney.

"Yes, but I can't get up yet. Dad's head is still hurting" complained Mr. Juli holding a bandage wrapped in his wound.

Although he was a more distinguished man, Mr. Juli was still his father-in-law, the father of his wife.

The sound of the shoes and the floor grew closer. The latitude approached Yudha, holding the man's shoulder.

His face was lethargic as he stared at sir Juli from top to bottom. It turned out that the once very handsome man was now old. The back of the hand adorned with an infusion needle was wrinkled and the hair was gray.

"I don't want to feed my father, but my stomach is nauseous when I see food."

So called Mr. Juli's heart feels cold. The pain that was causing disappeared instantly. His tears flowed down his temple, how fragile the man now lived as if without direction after the door of his old heart was closed.

"No papa."

His eyes glanced at Fatimah's mother who was still sitting in a herd.

A kiss landed on the flat belly of Latitude covered in navy-colored dress. Then Yudha stroked the wife's flat stomach.

"Papa's son can't be naughty, yeah. Poor mama" he whispered.

"You pregnant, son?" ask Juli to make sure.

The latitude just nodded without a sound.

The door was wide open, a cute little face that was almost a day left behind was visible in the doorway.

All turned their heads towards the source of the sound including Mr. July who was still lying down.

Lion

"Mama, Papa.." she cried loudly to make Lintang cover her ears.

Lion ran over hugging Lintang. Crawling up asking for a sling, do not hesitate to kiss the cheeks of his stepmother gently.

"Who's Lion here?" tanya Lintang rubbed the Lion sweat that soaked his forehead.

"Oma and opa."

Yudha walked straight to the door. Welcoming Indri and Radit sir who just arrived.

"When do you come home? Any idea where I'm from?" Yudha asked a question.

"Just arrived, said bi Siti you guys drove Fatimah ma'am to the old house. But once you get there, your neighbor says to the hospital, Mama and papa come straight here."

Mr. Radit was standing next to the gurney, his hand stalling hand in hand with Mr. July. This is the second time they met after the marriage of Yudha and Lintang.

"Why was his head hurt, sir?" ask Mr. Radit to be worried.

"I'm not careful, sir. No papa, I'll be home soon too."

"Lintang, I'm just going home. Take a taxi."

"Lady…"

At once Yudha pulled the hand of Fatimah's mother who was about to leave. Holding him towards the gurney.

"It seems like I want to say something to you, Mother," Yudha said.

Fatimah looks awkward. Being seen by the whole family made him feel insecure. Although its existence is very meaningful, Fatimah felt discouraged because it was once abandoned. And thought she was a useless woman.

"I'm divorced from Sovia. I want to open a new chapter in my old age with you. I'm sorry I ever thought."

Fatimah smiled wryly. Scratches of wounds that struck five years ago are still felt. The bitterness of life that he experienced with Latitude is now back across. The black shadow seemed indelible.

"If you return to me only because of Yudha's wealth and position, it is better not to. I can live my life without you" said Ms. Fatimah firmly.
