"How is this.." murmured Ghea nervously.

Upon reaching the living room, Alexa hurriedly gripped both of Ghea's shoulders with her hands. Ghea felt as if her heart was about to bounce out at that moment.

"You know not...... My husband loves your cooking" Alexa said, hugging Ghea.

Ghea was relieved after hearing Alexa say that.

"Thank you..... I'm so happy." squealed while shaking Ghea's body quickly because she was so happy.

Alexa sat on an empty bench, just to the right of Selly. The other friends did deliberately empty the bench next to Selly, because usually Alexa always sits near Selly.

Selly's words made everything stupefied. Obviously, the cafe was already using AC to cool the room, and they felt if it was cool enough. They feel that Selly is avoiding Alexa. Fortunately, one of his friends was willing to give up and switch places with Selly.

Selly just put her lips together. Alexa who saw it squeezed the end of her sash.

"Oh I know...... Surely you're upset because Alexa didn't bring her husband well???" Joked a woman who sat right by Selly's side.

The whole table laughed.

"Oh yeah why aren't you with your husband?" Ask the woman again.

Alexa smiled broadly as she thought of the reason she should say this time. Cold sweat started flowing down his forehead and nape.

"You forgot again???" Sout someone in front of Alexa.

Alexa who was confused had to say what just nodded at her friend's guess.

"I.... Ja.... I forgot" replied Alexa while stuttering.

Everyone laughed at Alexa's response.

"Next time don't forget Lex...... Are you afraid your husband we're flirting with?" Canda a friend.

Alexa laughed loudly, obviously if the laughter was forced. He just doesn't want his friends to know about his lies and starts to stay away from him.

Alexa desperately needs her social friends to help market her products. That is also the reason why Alexa chose to marry Faruq in order to be able to support all her financial needs.

Being in that group of rich people will bring success to his business as well as his life. Therefore, Alexa really has to keep her relationship with all her social friends now. Getting out of their group was tantamount to destroying the business he had already built.
