"Are you okay, Mer?", asked Veronica when they were both in the car after leaving the Agenci office.

"Of course not Ver.How am I fine if their side demands me that much", Amera replied by pressing her pained temple thinking about the nominal amount that the Agency had charged him in the affidavit.

Veronica drives her car through the crowded city streets to bring Amera back to Adam's apartment but before they head towards the man's apartment Amera immediately asks Veronica to change direction.

"Take me to my apartment today", her request arrived which made Veronica a little surprised.

"Why?Do you feel uncomfortable living in Adam Mer's apartment?", he was curious.

"It's not that I just want to go home for now".

"Oh well, I understand what you're feeling Mer".

Then Veronica drove her car to the Amera Apartment itself and after arriving at the building Amera asked Veronica to leave.

"Are you gonna be okay there by yourself Mer what if there's a paparazzi following you?".

Amera simply smiled hearing what Veronica said.

"There will be no proof now that the condition around the apartment where I live is quiet so calm I just want to spend time here before this place belongs to someone else".

"Well then I go call me or Adam if you hear anything suspicious inside the apartment later".

"Yes, you're calm, I'm not just a day two of occupying this place so just calm down".
