The glass broke, the fragments scattered where. Daren's breath was growing. A few seconds later, Daren's body could no longer move. Three policemen managed to subdue him and restricted his movements instantly.

"Take me off!!!" Shouted Daren trying to break away. But he could not get even a little.

"You know..... It's all Cristine's doing.... Bad stepmom." Daren widened his eyes sharply. Intimidating the police officers. But no one heeded it one bit.

"Huuu......" The loud sound of crying stole the attention of Daren and several police officers who were there. Daren stopped in revolt, turning his eyes to a woman in a black dress who was walking from the outside with several people walking after her.

"CRISTINE.." cried Daren immediately scattering towards the crying woman. It was very desirable for Daren to put his hand or just give a big fist on his face full of drama. But he had not yet reached, two bodyguards had incline his body in front of Cristine.

Cristine, shocked by Daren's arrival, retreats a few steps back to avoid Daren's rampage.

"Daren....." The screech.

"Cristine.... What a demon are you...." Umpat Daren stared intently at his stepmother. His body had been restrained again by several officers who immediately ran towards Daren when he found out he was running towards Cristine.

"What do you mean Cristine??" Shouted Daren loudly. But the woman had already passed up the stairs to the second floor.

"Damn you Cristine....." Daren was so emotional seeing the woman. His anger is really boiling right now.

"CRISTINE...... STEPMOTHER WILDAB KAU.." cried Daren increasingly become, he was still in revolt when the three people who constrained him dragged his body out of Cristine's house.

Then violently the police officer threw Daren's body over the paving of the house, staring at Daren's body with a look of disdain.

"Go from here, sir? Or do you have to follow your sister who has been brought to the police?" Threaten the officer while passing by leaving Daren still lying on the paving.

"Police???" Inner Daren instantaneously. Now his main goal is Ghea, his only sister.

Daren got up immediately, flicking the clothes from the dust that gave a slight stain to him, rushing towards the police station with his car.

Meanwhile, in the bui Ghea seems confused by all the allegations made by police officers. He did not know what to do to get rid of the charges.

Ghea could only fall silent, sobbing in a corner of bui, feeling that fate had turned things around at will. This situation had inflicted suffering on Ghea from what he had imagined. It was as if everything had passed as before.

Ghea thought he could start all over after he complied with Roy's request and gave up all his possessions. In fact, he had to take Roy's trick for granted. Ghea never thought this would happen, it all felt so fast to happen.

"Ghea....." Daren's call awakens Ghea from her daydream. He immediately got up, approaching the iron door that had locked him for the last two hours.

Tears had poured down Ghea's cheeks, so that she could not continue her words.

Daren held her index finger in front of her lips to signal that she knew everything. Daren reached for his sister's arm, hugging her sister's withered body with a metal fence separating the two.

"Silence!!!! Brother will release you soon. Wait here!!" daren pulled himself in. Ghea could only obey, nodding slowly following her brother's instructions.

An hour passed for quite a while, Ghea was so happy when she saw her brother return with a piece of paper in his hand. Then show off the paper while approaching the sister.

Ghea smiled brightly, she knew that her only brother was very reliable.

A policeman came with a key and opened the iron gate where Ghea was detained. Ghea immediately came out from there, greeting her brother with a longing embrace.

"How can you free me, brother???" Ask Ghea who does not know the ins and outs of the law.

"That's what school is for, what a high school brother is for if he can't free his beloved sister." Ledek Daren while walking together in warm embrace between brothers.

"They don't have any solid evidence to put you in jail. Anyway big brother will protect you with all his strength." Daren replied steadily while turning on his car engine. Ghea smiled at her brother's behavior.

Somehow he felt very moved when he saw his brother coming to the police to save his sister, a sweet struggle.

"It's all Cristine did, I suspected her the other day, but you were too relaxed and didn't take the matter seriously, you didn't think that the problem Cristine planned was this big of a problem." Said Daren who looked focused on the wheel.

"I didn't expect me to be just someone Cristine slashed to launch her evil act." Again Ghea cried, she remembered how papa had looked when she met him before his death.

"However, that witch killed papa....." Ghea could not resist the tears that had just flooded her swollen eyes.

"Surely this case will be a big case, Cristine deliberately invited you to make you a scapegoat in this matter." Obviously Daren looked seriously at the street that was starting to get crowded with riders.

"It looks like you have to go home first to the old house of Kuta, that's the best way. I'll investigate this case first." Daren glanced at his sister for a moment.

"Then what about papa?" Ghea wiped away her tears.

"Let me take care of it, hide yourself from the public. Don't let them know where you are." Daren's message, Ghea nodded according to her brother's words.

"Sister will take care of everything, brother will prepare the right reason so that you do not get additional criminal for trying to escape" said Daren.

Ghea let out a rough sigh, he had not expected that his life path would be this complicated in the end.

It has been more than a week since the fateful incident that killed Papa Ghea, but the sadness left behind still feels so deep in the recesses of Ghea's chest. Especially now that his position is far from the brother who always supports himself from everything that makes Ghea's life full of pressure.

Daren is the only person who cares about Ghea. He has no other family members now. Mama and papa have left Ghea for the next realm.

Clear tears still occasionally dripped from the edge of Ghea's eyes that looked dreamy in silence, staring at the rain speck that slowly soaked the paving soil.
